und dass dessen Außenkontur von den konvexen dritten Kanten der sich überlappenden Schleiflamellen gebildet ist. Dabei definiert die Außenkontur den Nenn-Außenradius des Schleifwerkzuges.
Eine bevorzugte Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der ersten bzw. zweiten Kanten in etwa der Breite des ringförmigen Trägerabschnittes entspricht. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass beim Schleifprozess die gesamte Breite des tellerförmigen Trägers ausgenutzt werden kann.

Claims (12)
- Schleiflamelle (1), insbesondere für rotierend antreibbare Schleifteller (11),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie voneiner geraden ersten Kante (2),einer zur ersten Kante (2) parallelen zweiten Kante (3),einer konvexen dritten Kante (4) in Form eines Kreisbogens mit einem gegebenen Radius (R) um einen ersten Mittelpunkt (M1) sowieeiner konkaven vierten Kante (5) in Form eines Kreisbogens mit einem dem Radius (R) der dritten Kante (4) entsprechenden Radius (R) um einen zweiten Mittelpunkt (M2) - Schleifteller (11) mit einem tellerförmigen Träger (12), der rotierend um eine Achse (x) antreibbar ist, und mit einer Mehrzahl von Schleiflamellen (1), die sich teilweise überlappend auf einem ringförmigen, auf der Achse zentrierten Trägerabschnitt (15) des Trägers (12) befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleiflamellen (1) jeweils voneiner geraden ersten Kante (2),einer zur ersten Kante (2) parallelen zweiten Kante (3),einer konvexen dritten Kante (4) in Form eines Kreisbogens mit einem gegebenen Radius (R) um einen ersten Mittelpunkt (M1) sowieeiner konkaven vierten Kante (5) in Form eines Kreisbogens mit einem dem Radius (R) der dritten Kante (4) entsprechenden Radius (R) um einen zweiten Mittelpunkt (M2)
und dass dessen Außenkontur von den konvexen dritten Kanten (4) der sich überlappenden Schleiflamellen (11) gebildet ist. - Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Radien (R) der die dritte Kante (4) und die vierte Kante (5) beschreibenden Kreisbögen der Schleiflamelle in etwa dem Nenn-Außenradius des Schleiftellers (11) entsprechen. - Schleiflamelle nach Anspruch 1 oder Schleiflamelle für einen Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Tangente der dritten Kante (4) im Übergangspunkt zu der zweiten Kante (3) dieser angenähert ist. - Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Kanten (3) je einer Schleiflamelle (1) benachbart zur und innerhalb der Außenkontur des Schleiftellers (11) angeordnet sind. - Schleiflamelle nach Anspruch 1 oder Schleiflamelle für einen Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (A) zwischen der ersten Kante (2) und der zweiten Kante (3) gleich groß oder größer als der Radius (R) der die dritte Kante (4) und die vierte Kante (5) beschreibenden Kreisbögen ist. - Schleiflamelle nach Anspruch 1 oder Schleiflamelle für einen Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstände zwischen der ersten Kante (2) und der Parallelen (g), welche durch die Mittelpunkte (M1, M2) der die dritte und die vierte Kante (4, 5) beschreibenden Kreisbögen definiert ist, sowie zwischen dieser und der zweiten Kante (3) unterschiedlich groß sind. - Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der ersten bzw. zweiten Kanten (2, 3) in etwa der Breite des ringförmigen Trägerabschnittes entspricht. - Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der mit dem tellerförmigen Träger (12) verbundenen Schleiflamellen (1) zwischen 10 und 40 liegt. - Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleiflamellen (1) mittels einer Verklebung oder eines Gießharzes mit dem Trägerabschnitt (15) des Trägers (12) verbunden sind. - Schleiflamelle nach Anspruch 1 oder Schleiflamelle für einen Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese von einem fortlaufenden Band (6) mit einer definierten Breite (A) mittels eines Schneidwerkzeuges abgeschnitten ist. - Schleiflamelle nach Anspruch 1 oder Schleiflamelle für einen Schleifteller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (A) des Bandes (6) dem zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Kante (2, 3) der Schleiflamelle (1) gebildeten Abstand entspricht.
