Claims (13)
- Betätigungseinrichtung (20) für eine Schienenbremse an einem Drehgestell (1) eines Schienenfahrzeuges (40) zum Verbringen der Schienenbremse in eine erste Stellung und eine zweite Stellung mit wenigstens einem Betätigungselement, wobei
die Betätigungseinrichtung eine Federeinrichtung umfasst, die die Schienenbremse in der ersten Stellung in einem vorbestimmten Mindestabstand (H) zur Schienenoberkante (50) hält und die Federeinrichtung zwei separate Federn (24, 26) je Drehgestell umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Betätigungseinrichtung genau einen Betätigungszylinder (22) pro Drehgestellseite umfasst. - Betätigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Stellung die Ruhestellung und die zweite Stellung die Bremsstellung der Schienenbremse (40) ist.
- Betätigungseinrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an der Schienenbremse (49) und am Drehgestell (1) Zentriereinrichtungen (70) zum spielfreien Halten der Schienenbremse in der Ruhestellung vorgesehen sind. - Betätigungseinrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Betätigungselement eine Betätigungselementzentriereinrichtung umfasst, um das Betätigungselement spielfrei in der Ruhestellung zu halten. - Betätigungselement gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungselementzentriereinrichtung ein Federelement (90) umfasst.
- Betätigungseinrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Betätigungselementzentriereinrichtung und die Zentriereinrichtung der Schienenbremse auf gleicher Höhe angeordnet sind. - Betätigungseinrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Betätigungselement und die Federeinrichtung im Drehgestell (1) an Konsolen (60) befestigt sind. - Betätigungseinrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Drehgestell (1) ein Motordrehgestell ist und eine Radscheibenbremse (70) umfasst. - Betätigungseinrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schienenbremse (40) eine Magnetschienenbremse ist. - Motordrehgestell für ein Schienenfahrzeug mit einer Schienenbremse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Motordrehgestell (1) eine Betätigungseinrichtung (20) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst. - Motordrehgestell gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Motordrehgestell (1) eine Radscheibenbremse (30) umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Verbringen einer Schienenbremse aus einer Ruhestellung in eine Bremsstellung mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung (20) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, umfassend folgende Schritte:12.1 der eine Betätigungszylinder (22) pro Drehgestellseite wird belüftet12.2 die Schienenbremse (40) wird gegen die Kraft der Federeinrichtung in die Bremsstellung verbracht, wobei12.3 die Zentrierung (70) aus der Zentrierung (72) fährt, so dass sich die Schienenbremse innerhalb ihrer Spiel bewegen kann.
- Verfahren zum Verbringen einer Schienenbremse aus einer Bremsstellung in eine Ruhestellung mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, umfassend folgende Schritte:13.1 der eine Betätigungszylinder (22) pro Drehgestellseite wird entlüftet13.2 die Schienenbremse wird mit der Kraft der Federeinrichtung in die Ruhestellung verbracht, wobei13.3 die Zentriereinrichtung (70) in die Zentrierung (72) fährt, so dass die Schienenbremse spielfrei in der Ruhestellung gehalten wird.
