Claims (7)
- Nadel für die mechanische Verfestigung von Faservliesen durch Vernadelung, bestehend aus einem Schaft (1) mit Spitze (2) am einen, vorderen Ende und einem Befestigungskolben am anderen, hinteren Ende und mehreren an dem Schaft (1) ausgebildeten Widerhaken (6,7) zum Ergreifen von Fasern aus dem zu vernadelnden Faservlies, wobei von den Widerhaken (6,7) einige (7) in Ausziehrichtung der Nadel und die anderen Widerhaken (6) in die von der Nadelspitze (2) angegebene Einstichrichtung der Nadel gerichtet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von in unterschiedliche Richtungen weisenden Widerhaken (6,7) begrenzten Kerben (4,5), in unterschiedliche radiale Richtungen bezüglich der Nadelachse weisen.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1, bei der die in unterschiedliche radiale Richtungen weisenden Kerben in einer gemeinsamen Radialebene angeordnet sind.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1, bei der die in unterschiedliche radiale Richtungen weisenden Kerben (4,5) an unterschiedlichen Stellen längs des Nadelschaftes (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Nadel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die Widerhaken (6,7) Scheitel haben, die nicht über den Umriß des Nadelschaftes (1) vorstehen.
- Nadel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, deren Schaft (1) einen polygonalen Querschnitt hat.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 5, bei der die Widerhaken (6,7) an den Kanten (3a,3b) des Nadelschaftes (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Nadel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 mit rundem Schaftquerschnitt, an dem die in unterschiedliche Richtungen weisenden Widerhaken in gemischter Verteilung ausgebildet sind.
