Description
- La Figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un garde-corps dans lequel les lisses sont assemblées selon l'invention.
- La Figure 2 est une vue en coupe et en élévation, à plus grande échelle, des lisses haute et basse du garde-corps selon la Figure 1, permettant de mieux préciser le détail de la réalisation des moyens d'assemblage des barreaux verticaux avec ces lisses.
- La Figure 3 est une vue de dessus de la lisse basse du garde-corps, montrant le profil d'une des ouvertures de réception d'un barreau.
- La Figure 4 représente, selon quatre vues successives repérées respectivement de a à d, la lisse basse du garde-corps et le barreau qui s'engage dans l'une des ouvertures de celle-ci, en illustrant les diverses phases de la mise en place de ce barreau, jusqu'à son encliquetage final sur la lisse.
- La Figure 5 est une vue schématique en élévation du garde-corps, illustrant une variante pour la réalisation de la lisse haute de celui-ci.
- La Figure 6 illustre la disposition prise par un barreau du garde-corps en cas de choc frontal accidentel et le comportement du dispositif d'assemblage dans un tel cas.
- La Figure 7 est une vue analogue à la Figure 1, mais dans laquelle les lisses haute et basse du garde-corps forment un angle donné avec la direction verticale des barreaux, en particulier lorsque le garde-corps constitue une rambarde d'escalier.
- La Figure 8 est une vue en coupe longitudinale à plus grande échelle d'un barreau et des lisses du garde-corps selon la Figure 7.
- Les Figures 9, 10 et 11 sont des vues de détail, respectivement en coupe transversale, selon la ligne X-X de la Figure 9, et en coupe longitudinale d'une partie d'un barreau entrant dans la réalisation du garde-corps selon les Figures 7 et 8.
- La Figure 12 est une vue en coupe transversale d'un barreau selon la ligne XII-XII de la Figure 8, illustrant en vue de dessus l'ouverture ménagée dans la lisse basse du garde-corps, recevant le barreau considéré.
- La Figure 13 est une vue en coupe longitudinale de la partie inférieure d'un barreau, représenté engagé dans la lisse basse du garde-corps.
Claims (8)
- Assemblage de barreaux parallèles et espacés vis-à-vis d'une lisse de support de ces barreaux, s'étendant transversalement à la direction longitudinale de ceux-ci, caractérisé en ce que la lisse (6, 7, 11) comporte une pluralité d'ouvertures voisines (13, 36), de préférence équidistantes, propres à recevoir chacune l'extrémité d'un barreau (8), et une languette interne souple (15), encastrée dans la paroi intérieure de la lisse, s'étendant sur toute la longueur de celle-ci et présentant une surface plane inclinée sur la verticale, apte à coopérer, pour chaque barreau, avec une échancrure (21) délimitée par des bords (22) également inclinés et de même profil que la languette, prévus à l'extrémité du barreau qui pénètre dans l'ouverture correspondante de la lisse, ou bien ménagée dans un organe de support (27) porté par cette extrémité du barreau, la languette comportant un retour transversal (16), sensiblement perpendiculaire à son plan, apte à s'engager progressivement dans un logement ouvert (23) prévu dans le fond de l'échancrure, jusqu'à s'encliqueter dans ce logement en solidarisant la lisse et le barreau.
- Assemblage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la languette (15) comporte, en bout de son retour transversal (16), un talon d'appui (17) contre le fond du logement (23) de l'échancrure (21) en fin de course d'encliquetage, propre à faire travailler la languette en traction, en cas de pliage du barreau sous l'effet d'un choc transversal accidentel (Figure 6).
- Assemblage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la lisse (6, 7, 11) comporte, au voisinage de sa liaison avec la languette, une butée interne (20) limitant la course d'engagement du barreau à l'intérieur de la lisse.
- Assemblage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les bords inclinés (22) de l'échancrure (21) présentent, au voisinage de l'extrémité du barreau (8), un ergot (24) formant de préférence un appui proche de la zone d'encastrement de la languette (15) de manière à rigidifier l'assemblage de la lisse et du barreau en cas de choc transversal accidentel sur celui-ci.
- Assemblage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel les barreaux verticaux (8) sont associés à deux lisses (6 et 7, 11), respectivement haute et basse, s'étendant horizontalement, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (13) ménagées dans ces lisses, recevant les extrémités des barreaux présentent un profil qui correspond exactement à la section droite de ces barreaux, au seul jeu près nécessaire à l'engagement de ceux-ci dans la lisse.
- Assemblage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel chacune des deux lisses (6 et 7, 11) forme avec la direction verticale des barreaux (8) un angle donné, caractérisé en ce que chacune des ouvertures (36) ménagée dans les lisses présente une section transversale largement supérieure à celle du barreau qui s'y engage, celui-ci étant seulement maintenu dans la partie centrale de l'ouverture par une nervure interne (35) d'appui sur la paroi externe de ce barreau, assurant son guidage au cours de l'engagement de son extrémité dans l'ouverture et garantissant l'espacement d'un barreau à un autre selon la longueur de la lisse.
- Assemblage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de support porté par chaque barreau vertical (8), muni de l'échancrure (21) coopérant avec la languette (15) de la lisse (6, 7, 11), présente la forme d'un pion cylindrique (27), dont l'axe est disposé horizontalement, ce pion étant monté à pivotement limité autour de cet axe à l'intérieur du barreau.
- Assemblage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le pion cylindrique (27) comporte une extrémité frontale (28) dont la section droite, présentant un profil en losange, est engagée dans une rainure ou fente (29) du barreau (8) s'étendant à partir de son extrémité, le pion venant au plus en butée contre les côtés de cette fente, en tolérant les débattements relatifs de la lisse (6, 7, 11), solidarisée du pion par rapport au barreau.
