Definitions
- the invention relates to a lamp, in particular for elongated, both ends socketed lamp, with a lamp housing and one for Glare limitation provided luminaire cover.
- Luminaires with a luminaire cover intended to limit glare are known in various embodiments, wherein the lamp cover usually from one to the special lamp design adapted molding or several assembled to form a cover special molded parts.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a lamp with a lamp cover to create that in a particularly variable design in particular can be produced economically, by small Weight distinguishes and also a simple and easy Bulb replacement allowed.
- the lamp cover is at least a predetermined translucency comprising flat element made of elastic material, that extends between the end walls of the lamp housing and after elastic deformation which leads to a shortening and subsequent relaxation via dome approaches in complementary Recesses in the end walls can be fixed.
- the flat element or each flat element is preferred positively locked in the end walls due to its internal tension.
- the flat elements are made of elastic material, they can simply be bent, by bending the respective element its length is shortened so that it is readily possible to end provided dome approaches in the corresponding recesses in the front of the lamp housing.
- the coupling attachments get into the corresponding surface elements Recesses are preferably positively received there and lock and hold the flat element due to its inherent tension in the desired defined position.
- the respective Illuminants for example, only a lower flat cover element or a lower flat cover element combined with a side one Cover element or combined with two side cover elements can be assigned so that the desired radiation conditions Can be taken into account. Because every flat element one independently with the respective end faces of the lamp housing represents lockable unit, the required selection can be made meet without any problems.
- Luminaire cover can preferably be improved by that between the individual flat elements e.g. through die cuts Latches formed on one element and pegs on the other element be provided.
- the medium cover can be removed, which in a simple way it is possible that they are in a direction shortening the planar element bent and thus decoupled from the luminaire housing.
- Figure 1 shows a lamp 1 intended for ceiling mounting with a Luminaire housing 2 and one of the elongated, base with both ends Illuminant with spacing surrounding lamp cover 3, which is between the two end walls 8, 9 of the lamp housing 2 extends.
- the lamp housing 2 also takes a double paraboloid shape, for example curved reflector, pointing out is that in principle in connection with a lamp according to the invention Various types of reflectors and housing designs different types can be used.
- FIG. 2 The schematic sectional view of Figure 2 shows a box-shaped Luminaire housing 2 with end walls 8, 9, between which there is one an elongated lamp 15 and on the other hand as a lamp cover 3 acting flat element 5 extends.
- This translucent, light-scattering and elastic trained flat Element 5 is preferably made of suitable plastic and is over Dome lugs formed on the ends in corresponding recesses 11 locked in the end walls 8, 9 of the lamp housing 2. This happens in that the flat element 5 - as shown in dash-dot lines - First deformed by bending and thus shortened in length is what it with its dome lugs 10 in front of the recesses 11 arranged in the end walls 8, 9 and then for relaxation can be released so that by the return of the flat element 5 in its stretched shape, the dome lugs 10 in the recesses 11 engage and thus the flat element 5 safely and accurately fix.
- Figure 2 is the length of the flat element 5 chosen so that it assumes a flat shape in the fixed position.
- Figure 3 shows an embodiment in which the length of the flat Elements 5 larger than the distance between the two end walls 8, 9 of the lamp housing 2 is selected. Because in this case the flat Element 5 after coupling with the lamp housing 2 due to its Length can not relax flat, because of the permanent tension of the flat element 5 has a concave structure Get cover 3.
- FIG. 4 shows a basic arrangement corresponding to FIG. 3 with corresponding dimensioned flat element 5, however in this case the curvature of the flat element takes place in opposite directions, so that in locked state of the flat element 3 a concave cover structure results.
- the lamp cover according to the invention from individual flat Elements, depending on the desired radiation pattern the number of flat surfaces to be used in a particular case Elements and their relative position can be chosen freely, whereby in the case different relative positions only suitable Recesses 11 are provided in the end walls of the lamp housing Need to become.
- Figure 5 shows a bottom view of a lamp in which the lamp cover cubic plan, i.e. a middle flat element 5 between two lateral flat elements 6, 7 is arranged. Between the central flat element 5 and the lateral flat elements 6, 7 can be used to increase the overall stability and for precise definition the mutual distances additional mutual latching 12 be provided, for example, by punching and in this engaging pins can be realized. This way exact and defined column 13 between adjacent achieve flat elements.
- Figure 6 shows a central flat element 5, the two long sides are convex in shape and are at least essentially flat between the two end faces 8 and 9 of the housing 2 extends.
- This middle flat element 5 are assigned lateral flat elements 6, 7, due to their chosen length dimension in the luminaire housing 2 are braced, so that the required adjustment to the contour of the middle flat element is obtained.
- mutual latches 12 are provided between the flat elements his.
- the embodiment variant according to FIG. 7 differs from the embodiment variant according to FIG. 6 in that the central flat element 5 has concave side boundaries and the side elements 6, 7 are braced curved towards the center and relate to this Adapt to the course of the central flat element 5.
- FIGS. 8, 9 and 10 show that shown in Figures 5, 6 and 7 each in a bottom view Luminaire covers in their spatial design, taking into account is that the curvatures of the lateral flat elements 6, 7 in the embodiment of Figures 9 and 10 by the bracing of the flat elements in the end walls of the lamp housing be created.
- luminaire housings can be used in many different ways be designed, it only has to be ensured that the dome approaches 10 by deforming the respective flat element into the corresponding one Recesses can be made and after approval of the flat elements initially curved during assembly, these approaches 10 engage in the corresponding recesses that a Removal of the flat elements is only possible if these elements are in turn deliberately deformed or bent, e.g. be the case when a bulb needs to be replaced.
