Definitions
- the invention relates to a doormat for outdoor and indoor use, in particular as Composite construction for flooring, with a large number of mutually parallel and with each other connected profile elements, the top with bristles, carpet strips and / or the like are equipped.
- the profile elements of such floor mats can be made of metal, e.g. Aluminum or brass, PVC or rubber formed, with a dirt scraper and Boundary strips for the bristle and / or carpet strips provided and / or rollable Systems.
- a water-permeable, lattice-like, flexible mat with upward is also known standing, a variety of brush-forming textile fibers (AT-PS 348 723) to lay out Balconies, in swimming pools or outdoors.
- This mat has massive strip-shaped strips made of a closed-pore plastic foam that run parallel arranged to each other and by webs of lesser thickness arranged to their longitudinal direction are interconnected, drainage channels being kept free underneath the webs.
- Roll-up systems are also commercially available as preferred flooring for entrance areas find that from spaced aluminum profiles with in this retracted carpet or bristle tires are formed, the profiles by a variety parallel, spaced from each other, extending in the winding direction, rod-like Elements are inextricably linked. For cleaning such systems and the the systems are to be rolled up as a whole and closed as a unit remove what, depending on their size, can be expensive.
- the invention has for its object a floor mat for outdoor and indoor areas, especially as a composite construction for flooring according to the type mentioned To make available that easily and flexibly in terms of dimensions to the one to be covered Adjust the floor area and easily clean and roll up so that the dirt under the Doormat can be easily removed.
- profile elements by them Detachable connecting elements (mat connectors) are separably connected, on which the profile elements rest with their lower surface and the one with a non-slip lower surface provided base part and on this perpendicularly spaced apart
- Connecting bolts that are in corresponding, in the lower surface adjacent Profile elements provided holes fit in such a way that the neighboring Profile elements are detachably connected at a distance from each other.
- the mat connectors are elastic and preferably made of polycarbonate.
- the free ends the mounting bolts of each mat connector are preferably mushroom-shaped with a elastic anchoring edge designed to rest on the associated edge of the hole can come.
- the base part of the connecting elements plate-like and elongated with a length formed, which is at least twice as large as the width of the plate-like base part the longitudinal axis of which is two of the spaced-apart vertical mounting bolts in each arranged the same distance from the respective assigned end of the plate-like base part are, in the middle between the mounting bolts a perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the plate-like base part extending knob-like alignment element on the upper surface of the plate-like base part is provided, the height of which is approximately half the length of the vertical Bracket bolt is.
- the two mounting bolts of the mat connector by one Alignment element penetrating centrally on the upper surface of the plate-like base part reinforcing rib connected.
- the connecting elements are preferably in Injection molding process made.
- the floor mat according to the invention can be easily and flexibly to the required dimensions of the Adapt the desired floor covering for outdoor and indoor areas by using the profile elements, which also e.g. can have the shape of square tiles, depending on your preference using the removable Mat connectors can be attached to and detached from the doormat quickly and easily become. Furthermore, the doormat is relatively easy to clean and roll up to to remove accumulated dirt under the doormat.
- the connecting elements are also suitable For quick and easy connection of any shape in the floor plan Profile elements of floor coverings and step gratings on machine or other Jobs.
- Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through a schematically illustrated assembly of a Embodiment of the doormat for outdoor and indoor areas shows four go to each other parallel profile elements 1 arranged at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the doormat arranged at a distance from each other and by elastic connecting elements 2 with each other are connected.
- the floor mat forming the floor covering can be of a type not shown in FIG. 1 Be framed.
- the profile elements 2 have on their top 3 on their long sides 4 each have a raised boundary bar 5 and centrally between these one in the longitudinal direction of the Profile element 2 extending, upward about twice the height of Boundary strips 5 on these dirt scraper 6 extending beyond.
- the profile elements 2 have - seen in FIG. 1 - on the top 3 in the middle of each of the two receiving surfaces 8 for the bristle strips 7 a bore 10 extending from the bottom surface 9 to the top 3 and in the center of the bottom surface 9 one upwards from this expanding cavity 11 below the dirt scraper 6 for receiving the dirt accumulating on the latter.
- the profile elements 2 lie with the lower surface 9 on the connecting elements 2, the so-called mat connectors, which are detachably connected to the profile elements 2 and have a plate-like base part 12 with a non-slip lower surface 13.
- each base part 12 of the mat connector 2 two perpendicular support bolts 14 are provided at a distance from each other, which are integrally formed with the base part 12 and are inserted into the bores 10 of adjacent profile elements 1 so that adjacent mat connectors 2 bridge adjacent profile elements 1 and assemble to a doormat, the profile elements 1 can also be separated from the latter.
- the doormat has a plurality of connecting elements 2 which are arranged one behind the other in at least two rows spaced apart in their longitudinal direction.
- FIG. 1 shows schematically in section one of these row arrangements, consisting of three connecting elements 2 arranged one behind the other in their longitudinal direction and one half of a connecting element 2 at the two ends of the row arrangement such that - seen in the longitudinal section of the floor mat shown - each in the longitudinal direction facing ends 15 of the base parts 12 of adjacent connecting elements 2 are arranged at a distance from one another and are flush with the edge 16 of the respective cavity 11 of the profile element 1 to form a cleaning channel 17.
- Fig. 1 also illustrates that on each plate-like base 12 in the middle between vertical mounting bolt 14 a perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 18 of the plate-like Base part 12 extending knob-like alignment element 19 on the upper surface 20 of the plate-like base part 12 is provided, the height of which is approximately equal to half the length of the vertical Bracket bolt 14 is.
- the pimples are in each row arrangement Alignment elements 19 of the base parts 12 each in the middle in the gap 21 between each adjacent profile elements 1 arranged to align them.
- the plate-like base part 12 is Connecting element 2 is elongated and has a length that is at least is twice the width of the plate-like base part 12.
- the two to each other spaced vertical mounting bolts 14 are each at the same distance from each other assigned, rounded end 15 of the plate-like base part 12 and at its free end 22 formed like a mushroom hat with an elastic anchoring edge 23, the for a firm, if detachable fit of the mounting bolt 14 in the associated Hole 10 provides.
- the two vertical mounting bolts 14 on the base part 12 of the connecting element 2 are preferably, as shown in FIG. 3, by a central penetrating through the alignment element 19 Reinforcing rib 24 connected to the upper surface 20 of the plate-like base part 12th runs.
- Fig. 4 shows the floor plan of another embodiment of the doormat when looking their bottom.
- Doormat made of parallel, spaced apart profile elements 1 made of plastic is assembled, and on the longitudinal axis 18 of the doormat a row arrangement of the above described mat connector 2 provided.
- On the invisible top of the Profile elements 1 are embedded in the plastic of the latter bristle bundles made of plastic intended.
