Claims (9)
- Rillenschienenherzstück (10) umfassend einen Herzstückschnittpunkt- wie Radüberlaufbereich (24, 116) mit sich kreuzenden Rillen (20, 22) und von diesem ausgehende Schenkel (13, 15, 17, 19, 118, 120, 122, 124), wobei zumindest der Herzstückschnittpunktbereich aus zwei in Längsrichtung des Herzstücks verlaufenden Konstruktionsprofilen (12, 14, 112, 114) mit Vollkopfprofil besteht und jedes Konstruktionsprofil in Längsrichtung des Herzstückschnittpunktbereichs betrachtet einer Hälfte des Herzstückspitzenbereichs entspricht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruklionsprofile (12, 14) im Herzstückschnittpunktbereich (24) zur Aufnahme eines verschleißfesten Einsatzes (52) Ausnehmungen aufweisen, und dass der Einsatz mit den Konstruktionsprofilen zum einen formschlüssig und zum anderen kraftschlüssig über Schraubverbindungen (38) verbunden ist, die unterhalb des Einsatzes die Konstruktionsprofile durchsetzen. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (112, 114) einen geradlinigen Verlauf aufweisen und dass an jeweiliger Stirnfläche (126, 128) des aus den Konstruktionsprofilen bestehenden Herzstückschnittpunktbereichs (24) Anschlussschienen (118, 120, 122, 124) angeschweißt sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (12, 14, 112, 114) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig und insbesondere durch Schweißen, Kleben und/oder durch die Konstruktionsprofile bzw. deren Stege durchsetzende Schraubverbindungen (38, 130, 132, 134) verbunden sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (12, 14) in ihren aufeinanderliegenden Fügeflächen (26, 28) formschlüssig durch zum Beispiel Verzahnungen (30, 32) und/oder Hinterschneidungen ineinandergreifen. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (12, 14) zumindest außenseitig Laschenkammern (54, 56) aufweisen, in die von der Schraubverbindung (38) durchsetzte Stützlaschen (58, 60) angeordnet sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herzstückschenkel (13, 15, 17, 19, 118, 120, 122, 124) Abschnitte der Konstraktionsprofile (12, 14) sind oder insbesondere als Abschnitte von Regelschienen mit diesen verbunden wie verschweißt sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubverbindung (38) eine selbstsichernde Mutter (40) und/oder zwischen dieser bzw. dem Kopf (52) der Schraubverbindung (38) und zugewandter Fläche des Stegs (34) eine Schraubensicherung aufweist. - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Rillenschienenherzstücks 10 umfassend einen Herzstückschnittpunkt- wie Radüberlaufbereich (24,116) mit sich kreuzenden Rillen (20,22) und von diesem ausgehende Herzstückschenkel, (13,15,17,19,118,120,122,124)
mit Verwendung von zwei Konstruktionsprofilen (12,14) mit Vollkopfprofil, die nebeneinander ausgerichtet und verbunden werden, gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschrittea) Bearbeiten der Konstruktionsprofile (12,14) in ihren einander zugewandten und aufeinanderliegenden Fügeflächen (26,28) zur Ermöglichung einer formschlüssigen Verbindung,b) Bearbeiten der Konstruktionsprofile (12,14) und deren Köpfe (16,18) im Bereich des auszubildenden Herstückschnittpunktbereichs (24) zur Bildung von Ausnehmungen (48,50),c) Ausrichten der Konstruktionsprofile (12,14) zueinander derart, dass zum einen jedes Konstruktionsprofil (12,14) in seinem Verlauf einem Verlauf einer Hälfte zumindest des herzustellenden Herzstückschnittpunktbereichs (24) in Richtung seiner Längsachse betrachtet entspricht und zum anderen die Ausnehmungen eine Aufnahme (48,50) für einen Einsatz (52) bilden,d) Einsetzen des Einsatzes (52) in die Aufnahme (48,50),e) form- und kraftschlüssiges Verbinden der Konstruktionsprofile (12,14) mit dem Einsatz (52) undf) Ausbilden der sich kreuzenden Rillen (20,22) in dem Einsatz (52) vor oder nach dem form- und kraftschlüssigen Verbinden der Konstruktionsprofile (12,14). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Herzstückschenkel (13,15,17,19,118,120,122,124) einstückig mit den Konstruktionsprofilen (12,14) ausgebildet oder als Abschnitte von Regelschienen mit diesen verschweißt werden.
