Abstract
Description
- Verwenden von zwei Konstruktionsprofilen mit Vollkopf, die nebeneinander ausgerichtet und verbunden werden,

- Ausrichten der Konstruktionsprofile zueinander derart, dass jedes Konstruktionsprofil in seinem Verlauf einem Verlauf einer Hälfte zumindest des herzustellenden Herzstückschnittpunktbereichs in Richtung seiner Längsachse betrachtet entspricht und
- form- und/oder kraftschlüssiges Verbinden der zueinander ausgerichteten Konstruktionsprofile, wobei
- Ausbilden der Rillen vor oder nach dem Verbinden der Konstruktionsprofile erfolgt.

Claims (10)
- Rillenschienenherzstück (10) umfassend einen Herzstückschnittpunkt- wie Radüberlaufbereich (24, 116) mit sich kreuzenden Rillen (20, 22) und von diesen ausgehenden Schenkeln (13, 15, 17, 19, 118, 120, 122, 124)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Herzstückschnittpunktbereich (24, 116) aus zwei in Längsrichtung des Herzstücks (10) verlaufenden Konstruktionsprofilen (12, 14, 112, 114) besteht, wobei jedes Konstruktionsprofil in Längsrichtung des Herzstückschnittpunktbereichs betrachtet einer Hälfte des Herzstückspitzenbereichs entspricht. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (12, 14, 112, 114) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig und insbesondere durch Schweißen, Kleben und/oder durch die Konstruktionsprofile bzw. deren Stege durchsetzende Schraubverbindungen (38, 130, 132, 134) verbunden sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herzstückschenkel (13, 15, 17, 19, 118, 120, 122, 124) Abschnitte der Konstruktionsprofile (12, 14) sind oder insbesondere als Abschnitte von Regelschienen mit diesen verbunden wie verschweißt sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (12, 14) in ihren aufeinanderliegenden Fügeflächen (26, 28) formschlüssig durch zum Beispiel Verzahnungen (30, 32) und/oder Hinterschneidungen ineinandergreifen. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Herzstückschnittpunkt- wie Radüberlaufbereich (24) ein formschlüssig mit den Konstruktionsprofilen (12, 14) verbundener verschleißfester Einsatz (52) verläuft, wobei die Konstruktionsprofile (12, 14) im Schnittpunktbereich (24) zur Aufnahme des Einsatzes (52) Ausnehmungen (48, 50) aufweisen, der insbesondere aus einem verschleißfesten Material wie Manganhartstahl oder naturhartem und/oder vergütetem Stahl besteht. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktionsprofile (12, 14) zumindest außenseitig Laschenkammern (54, 56) aufweisen, in die von der Schraubverbindung (38) durchsetzte Stützlaschen (58, 60) angeordnet sind. - Rillenschienenherzstück nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubverbindung (38) eine selbstsichernde Mutter (40) und/oder zwischen dieser bzw. dem Kopf (52) der Schraubverbindung (38) und zugewandter Fläche des Stegs (34) eine NORD-LOCK-Sicherung aufweist. - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Rillenschienenherzstücks umfassend einen Herzstückschnittpunkt- wie Radüberlaufbereich mit sich kreuzenden Rillen und von diesem ausgehende Herzstückschenkel
gekennzeichnet durch
die VerfahrensschritteVerwenden von zwei Konstruktionsprofilen mit Vollkopfprofil, die nebeneinander ausgerichtet und verbunden werden,Bearbeiten der Konstruktionsprofile in ihren einander zugewandten und aufeinanderliegenden Fügeflächen zur Ermöglichung einer formschlüssigen Verbindung,Ausrichten der Konstruktionsprofile zueinander derart, dass jedes Konstruktionsprofil in seinem Verlauf einem Verlauf einer Hälfe zumindest des herzustellenden Herzstückschnittpunktbereichs in Richtung seiner Längsachse betrachtet entspricht undform- und/oder kraftschlüssiges Verbinden der zueinander ausgerichteten Konstruktonsprofile, wobeiAusbilden der Rillen vor oder nach dem Verbinden der Konstruktionsprofile erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem form- und kraftschlüssigen Verbinden der Konstruktionsprofile in deren einander zugewandten Flächen im Bereich des auszubildenden Rillenschnittpunktes Ausnehmungen ausgearbeitet und in diese ein Einsatz eingesetzt wird, der form- und kraftschlüssig mit den Konstruktionsprofilen verbunden wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herzstückschenkel einstückig mit den Konstruktionsprofilen ausgebildet oder als Abschnitte von Regelschienen mit diesen verschweißt werden.
