Description
- les éclisses métalliques, dites principales, sont constituées d'un profil de section en forme de C et forment un support continu reliant lesdits rondins du côté des poteaux ;
- ledit profil métallique C à son ouverture orientée vers lesdits poteaux et est apte à recevoir des brides de fixation de ceux-ci en tous points de la longueur des éclisses indépendamment des jonctions de celles-ci et des rondins ;
- lesquelles brides sont déformables lors d'un choc contre ladite glissière au-dessus d'une valeur donnée, de telle sorte que celle-ci se désolidarise des poteaux.
- pour éviter que ces têtes dépassent de la surface des rondins, ceux-ci comportent des logements 9 réalisés du côté de la circulation routière et aptes à recevoir lesdites têtes des boulons de fixation 6, qui peuvent venir en appui contre des rondelles placées dans le fond desdits logements pour augmenter la surface d'appui lors du serrage et non représentées sur les figures jointes.
- ces mêmes logements 9 permettent d'assurer d'autres fonctions telles que la signalisation et l'identification de la société.
- d'une tige de liaison 8 traversant un desdits poteaux 4 et bloquée sur celui-ci par au moins un écrou vissé à l'extrémité 81 distale de cette tige,
- et d'une platine 17 glissée à l'intérieur du profil métallique des éclisses 1 et dont les ailes viennent en appui contre celles 11 de ces éclisses principales 1 quand on visse ledit écrou de l'autre côté du poteau 4, en prenant en « sandwich » celui-ci, entre l'éclisse 1 et ledit écrou ou toute rondelle d'appui de celui-ci.
- faire coïncider les pions 15 de l'éclisse de jonction 5 avec leur logement 112 dans l'éclisse principale 1 ;
- maintenir l'éclisse de jonction 5 en place le temps de la pose des boulons de fixation 6.
- une clé à douille de monteur équipée sur une extrémité d'une douille permettant le serrage de l'ensemble des écrous de fixation et d'assemblage de la glissière, et sur l'autre extrémité d'une partie effilée permettant de faire coïncider les perçages 111 et 12 des deux éclisses ;
- un levier en T, dont la largeur est inférieure à l'ouverture 20 de l'éclisse principale 1, et qui est introduit dans cette ouverture au niveau de l'éclisse de jonction 5 ; la rotation de ce levier vers la droite ou vers la gauche, fait basculer la tête du T, dans la rainure du profil en C de l'éclisse principale 1 (comme la platine 17 de la bride 7 support), puis en appuyant ou relevant le bras de ce levier en T, on arc-boute sa tête ainsi logée dans ladite rainure, de telle façon qu'un de ses côtés vient appuyer contre l'éclisse de jonction 5, et l'autre côté en arrière d'une des ailes 11 de l'éclisse principale 1 : un faible effort permet alors de maintenir ces deux éclisses en contact, facilitant ainsi le montage des boulons de fixation 6.
Claims (10)
- Glissière de sécurité routière de type comportant au moins une lisse horizontale en bois (3), composée de rondins (13) assemblés bout à bout et reliés entre eux par des éclisses métalliques (1) et des boulons de fixation (6) les traversant (13) par des trous (2), et des poteaux (4) qui supportent ladite lisse en arrière de celle-ci par rapport au coté de la circulation routière R caractérisé en ce que :les éclisses métalliques, dites principales (1), sont constituées d'un profil de section en forme de C et forment un support continu reliant lesdits rondins (13) du côté des poteaux (4) ;ledit profil métallique C à son ouverture (20) orientée vers lesdits poteaux (4) et est apte à recevoir des T brides (7) de fixation de ceux-ci en tous points des éclisses (1), indépendamment des jonctions de celles-ci et des rondins (13) ;lesquelles brides (7) sont déformables lors d'un choc contre ladite glissière au-dessus d'une valeur donnée, de telle sorte que celle-ci se désolidarise des poteaux (4).
- Glissière de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdites éclisses métalliques (1) sont encastrées dans une rainure (19) horizontale continue réalisée dans lesdits rondins (13) et comportent des trous (11), au moins à ses extrémités et de part et d'autre de chaque jonction (18) de rondin (13), dans lesquels sont mis en place les boulons de fixation (6).
- Glissière de sécurité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les éclisses métalliques (1) principales sont reliées entre elles par des éclisses de jonction (5) comportant des trous (12) coopérant avec au moins deux des trous (111) des extrémités des éclisses métalliques principales et des pions (15) coopérant avec d'autres trous (112) de ces éclisses principales (1).
- Glissière de sécurité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les rondins (13) comportent des logements (9) réalisés du côté de la circulation routière R et aptes à recevoir au moins les têtes des boulons de fixation (6) avec les éclisses (1), et des éléments réfléchissants fixés dans certains de ces logements (9).
- Glissière de sécurité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des accessoires fixés dans l'ouverture (20) des éclisses principales (1).
- Glissière de sécurité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les ailes (1) du profil en C des extrémités des éclisses principales (1) sont recourbées vers l'intérieur du C et forment un guide dont la largeur est compatible avec celle des éclisses de jonction (5).
- Glissière de sécurité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les brides (7) de fixation des poteaux (4) sur la lisse horizontale (3) sont constituées chacune d'une tige de liaison (8), traversant un desdits poteaux (4) et bloquée sur celui-ci par au moins un écrou vissé à l'extrémité (81) distale de cette tige, et d'une platine (17) vissée à l'intérieur du profil métallique des éclisses (1) principales et dont les ailes viennent en appui contre celles (11) de ces éclisses principales (1).
- Glissière de sécurité suivant la revendication 7 ,caractérisée en ce que les ailes de ladite platine (17) de forme rectangulaire comportent chacune un angle (171) coupé apte à permettre la rotation de la platine dans le profil métallique et un autre angle (172), dont les dimensions empêchent ladite rotation.
- Dispositif de pose de glissière de sécurité routière suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 et comportant des poteaux (4) supports composés d'au moins un profil métallique (41) vertical de section en forme de C, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une plaque de guidage de dimensions aptes à être glissée dans ledit profil (41) vertical, et reliée d'une part à au moins une bride (25) venant en appui sur la partie supérieure du poteau (4) et d'autre part à un bras de liaison horizontal (23) placé à l'extérieur dudit profil (41), et deux bras latéraux (22) aptes à former une structure en U horizontale avec le bras de liaison (23) sur lequel ils sont articulés (26), lesquels bras latéraux étant positionnés à la hauteur correspondante de la lisse en bois (3) de la glissière qui y est posée pour être fixée sur ledit poteau (4).
- Dispositif de pose de glissière de sécurité routière la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que lesdits bras (22) latéraux horizontaux comportent des rouleaux (24) à leur partie supérieure.
