Claims (7)
- Verbinder (10) für Riegel-Pfosten für Brandschutz-Rahmenkonstruktionen, umfassend:ein Einlageelement (14) aus im Brandfall ausreichend temperaturbeständigem Material;ein das Einlageelement (14) umgebendes Tragelement (12) aus einem im Brandfall nicht temperaturbeständigen Material; wobeidas Einlageelement (14) und das umgebende Tragelement (12) am Pfosten (22) befestigbar sind; undein Abstandshalter (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandshalter (20) aus einem im Brandfall ausreichend temperaturbeständigen Material am Einlageelement (14) befestigt ist und soweit vom Einlageelement (14) in Richtung der tragenden Seite des Verbinders (10) herausragt, dass der Abstandshalter mit der Außenfläche des Tragelements (12) im wesentlichen bündig abschließt.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement (12) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung stranggepresst oder gegossen ist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlageelement (14) aus Stahl oder Edelstahl besteht.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandshalter (20) eine Schraube aus Stahl oder Edelstahl ist, die in ein Gewinde (26) im Einlageelement (14) eingeschraubt ist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (20) eine Senkschraube ist, deren Schraubenkopf in einer entsprechend geformten Aufnahme im Tragprofil (12) versenkbar ist.
- Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlageelement (14) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt besitzt.
- Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement (12) im wesentlichen ein Rechteckprofil besitzt.
