Claims (7)
- In einem Isolierkörper (26) angeordnete schraubenlose Anschluss- oder Verbindungsklemme (10; 11) für elektrische Leiter (L), insbes. für Lampen- oder Starterfassungen, Schalter od. dgl., umfassend je wenigstens einen Kontaktkörper (13; 18) und eine Klemmfeder (14) aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen, wobei die Klemmfeder (14) einen Verbindungsbereich, mit dem sie am Kontaktkörper (13; 18) festgelegt ist, und einen in Leitereinsteckrichtung (x) sowie schräg gegen einen Abschnitt des Kontaktkörpers (13; 18) gerichteten Federschenkel (20) aufweist, der den Leiter (L) zwischen sich und dem Kontaktkörper (13; 18) klemmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich von einem Klemmfederabschnitt (23) ausgebildet ist, der sich auf der dem Federschenkel (20) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Kontaktkörpers (13; 18) an diesem im wesentlichen druckschlüssig abstützt und dass der Isolierkörper (26) Positionierelemente zur lagegerechten Zuordnung von Klemmfeder (14) und Kontaktkörper (13; 18) ausbildet.
- Klemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierelemente von Einschub-Aufnahmen (27; 28; 29) für Kontaktkörper (13; 18) und Klemmfeder (14) gebildet sind, die unabhängig voneinander bzw. nacheinander in diese Aufnahmen (27; 28; 29) einführbar sind.
- Klemme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (23) der Klemmfeder (14) im wesentlichen unverspannt am Kontaktkörper (13; 18) anliegt, wenn kein Leiter (L) in der Klemme (10; 11) befindlich ist und dass durch den zwischen Federschenkel (14) und Kontaktkörper (13; 18) eingeführten Leiter (L) Federschenkel (14) und Kontaktkörper (13; 18) infolge Verspannung eine selbsttragende Konstruktion ausbilden, die die auf sie einwirkenden Kräfte - vom Isolierkörper (26) fernhaltend - in sich aufnimmt.
- Klemme nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmen (27; 28; 29) des Isolierkörpers (26) Kontaktkörper (13; 18) und Klemmfeder (14) beim Einsetzen im wesentlichen kraftlos führen.
- Klemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kontaktkörper (13; 18) und Klemmfeder (14) auch in ihrer Endlage im Isolierkörper (26) im wesentlichen kraftlos in dessen Aufnahmen (27; 28; 29) liegen.
- Klemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich als abgebogene Zunge (23) am freien Ende eines Kontaktfederabschnitts (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Klemme nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich an demjenigen Abschnitt der Kontaktfeder (14) ausgebildet ist, aus dem der Federschenkel (20) ausgeklinkt ist.
