Description
Die Besonderheit des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels zum Reinigen von Leder besteht darin, daß dieses als wässrige Lösung hergestellte Mittel einen PH-Wert im Bereich zwischen 3,5 und 6,8 aufweist. Zur Einstellung des PH-Wertes enthält die wässerige Lösung wenigstens eine Säure, vorzugsweise eine organische Säure, beispielsweise eine flüchtige organische Säure, wie z.B. Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Zitronensäure und/oder Phtalsäure.

Die Erfindung wurde voranstehend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel beschrieben. Es versteht sich, daß Änderungen sowie Abwandlungen möglich sind, ohne daß dadurch der der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Erfindungsgedanke verlassen wird.
Claims (9)
- Mittel zum Reinigen von Leder oder Lederprodukten, bestehend aus einer Lösung, die Wasser und wenigstens eine Waschsubstanz sowie einen Anteil an einem unsulfonierten, wasserunlöslichen Öl oder Fett in Emulsion enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die PH-Wert der Lösung auf einen Bereich zwischen 3,5 - 6,8 eingestellt ist, und
daß die Waschsubstanz ein Fettalkohol bzw. wenigstens ein Fettalkylsulfat oder - ethersulfat und/oder Alkylsulfat ist. - Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lösung zur Einstellung des PH-Wertes organische, vorzugsweise organische flüchtige Säuren, wie z.B. Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Zitronensäure oder Phtalsäure enthält.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lösung einen Emulgator für das unsulforierte, wasserunlösliche Öl oder Fett enthält.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lösung einen anionischen oder amphoteren Lederfettlicker bzw. ein sulfatiertes oder sulfitiertes oder emulgiertes natürliches oder synthetisches Öl oder Fett enthält.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lösung ein Netzungsmittel, vorzugsweise ein nicht ionogenes Netzungsmittel enthält, und/oder
daß die Lösung als weiteren Zusatz ein etherisches Öl (Parfümöl) und/oder einen Farbstoff, vorzugsweise einen Anilinsäurefarbstoff enthält, und/oder
daß die Lösung zusätzlich Ethylenoxidaddukt, Alkansulfat und/oder Propanol-2 enthält. - Mittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lösung folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:
30-60 Teile Fettqalkylsulfate und -ethersulfate 0-30 Teile Ethylenoxidaddukt, Alkansulfat und/oder Propanol-2 0-30 Teile pflanzliches oder tierisches Öl-Fett, wasserunlöslich 0- 30 Teile anionischer oder amphoterer Lederfettlicker 0-5 Teile nicht ionogenes Netzungsmittel 0-5 Teile Parfümöl 0 - 0,005 Teile Anilinsäurefarbstoff Rest Wasser und Säure. - Mittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waschsubstanz wenigstens eine Substanz aus der Gruppe Amidethersulfat, sekundäres Alkansulfat, Sarkoside, Methyltauride, Isethionat, Amoniumoxid, Phosphorsäureester, Quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen ist.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von Leder oder Lederprodukten mit einer Lösung oder Waschsubstanz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Behandeln mit der Lösung oder Waschsubstanz eine Vorbehandlung in einem sauren Bad mit einem PH-Wert im Bereich zwischen 3,5 und 5,5 erfolgt, wobei das Vorbehandlungsbad beispielsweise eine wässerige Lösung ist, z.B. eine wässerige Lösung, die wenigstens eine anorganische flüchtige Säure enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorbehandlungsbad wenigstens eine flüchtige anorganische Säure, beispielsweise der Gruppe Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Zitronensäure und Phtalsäure enthält.
