Abstract

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist eine in einem Isolierkörper angeordnete schraubenlose Anschluss- oder Verbindungsklemme für elektrische Leiter, insbes. für Lampen- oder Starterfassungen, Schalter od. dgl., umfassend je wenigstens einen Kontaktkörper und eine Klemmfeder aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen, wobei die Klemmfeder einen Verbindungsbereich, mit dem sie am Kontaktkörper festgelegt ist, und einen in Leitereinsteckrichtung sowie schräg gegen einen Abschnitt des Kontaktkörpers gerichteten Federschenkel aufweist, der den Leiter zwischen sich und dem Kontaktkörper klemmt. Zur Vereinfachung der Herstellung einer solchen Klemme ist der Verbindungsbereich von einem Klemmfederabschnitt ausgebildet, der sich auf der dem Federschenkel gegenüberliegenden Seite des Kontaktkörpers an diesem im wesentlichen druckschlüssig abstützt und der Isolierkörper bildet Positionierelemente zur lagegerechten Zuordnung von Klemmfeder und Kontaktkörper aus. Kontaktkörper und Federschenkel, die nicht mehr fest miteinander verbundenen sind, können nacheinander in das Isoliergehäuse eingesetzt werden. Dort liegt der Verbindungsabschnitt der Klemmfeder im wesentlichen zunächst unverspannt am Kontaktkörper an, wenn kein Leiter in der Klemme befindlich ist. Durch den zwischen Federschenkel und Kontaktkörper eingeführten Leiter bilden sodann Federschenkel und Kontaktkörper infolge Verspannung eine selbsttragende Konstruktion aus, die die auf sie einwirkenden Kräfte - vom Isolierkörper fernhaltend - in sich aufnimmt.
