Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum registergerechten Aufspannen einer Druckplatte, wobei die Druckplatte (1) auf einem Plattenzylinder (4) einer Bogendruckmaschine gespannt wird, der Plattenzylinder (4) eine in einem Plattenzylinder-Kanal (41) angeordnete, aus einer vorderen Klemmeinrichtung (5) und einer hinteren Klemm- und Spanneinrichtung bestehende Plattenspanneinrichtung (6) aufweist und in der vorderen Klemmeinrichtung (5) die registergerechte Lage in Seiten- und Umfangsrichtung sichernde und erfassende Pass-Elemente angeordnet sind, die mit in die Druckplatte (1) eingebrachten Passlöcher korrespondieren und mit einer Steuereinheit verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
den Pass-Elementen Einsätze (542a, 542b ) zugeordnet sind, welche die Druckplatte (1) kontaktieren, gegenüber dem Passelement elektrisch isoliert und mit der Steuereinheit verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung zum registergerechten Aufspannen einer Druckplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze (542a, 542b) so angeordnet sind, dass diese den Bodenbereich der als Ausstanzungen (12a, 12b) ausgeführten Passlöcher kontaktieren.
- Vorrichtung zum registergerechten Aufspannen einer Druckplatte nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze (542a, 542b) an ihrem plattenseitigen Ende mit einem dem Bodenbereich der Ausstanzungen (12a, 12b) angepassten Tastkopf (543a, 543b) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung zum registergerechten Aufspannen einer Druckplatte nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze (542a, 542b) an ihrem plattenabgewandten Ende mit elektrischen Abgriffen (548a, 548b) versehen sind.
