Claims (14)
- Rillenschienenherzstück (10) umfassend einen durch sich schneidende Rillen (12, 14) gebildeten Herzstückschnittpunktbereich wie Radüberlaufbereich (44), wobei das Herzstück zwei in dessen Längsrichtung verlaufende Konstruktionsprofile (18, 20) umfasst, die im Herzstückschnittpunktbereich (44) in Längsrichtung des Herzstücks verschweißt sind.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (18, 20) Vollkopfprofile mit im Herzstückschnittpunktbereich vorhandenen Köpfen sind, dass entlang der Längsachse des Herzstücks (10) betrachtet der Verlauf eines jeden Vollkopfprofils einer Hälfte des Herzstücks entspricht, dass jeder Schienenkopf (19, 21) eine Schweißnahtvorbereitung (22, 24, 26, 28) in einem Bereich aufweist, in dem die Vollkopfprofile miteinander verschweißt sind, und dass in den Schienenköpfen der Vollkopfprofile die sich schneidenden Rillen (12, 14) ausgebildet sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (18, 20) von einer gemeinsamen Unterlage wie Grundplatte (36) ausgehen und mit dieser verbunden wie verschweißt sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (18, 20) in ihren einander zugewandten und miteinander zu verschweißenden Fügeflächen plan bearbeitet sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißnahtvorbereitung in dem Kopf (19, 21) eine Fuge (22, 24, 26, 28) ist, in der eine Schweißnaht insbesondere durch Verbindungsschweißen ausgebildet ist. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißnaht (38, 40) aus zumindest einer Wurzellage und einer Decklage gegebenenfalls unterschiedlicher Materialeigenschaften besteht, wobei vorzugsweise die Decklage einen verschleißfesten Zusatzwerkstoff enthält oder aus einem solchen besteht. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich kreuzenden Rillen in ihrem gemeinsamen Boden aus Schweißwerkstoffmaterial bestehen. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (18, 20) über Schraubverbindungen (34) kraftschlüssig verbunden sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Konstruktionsprofil (18, 20) eine Dickstegschiene oder ein Vierkantprofil ist. - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Rillenschienenherzstücks, umfassend einen durch sich schneidende Rillen gebildeten Herzstückschnittpunktbereich wie Radüberlaufbereich, wobei das Herzstück zwei in dessen Längsrichtung verlaufende Konstruktionsprofile umfasst, die im Herzstückschnittpunktbereich in Längsrichtung des Herzstücks verschweißt sind, gekennzeichnet durch die VerfahrensschritteVerwendung von zwei Konstruktionsprofilen mit Vollkopf,planes Bearbeiten der Konstruktionsprofile mit ihren miteinander zu verschweißenden Fügeflächen und Ausbilden von Schweißfugen,Ausrichten der Konstruktionsprofile zueinander derart, dass entlang der Längsachse des Herzstücks betrachtet jedes Konstruktionsprofil einen Verlauf einer Hälfte des herzustellenden Herzstücks entspricht,Verschweißen der Konstruktionsprofile undAusbilden der Rillen in den Köpfen der Konstruktionsprofile.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile vor dem Verschweißen untereinander auf einer gemeinsamen Unterlage wie Platte angeordnet und mit dieser verbunden wie verschweißt werden, wobei insbesondere die Konstruktionsprofile vor dem Verschweißen untereinander und/oder vor dem Verbinden mit der Unterlage über zumindest eine Schraubverbindung miteinander kraftschlüssig verbunden werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile durch Verbindungsschweißen verbunden werden, wobei die Konstruktionsprofile insbesondere mehrlagig mit gegebenenfalls unterschiedlichen Materialeigenschaften verschweißt werden. - Verfahren nach zumindest Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißnaht derart ausgebildet wird, dass zwischen den Konstruktionsprofilen zumindest abschnittsweise eine Wurzellage und eine Decklage mit verschleißmindernden Eigenschaften verläuft. - Verfahren nach zumindest Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißnaht zumindest abschnittsweise durch Auftragsschweißung ausgebildet wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile mittels Elektrodenhandschweißen oder Metallschutzgasschweißen oder Laserstrahlschweißen oder Elektroschlackeschweißen oder Metalllichtbogenschweißen verbunden werden.
