Definitions
- the invention relates to a movable partition according to the preamble of claim 1 or 2nd
- Movable partitions serve a variety of purposes. You can be flexible Room design, or for closing room openings, such as windows, doors, etc. be used. Movable partitions are also used outdoors Shop windows, entrances, etc. intended to protect against burglary or damage.
- Known movable partitions of the type mentioned are usually in one open position above the room opening wound on a shaft and surrounded by a cover or box as a privacy screen.
- partitions made of horizontal slats, which are articulated by horizontal Joint axes are interconnected and can be wound up.
- the partition is unwound from the shaft.
- the Placing above the room opening has numerous disadvantages. So the cover is in the opening of the room is visible, which affects the appearance. To do that the partition will also be avoided behind a lintel or masonry over the Room opening arranged. Often the arrangement of lintels is architectural or structural reasons not possible. This is especially true if the partition is to Room separation is used. Then the known movable partitions do not use.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a movable partition, which is space-saving and meets structural and architectural requirements.
- a movable partition to solve this problem has the features of the claim 1 on.
- the movable dividing wall guided in guide rails can pass through appropriate training of the guide rails almost any course in Show floor plan.
- the arrangement of the partition in one or Multiple radii possible, which gives the design options for such a partition is improved.
- Another partition to solve the above problem has the features of Claim 2 on. Due to the transport shaft provided in addition to the winding shaft, the Partition can be opened and closed. The transport wave makes a targeted, trouble-free The partition can be advanced, at least into the closed position.
- FIG. 16 shows a guide rail according to FIG. 4 in plan view.
- the partition 20 shown serves for the separation or delimitation of larger rooms. To if necessary, a space opening 21 is closed by the partition 20.
- the movable partition 20 shown in the figure shows an arrangement for closing a space opening 21, which in this case extends over two adjacent walls 22, that is to say “over Eck "extends.
- the room opening 21 is limited at the top by a lintel 23, the Room opening 21 can also extend, for example, up to a ceiling. At the bottom, the room opening 21 is limited by the floor 24 of the room.
- the partition 20 is in the open position shown in Fig. 1 in a lateral Area arranged next to the room opening 21 and is used to close the room opening 21 moved in the direction of arrow 25 in the horizontal direction. During the Movement of the partition 20 is this by an upper guide rail 26 and lower guide rail 27 guided (Fig. 2 and Fig. 3).
- the guide rails 26, 27 have a curved course in the example shown. In principle, any curvatures are possible. In the present example, the minimum radius of curvature about 45cm. Alternatively, the guide rails 26, 27 also run completely or partially in a straight line (FIG. 9).
- the upper guide rail 26 is in the form of a known one Running rail 28 formed, namely a substantially rectangular hollow profile that has a slot 29 running through it in the longitudinal direction on an underside (FIG. 12).
- the Running rail 28 is mounted on a further profile 30 in the example shown.
- the attachment of the Guide rail 26 on the ceiling or lintel 23 may not be possible.
- the profile 30 and / or other means, such as an angle 31 positioned above it may be required to guide the guide rail 26 in suitable position to be able to fix (Fig. 13).
- a cladding 32 is arranged on both sides of the guide rail 26 extends laterally and below the guide rail 26 and consists of one or more Individual parts can exist.
- the arrangement of the cover 32 prevents penetration, prevented from dirt or dust in the region of the guide rail 26.
- the bottom In the example shown, the covering 32 runs approximately at the same height as the underside a suspended ceiling 33 adjoining the partition 20.
- the lower guide rail 27 is flush with the top of the in the example shown Bottom 24 embedded in this (Fig. 13).
- the guide rail 27 is shown Example of a rectangular hollow profile 34, which has a central, in Has the longitudinal direction of the hollow profile 34 extending slot 35. Through this slot 35 the partition 20 enters the hollow profile 34 and is through both sides of the slot 35 extending horizontal leg 36 of the hollow profile 34 out.
- the guide rail 27 can consist of FIG. 14 consist of several individual parts, the whole of the hollow profile 34 with one Form top slot 35.
- the lower guide rail 27 can not be sunk in the bottom 24, but on the Bottom 24 must be positioned (Fig. 15). Such a design is also shown in FIG. 4. Such an arrangement is particularly suitable for retrofitting Partition 20 if the existing floor 24 is not used for laying the guide rail 27 can be pried open or slit open.
- the lower guide rail 27 can also be arranged only in regions, preferably in curved regions, as in Fig. 4 shown. With such an arrangement, the guide rail 27 is in front of the Closing the partition 20 releasably connected to the bottom 24. In the open position the partition 20, the guide rails 27 can be removed so that none There is a risk of stumbling.
- On the underside of the guide rail 27 can for example in Distances pin 37 may be arranged, the corresponding, arranged in the bottom, Recesses 38 correspond so that the guide rail 27 by inserting the Pin 37 is secured in the recesses 38 on the bottom 24.
- Such regionally arranged guide rails 27 can also, as in FIG. 16 shown to be trained. When moving the partition 20, this must be in the areas arranged guide rails 27 are "threaded". To make this easier Process has between the two horizontal legs 36 of the guide rail 27 formed slot 35 one in the direction of the two lateral ends of the guide rail 27th increasing width.
- the guide rail 27 in regions has a straight course, but the advantageous design of the lateral ends can also can be applied to curved guide rails 27.
- the partition 20 can be moved in the above-described upper guide rail 26 with the help of a carriage 39 known per se, to which the partition 20 is attached (Fig. 8).
- the partition 20 consists of lamellae 40 which are shown in FIG Columns and rows are put next to and on top of each other.
- Fig. 5 shows one Lamella 40 in a side view.
- the lamella 40 consists of a view rectangular base body 41. On two opposite side surfaces 42 of the base body 41 sleeves 43 are arranged vertically offset from one another, one vertically have directed through hole 44. 6 shows such a lamella 40 in one Top view.
- the fins 40 are connected by vertical coupling tubes 45 through the mutually offset sleeves 43 of two adjacent slats 40 are guided, whereby the fins 40 are articulated to each other (Fig. 7).
- the in the vertical hinge axes 46 positioned coupling tubes 45 run in the shown Embodiments over the entire height of the partition 20.
- On the coupling tubes 45 a plurality of slats 40 are arranged. However, it can also Slats 40 may be provided which extend over the entire height of the partition 20.
- the slats 40 are made of a transparent, impact-resistant plastic, e.g. Polycarbonate.
- the coupling tubes 45 are made of aluminum, but they are also Basically, depending on the application, other materials, for example also more transparent Plastic as well as other slat arrangements possible.
- the coupling tubes 45 are attached to the carriage 39 with which the partition 20 in the upper guide rail 26 is movable (Fig. 8). In the embodiment shown are at the upper end of the coupling tubes 45 between the uppermost fins 40 and Carriage 39 spacer sleeves 47 positioned so that a space 48 is formed. in the The example shown shows the carriage 39 screwed to the coupling tubes 45. At the lower end of the coupling tubes 45, the fins 40 against slipping down secured by the coupling tubes 45 by suitable means. The slats 40 and Spacer sleeves 47 are secured to the coupling tubes 45 in such a way that the fins 40 and spacer sleeves 47 can be rotated around the coupling tubes 45 with as little friction as possible.
- the coupling tubes 45 can also be in a lower one Area to be interconnected, as shown in Fig. 15. It can be useful to connect two coupling tubes 45 that are not already in an upper area are jointly attached to a carriage 39.
