Abstract
Description
Eine Lösung der Aufgabe wird mit der erfindungsgemäßen Druckmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt, wobei Ausgleichselemente der aufnehmenden Druckwerksgruppe, vorzugsweise dem ersten Transferzylinder der aufnehmenden Druckwerksgruppe zugeordnet sind. Hierdurch ist es möglich, dass die Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz erst dann ausgeglichen wird, wenn die Übergabe bereits vorgenommen wird. Dies bewirkt, dass die Drehmomentschwankungen, welche beispielsweise durch ein dynamisches Greifersystem bedingt sind, mit der Kompensation der Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz berücksichtigt werden. Desweiteren findet die Lagekorrektur nach der Übergabe statt, wodurch Verschiebungen, welche während der Übergabe erfolgen, noch korrigiert werden können. Die Kompensation des Übergabefehlers kann somit unmittelbar erfolgen, so dass auf eine in der Regel fehlerbehaftete Vorausberechnung eines zu erwartenden Übergabefehlers durch die Datenverarbeitungsmittel einer Steuerungseinrichtung verzichtet werden kann.

Claims (14)
- Druckmaschine (1) vorzugsweise zum Bedrucken von bogenartigem Material mit wenigstens zwei Druckwerksgruppen (II,III), welche voneinander entkoppelte, jeweils einer Druckwerksgruppe zugeordnete Antriebe (7, 9) und Druckwerke (2,3) mit Transferzylindern (12, 13) aufweisen, und zur Übergabe der Druckbogen mit einer dynamischen Steuerungseinrichtung (14) und Ausgleichselementen (15) zum Ausgleich von Geschwindigkeitsdifferenzen und Lagefehlern zwischen zwei Druckwerksgruppen (II, III),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Ausgleichselemente (15) der aufnehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III), vorzugsweise dem ersten Transferzylinder (13) der aufnehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) zugeordnet sind. - Druckmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die dynamische Steuerungseinrichtung (14) zur Aufnahme von Betriebsparametern mit den Druckwerksgruppen (II, III) vorzugsweise mit den einzelnen Druckwerken (2, 3) und zur Steuerung der Übergabe mit den Ausgleichselementen (15) kommunizierend verbunden ist. - Druckmaschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass Sensoren, vorzugsweise ladungsgekoppelte Schaltelemente (CCD), Photosensoren, elektronische oder elektromagnetische Sensoren, den Druckwerksgruppen (II, III) zugeordnet sind, welche die Betriebsparameter der Druckwerksgruppen (II, III) aufnehmen und an Datenverarbeitungsmittel der dynamischen Steuerungseinrichtung (14) weiterleiten. - Druckmaschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Ausgleichselemente (15) ein Greifersystem (18) aufweisen, welches zum Ausgleich einer Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz zwischen zwei Druckwerksgruppen (II, III) sowie zur Lagekorrektur des Druckbogens parallel zur Zylinderoberfläche und axial verschiebbar auf dem ersten Transferzylinder (13) der aufnehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) angeordnet ist. - Druckmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Greifersystem (18) einen dynamischen Aktor (16) und eine Greiferbrücke (20) zur Aufnahme der Druckbogen umfasst und dass der Aktor (16) entsprechend der Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz die Lage der Greiferbrücke (20) bei konstantem Radius in Umfangsrichtung am Transferzylinder (13) verschiebt. - Druckmaschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,

dass die Greiferbrücke (20) zur Lagekorrektur des Druckbogens axial in Richtung der Drehachse des ersten Transferzylinders (13) verschiebbar ist. - Verfahren zur Übergabe von Druckbogen in einer Druckmaschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass eine Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz zwischen zwei entkoppelten Druckwerksgruppen (II, III) ermittelt wird,dass das Greifersystem (18) die Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz zwischen den Druckwerksgruppen (II, III) am ersten Transferzylinders (13) der aufnehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) durch Verschieben des Greifersystems (18) parallel zur Zylinderoberfläche während der Übernahme ausgleicht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass ein Lagefehler des Druckbogens auf dem ersten Transferzylinder (13) der übernehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) ermittelt wird,dass die Lagekorrektur des Druckbogens parallel zur Zylinderoberfläche und axial verschiebbar auf dem ersten Transferzylinder (13) der aufnehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die dynamische Steuerungseinrichtung (14) vor der Übergabe des Druckbogens die Betriebsparameter der Druckwerksgruppen (II, III) vorzugsweise mittels Sensoren erfasst, Geschwindigkeitsdifferenzen ermittelt und die Ausgleichselemente (15) während der Übergabe ausgleichend steuert. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die dynamische Steuerungseinrichtung (14) nach der Übernahme die Lage des Druckbogens auf dem ersten Transferzylinder (13) der aufnehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) erfasst und die Ausgleichselemente (15) nach der Übernahme korrigierend steuert. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,

dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass in einem ersten Schritt zum Ausgleich einer Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz der Aktor (16) parallel zur Zylinderoberfläche des ersten Transferzylinders (13) der übernehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) verschoben wird,dass in einem zweiten Schritt das Greifersystem (18) des ersten Transferzylinders (13) der übernehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) den Druckbogen von der vorangehenden Druckwerksgruppe (II) übernimmt,dass in einem dritten Schritt die Lage des Druckbogens erfasst und gegebenenfalls eine Lagekorrektur ermittelt wird,dass in einem vierten Schritt der Aktor (16) die Lagekorrektur auf dem ersten Transferzylinder (13) der übernehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) vornimmt dass in einem fünften Schritt der Aktor (16) zur Übergabe an den zweiten Zylinder (19) der übernehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) in eine Ruhelage verbracht wird, und dass in einem sechsten Schritt der Aktor (16) nach Übergabe an den zweiten Zylinder (19) der übernehmenden Druckwerksgruppe (III) in seine Ausgangslage zurückgefahren wird.
