Abstract

Gegenstand. der Erfindung ist einen Diamant-Schleifkörper für ein Schleifwerkzeug zur Oberflächenbearbeitung von Werkstücken, insbesondere von Plan- und Gitterziegeln, von Feuerfest-Magnesitsteinen, sowie von Natur-und Kunststeinen, vorzugsweise im Trockenschliffverfahren, mit einem Schleifsegment (120), welches auf einem Trägerkörper (118) gehalten ist und wobei im Schleifsegment (120) ein Hohlraum (122) ausgebildet ist. Einen Diamant-Schleifkörper zu schaffen, der die auftretende Wärme gut abtransportiert ohne dass die Schleifkosten steigen wird dadurch erreicht, dass im Schleifsegment (120) und/oder im Trägerkörper (118) mindestens ein Entlüftungskanal (152) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Hohlraum (122) des Schleifsegmentes (120) wirkverbunden ist.
