Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen belastungsoptimierter Stahlbänder mit in Bandlängsrichtung sich stetig verändernder Dicke, wobei das Stahlband (7) durch Gießen zwischen zwei gekühlten Rollen (1,2) mit einem variablen Durchtrittsspalt hergestellt wird
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß in Abhängigkeit vom Weg des durchlaufenden, gegossenen Bandes (7) die auf die in den von den Rollen gebildeten Zwickel eingegossene Stahlschmelze einwirkende Kühlung der Rollen und damit die Dicke des Stahlbandes derart verändert wird, daß das Stahlband eine längenbezogene Dickenänderung von 10 bis 40 % erhält. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlung mittels der Rollen über deren Kontaktzeit mit der Stahlschmelze beeinflußt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktzeit über die Drehzahl der Rollen und/oder die Höhe des Schmelzbadspiegels eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlung über den Wärmefluß zwischen Rollen und Stahlschmelze beeinflußt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wärmefluß über die Oberflächenstruktur der Rollen und/oder Inertgasatmosphäre und/oder Gießöl beeinflußt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollen mit konstanter Stützkraft beaufschlagt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gegossene Stahlband aus der Gießhitze warmgewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gegossene Stahlband unmittelbar oder nach dem Warmwalzen und/oder Rekristallisationsglühen kaltgewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Warm- und/oder Kaltwalzen gegebenenfalls nach vorheriger Rekristallisationsglühung mit konstantem Umformgrad erfolgt.
