Definitions
- the invention relates to a doormat for outdoor and indoor areas, especially as Composite construction for flooring, with a plurality of parallel to each other and each other connected profile elements, on their upper side with bristles, carpet strips and / or are equipped.
- the profile elements of such floor mats may be made of metal, e.g. Aluminum or brass, PVC or rubber formed, with a dirt scratch and Provide boundary strips for the bristle and / or carpet strips and / or to be rolled up Be joined systems.
- This mat has massive strip-shaped strips of a closed-cell plastic foam, the parallel arranged to each other and arranged by their longitudinal direction webs of lesser strength are interconnected, wherein below the webs drainage channels are kept free.
- roll-up systems are also the preferred flooring for entrance areas find that from spaced aluminum profiles with in this retracted carpet or bristle strips are formed, wherein the profiles by a plurality parallel, spaced apart, extending in the winding direction, rod-like Elements are permanently connected to each other.
- the systems are rolled up in total and as a unit remove what may be costly depending on their extent.
- the invention has for its object to provide a doormat for outdoor and indoor areas, in particular as a composite construction for flooring according to the type mentioned above for To provide, which is simple and flexible in terms of dimensions to be covered Adjust the floor surface and clean it slightly and let it roll up so that the dirt gets under the floor Doormat can be conveniently removed.
- the mat connectors are elastic and preferably formed of polycarbonate.
- the free ends the support bolts of each mat connector are preferably mushroom hat-shaped with a elastic anchoring edge formed on the associated bore edge for support can come.
- the base part of the connecting elements plate-like and elongated with a length formed, which is at least twice as large as the width of the plate-like base part, on the longitudinal axis of two spaced-apart vertical support bolts in each case arranged the same distance from the respective associated end of the plate-like base part are, wherein centrally between the support bolts a perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the plate-like base part extending knob-like alignment element on the upper surface of the plate-like base part is provided, whose height is about half the length of the vertical Holding bolt amounts.
- the two support bolts of the mat connector by a Aligning centrally passing, on the upper surface of the plate-like base part extending reinforcing rib connected.
- the connecting elements are preferably in the Injection molding produced.
- the floor mat is a plurality of Connecting elements in at least three spaced rows in their longitudinal direction such arranged one behind the other, that in each row arrangement, the knob-like alignment of the Connecting elements in each case in the middle in the gap between the spaced, adjacent profile elements this aligns each other, each connecting element with its support bolt is engaged with two adjacent profile elements and these bridged and the longitudinally facing each other ends of the plate-like base parts the connecting elements are arranged at a distance from each other such that - seen in the Longitudinal section of the floor mat - in the middle of each profile element below its dirt scraper and / or brush bar a cavity is formed, wherein in the immediate vicinity of each longitudinal edge the doormat and on its longitudinal axis in each case a row arrangement of Connecting elements is provided.
- the mat according to the invention can be easily and flexibly to the required dimensions of desired flooring for outdoor and indoor areas by the profile elements, which also e.g. the shape of square tiles can have, depending on your preference by means of the detachable Mat connector to the doormat easily and quickly added or separated from this become.
- the doormat can be relatively easy to clean and roll up to the remove accumulated dirt under the doormat.
- the fasteners are suitable For quick and easy connection of any kind of floor plan Profile elements of floor coverings as well as of step grates on machine or other Jobs.
- Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a schematically illustrated assembly of a Embodiment of the floor mat for outdoor and indoor areas shows four go to each other parallel, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the doormat profile elements 1 out, the spaced apart and by elastic connecting elements 2 with each other are connected.
- the floor mat forming doormat may of a not shown in Fig. 1 Frame bordered.
- the profile elements 2 have on their upper side 3 at their longitudinal sides. 4 in each case a raised boundary strip 5 and centrally between them one in the longitudinal direction of the Profile elements 2 extending, upwards to about twice the height of Boundary strips 5 beyond this extending dirt scratch 6.
- Both sides of the Schmutzkratzers 6 is between this and each boundary strip 5 each a in Retracted lengthwise direction of the profile element 2 extending bristle strip 7, the heightwise extends beyond the dirt scratch 6 out.
- the bristle strips 7 can also be retracted according to carpet strips, the height of the dirt scratch. 6 can conclude.
- the profile elements 2 have - as seen in Fig. 1 - on the top 3 each of the two receiving surfaces 8 for the bristle strips 7 extending from the lower surface 9 to the top 3 bore 10 and centrally in the lower surface 9 a from this upwards expansive cavity 11 below the dirt scratcher 6 for receiving the accumulating dirt on the latter.
- the profile elements 2 rest with the bottom surface 9 on the connecting elements 2, the so-called mat connectors, which are detachably connected to the profile elements 2 and have a plate-like base part 12 with a non-slip bottom surface 13.
- the doormat has a plurality of connecting elements 2, which are arranged in at least two mutually spaced rows in their longitudinal direction one behind the other.
- FIG. 1 shows schematically in section one of these series arrangements, consisting of three in their longitudinal direction successively arranged connecting elements 2 and one half of a connecting element 2 at the two ends of the array such that - seen in longitudinal section of the illustrated doormat - each in the longitudinal direction of each other facing ends 15 of the base parts 12 of adjacent connecting elements 2 are arranged at a distance from each other and are aligned with the edge 16 of the respective cavity 11 of the profile element 1 to form a cleaning channel 17.
- Fig. 1 also illustrates that on each plate-like base member 12 centrally between the vertical support bolt 14 is a right angle to the longitudinal axis 18 of the plate-like Base part 12 extending knob-like alignment member 19 on the upper surface 20 of the plate-like base part 12 is provided, whose height is approximately equal to half the length of the vertical Support bolt 14 is.
- knob-like Alignment elements 19 of the base parts 12 each centrally in the gap 21 between the respective adjacent profile elements 1 arranged this aligning each other.
- the plate-like base 12 is the Connecting element 2 formed elongated and has a length that at least is twice as large as the width of the plate-like base part 12.
- the two to each other spaced vertical support bolts 14 are each equidistant from the respective assigned, rounded trained end 15 of the plate-like base member 12 and arranged formed at its free end 22 mushroom hat shaped with an elastic anchoring edge 23, for a fixed, albeit releasable snug fit of the support pin 14 in the associated Bore 10 provides.
- the two vertical support bolts 14 on the base part 12 of the connecting element. 2 are preferably, as shown in FIG. 3, by a centering element 19 passing through the alignment Reinforcing rib 24 connected on the upper surface 20 of the plate-like base member 12th runs.
- Fig. 4 shows the outline of another embodiment of the doormat in viewing direction their bottom.
- a series arrangement of the above described mat connector 2 is provided on the longitudinal axis 18 of the doormat.
- the Profile elements 1 are embedded in the plastic latter bristle bundles made of plastic intended.
