Claims (6)

  1. Accumulateur de carburant haute pression pour un système d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne, comprenant un raccord présentant un alésage traversant (5) et relié de manière étanche aux liquides à un boîtier (2), l'intérieur du boîtier (6) et l'alésage traversant (5) étant reliés hydrauliquement par un perçage (4) dans le boîtier (2), et le raccord (1) étant relié au boîtier (2) par soudage (3),
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un cordon de soudure (3) et des moyens d'étanchéité (10, 9, 13) de la liaison entre le boîtier (2) et le raccord (1) sont disposés séparément dans l'espace.
  2. Accumulateur de carburant haute pression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens d'étanchéité de la liaison entre le boîtier (2) et le raccord (1) sont formés d'un élément de serrage cylindrique (10),
    l'élément de serrage cylindrique (10) est disposé au niveau d'une première extrémité du raccord (1) concentriquement à l'alésage traversant (5),l'élément de serrage (10) présente un autre alésage traversant, et
    le perçage (4) présente, au niveau de son extrémité tournée vers le raccord (1), un renfoncement (9) qui forme avec l'élément de serrage (10) un ajustage serré.
  3. Accumulateur de carburant haute pression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens d'étanchéité de la liaison entre le boîtier (2) et le raccord (1) sont formés d'un élément de serrage cylindrique (10), disposé entre le raccord (1) et le boîtier (2),
    une fraisure (13) est disposée au niveau d'une première extrémité du raccord (1), concentriquement à l'alésage traversant (5),
    l'élément de serrage (10) présente un autre alésage traversant,
    le perçage (4) du boîtier (2) présente, au niveau de son extrémité tournée vers le raccord (1), un renfoncement (9), et
    l'élément de serrage (10) forme avec la fraisure (13) du raccord (1) et le renfoncement (9) du boîtier (2) des ajustages serrés.
  4. Accumulateur de carburant haute pression selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de serrage (10) possède la forme d'un cylindre extérieur.
  5. Accumulateur de carburant haute pression selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans l'élément de serrage (10) se trouve au moins une rainure (14) pour accueillir une bague d'étanchéité (15).
  6. Accumulateur de carburant haute pression selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le renfoncement (9) du boîtier (2) et dans la fraisure (13) du raccord (1) se trouvent des rainures (14) pour accueillir au moins une bague d'étanchéité (15).
