Abstract
Description
- die Absaugöffnungen auch bei geschlossener Ofentür innerhalb des Erhitzungsofens im Ofeninnenraum angeordnet sind,
- die Absaugeinrichtung mittels eines Schalters zumindest teilweise vor dem Öffnen der Ofentür oder sogar ausschließlich vor dem Öffnen der Ofentür in Betrieb setzbar ist oder durch den Schalter die Absaugwirkung einer ständig im Betrieb befindlichen Absaugvorrichtung verstärkt wird und
- beim Öffnen der Ofentür, bei dem sich ein Türöffnungsspalt ausbildet, die Absaugeinrichtung so ausgelegt ist, daß durch das zumindest teilweise vor dem Öffnen der Ofentür bewirkte Absaugen das Austreten heißer Luft bzw. Wrasens aus dem Türöffnungsspalt vermindert wird.
Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung für einen mit einer Ofentür (8) versehenen Erhitzungsofen (1) in dessen Ofeninnenraum (7) sich bei Erhitzungsvorgängen heiße Luft, insbesondere Wrasen bildet, der eine Absaugung mittels einer oder mehrerer Absaugöffnungen (9,10) und einer Absaugeinrichtung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Absaugöffnungen (9,10) auch bei geschlossener Ofentür (8) innerhalb des Erhitzungsofens (1) angeordnet sind,die Absaugeinrichtung (5,5a) mittels eines Schalters (18) zumindest teilweise vor dem Öffnen der Ofentür (8) oder sogar ausschließlich vor dem Öffnen der Ofentür in Betrieb setzbar ist oder durch den Schalter (18) die Absaugwirkung einer ständig im Betrieb befindlichen Absaugvorrichtung verstärkt wird unddie Absaugeinrichtung (5,5a) so ausgelegt ist, daß durch das zumindest teilweise vor dem Öffnen der Ofentür bewirkte Absaugen das Austreten heißer Luft bzw. Wrasens aus dem Türöffnungsspalt (14a) vermindert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, ein oder mehrere Absaugöffnungen (10) in der Nähe des Türöffnungsspaltes (14a) in den Ofenraum (7) münden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugwirkung der Absaugeinrichtung durch den Schalter (18) auch in der Saugwirkung regelbar einzustellen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugvorrichtung zusätzlich auch als bei zumindest teilweise geöffneter Tür wirksame Türluftabsaugung (10,12,5a) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugvorrichtung eine Regeleinrichtung aufweist, mit der beim Öffnen der Ofentür (8) die Türluftabsaugung (10,12,5a) eingeschaltet wird oder in der Absaugwirkung veränderbar ist, wobei der Türluftabsaugung (10,12,5a) durch einen beim Öffnen der Ofentür (8) schaltenden Türluftabsaugschalter (17) geschaltet wird oder durch zeitverzögertes Schalten des Schalters (18) bewirkt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Vorhandensein einer während des Ofenbetriebs ständig im Betrieb befindlichen Absaugvorrichtung (5) die Heißluft von der Ofentür (7) weg in die Absaugluft der Absaugvorrichtung eingeleitet wird, wobei im Türluftabsaugluftrohr (12) zwischen den Absaugöffnungen (10) am Öffnungsspalt (14a) des Ofenraumes (7) und der Einmündung dieses Rohres (12) in das Rohr (4) der Absaugvorrichtung eine Vorrichtung, wie eine Drosselklappe (16), vorgesehen ist, die das Türluftabsaugluftrohr (12) durch Wirkung des Schalters (18) und/oder durch Öffnen der Ofentür (7) ganz oder teilweise freigibt, wobei im Türluftabsaugluftrohr (12) eine zusätzliche Türluftabsaugvorrichtung (5a) vorgesehen sein kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugwirkung der Türluftabsaugung durch eine Drosselklappe (16) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ofentür (8) an Absaugkanäle (21) angeschlossene Absaugöffnungen (23, 25) vorgesehen sind, über die heiße Luft aus dem Öffnungsspalt (14a) wegsaugbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Öffnungsbereich (14) des Ofenraumes (7) ein Luftvorhang (27) gebildet wird, der das Austreten der heißen Luft aus dem Ofenraum (7) möglichst weitgehend unterbindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die heiße Luft / der Wrasen aus dem Ofenraum (7) vor dem Ableiten aus dem Erhitzungsofen (1) zunächst in einem Filter (34) gereinigt und danach in einem Kühler (35) abgekühlt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filter (34) und der Kühler (35) eine Behandlungseinheit (36) sind, die durch eine vordere, mit einer Klappe (37) verschlossene Öffnung austauschbar sind.
