Claims (12)
- Garde-corps modulaire comprenant des potelets ou barreaux-supports (1), munis de moyens de fixation (7) sur le sol (6) ou sur un muret (9), et reliés entre eux à leurs sommets par une main-courante (2) et aussi, à des hauteurs intermédiaires, par une ou des lisses (3,4,5), horizontales ou inclinées, les potelets ou barreaux-supports (1) étant constitués par des profilés tubulaires possédant chacun au moins une rainure longitudinale (10,35) recevant des moyens de fixation (20,21) de la main-courante (2) et des moyens de liaison (17 ; 36,41) avec les lisses intermédiaires (3,4,5), la main courante (2) étant fixée dans le plan vertical contenant les potelets ou barreaux-supports (1), caractérisé en ce que la main-courante (2) et la ou les lisses intermédiaires (3,4,5) sont constituées par des profilés tubulaires, et en ce que la ou les lisses (3,4,5) sont fixées elles aussi dans le plan vertical contenant les potelets ou barreaux-supports (1), les profilés tubulaires qui constituent les potelets ou barreaux-supports (1) présentant à cet effet, au niveau des lisses intermédiaires (3,4,5), des ouvertures latérales (14) prévues pour recevoir les extrémités de ces lisses (3,4,5), fixées au moyen d'une pièce de liaison (17) possédant des parties engagées à l'intérieur des extrémités des profilés tubulaires constituant lesdites lisses (3,4,5).
- Garde-corps modulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les profilés tubulaires, constituant les potelets ou barreaux-supports (1), la main-courante (2) et la ou les lisses intermédiaires (3,4,5) possèdent une section de forme générale circulaire.
- Garde-corps modulaire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des closoirs encliquetables (13) sont prévus pour obturer la ou les rainures longitudinales (10,35) des profilés tubulaires constituant les potelets ou barreaux-supports (1), en dissimulant les moyens d'assemblage de la main-courante (2) et des lisses intermédiaires (3,4,5).
- Garde-corps modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (17) précitée possède la forme d'une croix, dont les deux branches horizontales sont prévues pour être engagées dans les extrémités des profilés tubulaires constituant les lisses intermédiaires (3,4,5), tandis que ses deux branches verticales prennent place dans la rainure longitudinale (10) du profilé constituant le potelet ou barreau-support (1), l'une des branches verticales de la pièce de liaison en croix (17) portant une vis de pression (19), prévue pour prendre appui sur le fond de ladite rainure longitudinale (10), le serrage de la vis de pression (19) pressant les deux branches horizontales de la pièce de liaison en croix (17) contre les parois intérieures des profilés tubulaires constituant les lisses intermédiaires (3,4,5).
- Garde-corps modulaire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison en croix (17) est prévue pour être mise en place au travers de l'une des ouvertures latérales (14) du profilé tubulaire constituant le potelet ou barreau-support (1), et au travers d'une découpe ou fenêtre (15,16) ménagée dans la paroi de la rainure longitudinale (10) de ce profilé tubulaire.
- Garde-corps modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les profilés tubulaires constituant les potelets ou barreaux-supports (1) possèdent deux rainures latérales (35), diamétralement opposées, prévues pour recevoir l'embase (37) et/ou les moyens de fixation (41) d'une pièce ou noix de liaison (36) du potelet ou barreau-support (1) avec une extrémité de lisse intermédiaire (3,4,5).
- Garde-corps modulaire selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce ou noix de liaison (36) présente une ouverture (38) apte à recevoir l'extrémité d'une lisse intermédiaire (3,4,5), et une embase allongée (37) prévue pour prendre place et être fixée dans une rainure latérale (35) du profilé tubulaire constituant le potelet ou barreau-support (1).
- Garde-corps modulaire selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (38) de la pièce ou noix de liaison (36) possède un axe (44) incliné par rapport à l'horizontale, lorsque ladite pièce ou noix de liaison est fixée contre un potelet ou barreau-support (1) vertical, et en ce que cette ouverture (38) est dimensionnée de manière à recevoir avec un certain jeu l'extrémité d'une lisse intermédiaire (3,4,5), de manière à permettre l'assemblage de lisses (3,4,5) horizontales ou inclinées.
- Garde-corps modulaire selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'embase allongée (37) de la pièce ou noix de liaison (36) est liée au moyen de vis (40) à une plaquette allongée (41) glissée dans la rainure latérale (35) du potelet ou barreau-support (1), la plaquette (41) possédant de préférence un profil légèrement cintré assurant son freinage dans la rainure (35).
- Garde-corps modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la main-courante (2) est constituée par un profilé tubulaire possédant une rainure longitudinale (11), tournée vers le bas, et en ce que cette main-courante (2) est liée au sommet d'un potelet ou barreau-support (1) par une pièce intermédiaire (20), dont la face inférieure comporte un tenon (21) prévu pour être engagé et bloqué dans la ou une rainure longitudinale (10) du profilé tubulaire constituant le potelet ou barreau-support (1), et dont la face supérieure forme un berceau (23) sur lequel est posé le profilé tubulaire constituant la main-courante (2), la pièce intermédiaire (20) comportant un passage oblique (26) débouchant dans la zone centrale du berceau (23) et recevant une vis (27) qui porte un écrou (28), prévu pour prendre appui, lors du serrage de la vis (27), sur un bord (29) de la rainure longitudinale (11) du profilé tubulaire constituant la main-courante (2).
- Garde-corps modulaire selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que sur le berceau (23) de la pièce intermédiaire (20) fait saillie un bec (24), sur lequel vient se positionner l'un des bords (25) de la rainure longitudinale (11) du profilé constituant la main-courante (2), le bec (24) assurant l'immobilisation en rotation de l'écrou précité (28), de forme carrée ou rectangulaire.
- Garde-corps modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation de chaque potelet ou barreau-support (1) sur le sol (6) ou sur un muret (9) comprennent un sabot de fixation (7) dont la paroi latérale délimite un évidement (32) dans lequel est introduite la base du potelet ou barreau-support (1), la ou une rainure longitudinale (10) du profilé tubulaire constituant ce potelet ou barreau-support (1) recevant un coin (33) avec vis (34), le coin (33) coopérant avec la paroi intérieure du sabot (7) lors du serrage de la vis (34).
