Claims (23)
- Gleitschalungsfertiger mit einem Maschinenrahmen (4) mit parallel zur Arbeitsrichtung verlaufenden Längsträgern (8) sowie mit Querträgern (18,20) und mit einem Fahrwerk (2) bestehend aus mehreren mit einer Hubsäule (10) höhenverstellbaren Fahrschiffen (14,15) mit lenkbaren Kettenlaufwerken (16), die die Ebene des Maschinenrahmens (4) in einer vorgegebenen Lage halten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an mindestens einem Querträger (20) des Maschinenrahmens (4) eine quer zur Arbeitsrichtung verfahrbare Schiebetraverse (22) befestigt ist, und daß die Fahrschiffe (14,15) an der Schiebetraverse (22) befestigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsträger (8) teleskopierbar sind und daß der Querträger (18) an den freien Enden der Längsträger (8) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiebetraverse (22) eine im wesentlichen in der Ebene des Maschinenrahmens (4) verschwenkbare Schwenkeinrichtung (24) für eine Fördereinrichtung (28) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkeinrichtung (24) auf der Schiebetraverse (22) quer zur Arbeitsrichtung verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkeinrichtung (24) aus einer Parallelogrammführung besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (28) an dem freien Ende der Schwenkeinrichtung (24) um eine orthogonal zur Ebene des Maschinenrahmens verlaufende Achse schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (28) an dem freien Ende der Schwenkeinrichtung (24) zum Verändern des Neigungswinkels der Fördereinrichtung (28) um eine zu der Ebene des Maschinenrahmens (4) parallele Achse schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem freien Ende der Schwenkeinrichtung (24) ein Hilfsrahmen (26) angeordnet ist, in dem die Fördereinrichtung (28) linear gleitend in Längsrichtung'verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (28) für den Transport durch Verschwenken eines unteren Teils (30) der Fördereinrichtung (28) auf eine geringere Baulänge verkürzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die vorderen Fahrschiffe (14) in der Spurweite verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Maschinenrahmen (4) auf mindestens einer Seite ein quer zur Arbeitsrichtung teleskopierbarer Hilfsrahmen (48) zur Aufnahme von Arbeitsmitteln angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter dem Maschinenrahmen (4) ein Zwischenrahmen (54) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenrahmen (54) um eine orthogonal zum Maschinenrahmen (4) verlaufende Achse um mindestens 180° verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position des Zwischenrahmens (54) relativ zu dem Maschinenrahmen (4) in Arbeitsrichtung verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsrahmen (48) aus dem Zwischenrahmen (54) teleskopierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hinteren Fahrschiffe (15) am hinteren Ende des Maschinenrahmens (4) quer zur Arbeitsrichtung teleskopierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die in Arbeitsrichtung vorderen Fahrschiffe (14) ein Lenkgetriebe (32) zum Verschwenken der Kettenlaufwerke (16) aufweisen, wobei der aus der Mittellage in Arbeitsrichtung einstellbare Lenkwinkel einen Betrag von ± 50 bis 60°, vorzugsweise ± 75°, überschreitet.
- Fahrschiff für eine Baumaschine, mit einer Hubsäule (10) für die Höhenverstellung und mit einem Kettenlaufwerk (16), das mit Hilfe eines Lenkgetriebes (32) lenkbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der aus der Mittellage einstellbare Lenkwinkel einen Betrag von ± 50 ° bis 60 °, vorzugsweise ± 75 °, überschreitet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lenkgetriebe (32) einen ersten und einen zweiten gebogenen Lenker (36,40) aufweist, und daß die Bewegungsebene der Lenker (36,40) orthogonal zur Achse der Hubsäule (10) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Krümmungsradius der Lenker (36,40) dem Durchmesser der Hubsäule (10) für das Fahrschiff (14) angepaßt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lenkgetriebe (32) als Stelleinrichtung eine Kolben-Zylindereinheit (60) mit einem Zylindergehäuse (62) und einer in dem Zylindergehäuse (62) linear beweglichen Kolbenstange (64) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils ein Ende der beiden Lenker (36,40) über ein gemeinsames erstes Gelenk (68) an dem freien Ende der Kolbenstange (64) miteinander gekoppelt sind, und daß das andere Ende des ersten Lenkers (36) an einem relativ zu der Hubsäule (10) ortsfesten zweiten Gelenk (72) und das andere Ende des zweiten Lenkers (40) an einem relativ zu dem Kettenlaufwerk (16) ortsfesten dritten Gelenk (76), angekoppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylindergehäuse (62) der Kolben-Zylindereinheit (60) schwenkbar um eine orthogonal zur Ebene des Maschinenrahmens (4) verlaufende Achse (63) an einem Teil (11) der Hubsäule (10) gelagert ist.
