Claims (10)
- Diamant-Schleifkörper für ein Schleifwerkzeug zur Oberflächenbearbeitung von Werkstücken, vorzugsweise im Trockenschliffverfahren, mit einem Schleifsegment (120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720, 920), welches auf einem Trägerkörper (118, 218, 718, 918, 919) gehalten ist und wobei im Schleifsegment (120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720, 920) ein Hohlraum (122, 222, 722, 922) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schleifsegment (120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620) und/oder im Trägerkörper (718, 918, 919) mindestens ein Entlüftungskanal (152, 252, 752, 952) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Hohlraum (122, 222, 722, 922) des Schleifsegmentes (120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720, 920) wirkverbunden ist. - Schleifkörper nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleifsegment (120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720, 920) zusammen mit dem Trägerkörper (118, 218, 718, 918, 919) an einem Schleifwerkzeug (110, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710) einstückig gesintert ist. - Schleifkörper nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleifsegment (320, 420, 520) im Querschnitt trapezförmig, dreieckig oder oval ausgebildet ist. - Schleifkörper nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleifsegment (920) aus zwei oder mehr Untersegmenten (942, 944, 946, 948) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Untersegmente (942, 944, 946, 948) zusammen mit dem Trägerkörper (918, 919) einstückig gesintert sind. - Schleifkörper nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Vorschub- und/oder Drehrichtung vorne eine stärkere Schleifmittelkonzentration vorgesehen ist, als in Vorschub- und/oder Drehrichtung gesehen hinten. - Diamant-Schleifwerkzeug zur Oberflächenbearbeitung von Werkstücken, vorzugsweise im Trockenschliffverfahren, mit einem um seine Mittelachse (112, 312, 412, 712) rotierbar angeordneten Schleifteller (114, 714), an dem eine Anzahl Diamant-Schleifkörper (116, 216, 716, 916) gehalten sind,
gekennzeichnet durch
Schleifkörper (116, 216, 716, 916), die gemäß wenigstens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet sind. - Schleifwerkzeug nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem trapezförmigen Schleifsegment (320) die schmale Seite zur Mittelachse (312) hin ausgerichtet ist. - Schleifwerkzeug nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem dreieckigen Schleifsegment (420) eine Spitze zur Mittelachse. (412) hin ausgerichtet ist. - Schleifwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleiffläche (130, 730) gegenüber der zu schleifenden Oberfläche des Werkstückes (738) um 0,5 Grad bis 60 Grad, vorzugsweise 2 Grad bis 35 Grad, geneigt ist. - Diamant-Schleifwerkzeug zur Oberflächenbearbeitung von Werkstücken, vorzugsweise im Trockenschliffverfahren, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, mit einem um seine Mittelachse (712) rotierbar angeordneten Schleifteller (714, 814), an dem eine Anzahl Diamant-Schleifkörper (716, 816, 916) gehalten sind, wobei im Schleifsegment (720, 820, 920) des Diamant-Schleifkörpers (716, 816, 916) ein Hohlraum (722, 822, 922) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schleifteller (814) eine Entlüftungsbohrung (850) vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Hohlraum (722, 822, 922) im Schleifsegment (720, 820, 920) und/oder mit einem Entlüftungskanal (752, 952) wirkverbunden ist.
