Definitions
- the present invention relates to a multi-part label for attaching information on blister packs with larger than the packaging areas Labeling area, consisting of a sheet-like base element that is without the Obstruct the removal of the packaged objects significantly to fix the label on the suitable for labeling packaging, or that is itself part of the packaging, and one or several sheet-like information carriers, which are foldable on the base element are attached.
- a device is known from CA-A-2216094 which allows information about Deliver medication to certain people and for specific purposes.
- the Device that can be attached to the medication package consists of several information sheets that can be separated at their edges using adhesive surfaces joined together to form a strip and then zigzag to a stack are merged. The individual information sheets are off the stack separated and distributed as intended. This device therefore does not provide a label safe, permanent labeling of the package contents.
- this type of packaging exists from a regular arrangement of a plurality of trough-shaped depressions, which in an otherwise flat plastic film - usually by deep drawing and a cover fixed on the flat remaining surface of the film.
- the tub-shaped Wells are used to hold the packaged objects, e.g. Tablets or capsules, and the cover protects the objects from falling out and harmful environmental influences.
- the trough bottoms are directed towards the cover pressed, whereby the packaged objects are pressed onto the cover.
- the Cover tears locally under the pressure of the packaged object, i.e. over the opening of the to empty the tub and releases the object.
- EP-B-0 463 193 proposes to solve this problem Labeling of a packaging, for example a cylindrical bottle to use strip-shaped self-adhesive label coated on the back with adhesive, whose length is greater than the circumference of the bottle, the overlapping part of the Strip is formed as a detachable section.
- the label strip Provide an adhesive-repellent smooth layer in the overlap area. If the label is stuck around the bottle, the detachable section appears to lay the smooth layer. He can therefore together with his back Peeled off the pressure sensitive adhesive layer from the bottle and onto another object, For example, a syringe that has been drawn out of the bottle can be glued on.
- the multi-part label according to the invention described in the following sections meets these needs. It is technically simple and inexpensive to manufacture, provides an information area that is firmly connected or firmly connected to the packaging, which is a multiple of the area that is available on the blister pack itself, and thus bears both EC directives and national ones Specifications invoice. It therefore offers a reliable solution to the problem of transmitting clearly legible information to the user, consumer or user with a clear linguistic, country-specific and classifying structure.
- the possibility of expanding the space available for the multi-part label according to the invention provides a flexible label concept which takes account of all client-specific requirements and can therefore be used to advantage in a large number of economic sectors in trade, commerce and industry.
- the multi-part labels according to the invention can range from Pharmaceutical and chemical industry for the packaging of medical products such as Pellets, tablets, capsules, ampoules, vials and pre-filled syringes, or from Plant protection products such as insect killer capsules, fertilizers in pellet or Tablet form for simple and safe dosing, or in the cosmetics sector e.g. For Denture cleaner tablets, in the food industry e.g. for food supplements like Vitamin preparations and ampoules, in the metal industry, in the tool and Mechanical engineering and the automotive industry for small and spare parts, in the household industry e.g. for detergent and dishwasher tabs, as well as in all other areas where of the multi-part label according to the invention a comprehensive, clear, cannot be lost Information sheet to be applied to a primary or secondary packaging material with be used with particular advantage.
- Medical products such as Pellets, tablets, capsules, ampoules, vials and pre-filled syringes
- Plant protection products such as insect killer capsules, fertilizers in pellet or Tablet form for simple and safe do
- the multi-part label according to the invention its features and functions are in The following are primarily described in connection with a blister pack that is made by a deformation process made from a thermoforming film and after filling by a cover film is closed.
- inventive labels but also for labeling push-through packaging, the manufactured in any other way, as well as for all types of Packaging that has the functional characteristics of the blister pack concept exhibit.
- FIGS. 1a and 1b Rectangles mark the tub openings located under the cover film 6.
- Figures 1a and 1b can also be seen in the preferred embodiments of the Fields 20 of the present invention, if desired, on those Label numbers and / or other essential information, e.g. about the package contents or by coding the package contents.
- Figure 1b shows in addition, an adhesive coating 8 with the base element on the cover side the blister pack can be attached.
- Figures 1a and 1b illustrate the downward-pointing arrows also place and attach the label 1 on the blister pack 2.
- the passages in the base element Design options There are different types for the passages in the base element Design options. It is possible to design the culverts as open openings form, which, as shown in FIG. 1a, individually or, as shown in FIG. 1b, are assigned to several tubs of the blister pack. Here is the removal of the Goods out of the tub only to break through the thin cover film. The removal can therefore with a minimum of effort and the load on the goods is identical to that when removed from an unlabeled blister pack. This form is therefore in the Rule for pressure sensitive goods such as relatively soft capsules, preferred.
- the passages can also be cross-shaped, meandering or star-shaped Slits can be made, as shown schematically and without scale in Figures 2a to 2c are illustrated, or they can be of another appropriate, e.g. zigzag shaped Have lines.
- FIG. 2a shows an oblique top view of part of a base element 4 with one Trough with rectangular cross-section assigned cruciform slot passage in closed state 9a and in the open form 10a, as after the removal of the Tub content is present.
- the cruciform solid lines in Fig. 9a show that Course of the slots that delimit the small surface elements 11, the dashed lines Lines mark the crease lines, along which the surface elements 11 when opening the Passages are bent.
- FIG. 2b shows a part of a base element 4 with an oblique view several troughs meandering slot passage in the closed Condition 9b and in the opened form 10b, as they appear after the contents of the tub have been removed is present.
- the solid meandering line marks the Slot course of the passage 9b
- the dashed line marks the crease line, along the the surface elements 11 are bent open when opening the passage.
- FIG. 2c shows a fragment of a base element 4 with a star-shaped slot passage 9c assigned to a trough with a round cross section in a vertical view.
- Star-shaped slot diffusers can of course also be assigned to trays that do not have a round cross-section.
- the slots of the slot passages are preferably passed completely through the base material and delimit small surface elements 11 of the base material which are still connected on one side to the main surface. As shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b, when the goods are removed, the small surface elements 11 are bent upwards when the cover film is torn, thereby releasing the necessary passage. Notches that do not fully penetrate the base material, perforations or other measures that weaken the material of the base element locally only to the extent that it can be torn open work in a similar manner. These embodiments are also to be understood under the term slot passage.
- slot diffusers over open openings is that they are enlarged the area used to connect the base material to the area of the blister pack Available.
- an adhesive layer 8 serves as an adhesive in the figures by an adhesive layer 8.
- an adhesive in principle, however, all means suitable for such a purpose can be considered.
- the This adhesive is selected according to practical requirements, i.e. after the Durability requirements, the required strength of the adhesive bond, the Long-term stability, the tolerable manufacturing costs for the label and the Handling options for users and packaging designs.
- the adhesive can be attached to the adhesive side of the base element, or the fixation can be with separate commercially available fasteners or with in the packaging integrated fasteners.
- Adhesives that are part of the packaging can take the form of Have grooves into which a rigid base element can be inserted, elastic ones Be anchors that engage and snap into openings of the base element or it can an adhesive layer applied to a packing surface e.g. a contact debayer layer his.
- adhesives that are part of the label according to the invention come for example, also elastic, hook-shaped anchors, which in openings or edges of the Snap in the packaging, or consider a layer of adhesive.
- the base element on the adhesive side is preferably partial or full-area with a Provide an adhesive layer that is used to securely fix the label on the label to be labeled Suitable packaging.
- Suitable adhesives are those that only after one Pretreatment, e.g. after moistening with a liquid, water or a Solvents develop their adhesive force, or also those that can easily be stick to the pre-treated surface of the packaging.
- Adhesive layers that adhere directly hereinafter referred to as contact adhesive layer, are expediently covered with a removable protective film in order to unintentional sticking of the label with devices and other objects avoid.
- Area size and shape of the base element are based on the dimensions of the Packaging available areas suitable for the application of the label. Unless it is desirable for special reasons described below that the Base element on one or two packaging edges has an overhang (cf. FIGS. 3, 4b, 5a, 5b, 6, No. 12), it is preferably dimensioned so that it is on the Attachment provided surface does not protrude, but with the edges of the packaging is flush or covers only part of the area. Although a maximum of Adhesive force can be obtained if the label covers an entire area of the packaging, especially covering the largest area, there may be special conditions under where partial coverage is sufficient or preferred.
- the size and shape of the base element of the size and correspond to the shape of the packaging surface to be labeled but occasionally it is more advantageous to deviate from it. So it can be advantageous if the base element Packaging surface on which it is to be fixed, forming an overhang surface 12, protrudes.
- Such an overhang can, as explained below and in Figures 3, 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b and 7 illustrates, for a special design of the label according to the invention or be advantageous for fastening the information carrier to the base element.
- the basic element that connects the label according to the invention to the Press-through packaging mediated can, as shown in FIG. 1, on the cover film 6 the blister pack can be fixed, but it can also on the deep-drawn side, the "Tub side" 7, be attached.
- the passages are arranged and dimensioned so that the tubs can be passed through them.
- the bridges between the passages are then on the existing in between the tubs fixed essential flat areas of the deep-drawn film.
- FIG. 3 and FIG. 3a show an enlargement of the circled part (K) of Figure 3 ,.
- the information carriers 5 are in this exemplary representation of a spiral 13 to be seen as a circle on an overhang 12 of the base element 4 attached (hinged) and can on the cover sheet 6 as a stack be filed.
- the enlargement shown in FIG. 3a clearly shows that in this Construction present layer sequence (from bottom to top): base element 4, adhesive layer 8, Thermoforming film 7 and cover film 6.
- the information carrier stack is folded up
- the basic element does not remove the contents of the package in any way with special needs.
- the culverts must be therefore at least open to the size that the objects can pass through.
- Spherical objects means that the passage is at least the size of the Object diameter can be opened.
- non-spherical objects the required one depends Passage opening from the position of the objects to the cover.
- the optimal location of the Objects would be those in which their projection onto the cover is as small as possible forms. Passages in the base element that have this free opening or on this free In principle, opening the objects from the tubs is sufficient refer to.
- the cross-section corresponds to which the culverts open, expediently essentially the largest cross section of the taking goods.
- a base element is attached on the cover side so that its passages coincide cover one or more of the tub openings covered with push-through film, that the packaged goods can be removed.
- the hinged (articulated) information carriers are on the base element flat blanks, the surface of which is intended to hold the information in Shape and size expediently the dimensions of the label Packaging area, and thus usually corresponds to that of the base element.
- the information carriers 5 are not to be attached to an edge of the base element 4, In addition to the information area, in Figures 4a, 4b, 5a, and 5b, point them with the number 14 designated, an attachment area designated by the number 15b, between which if necessary, there is a flexible connection 16 symbolized by small circles.
- the information surfaces of the information carriers can, if desired, for example by creating writable, printable, reflective or magnetizable or otherwise suitable surfaces for storing and / or visualizing data, for the recording of corresponding, also optoelectronic, information be prepared, or they can be used to attach one containing the information Labels are prepared.
- you can also use a film-protected adhesive layer may be provided, which allows any information-bearing labels that have no rubber coating and no contact adhesive have to attach to the information surfaces of the information carrier.
- the mounting surface of the base element usually takes up only a small amount Section of the base element surface, which is expediently parallel to an edge, preferably a short edge of the base element.
- FIG. 4a illustrates an exploded view in FIG lateral view, schematically and without a scale, a blister pack 2 consisting from the deep-drawn film 7 in which only a partial area was deformed into tubs, and the attached cover film 6, which in this example, the entire surface of the Thermoforming film covers, but of course also only attached over the tub area could be.
- the base element 4 is on the cover film 6 by means of the adhesive layer 8 of the label according to the invention fixed, which also in this exemplary representation covers the entire area of the thermoformed film.
- the mounting surface 15a of the Base element lies over the undeformed part of the deep-drawing film 7.
- the one shown here Base element size is not mandatory. It could also be smaller than the area of the thermoformed film, as long as its area is sufficient Attach information and the label on the pack a secure hold convey.
- the information carriers 5 shown above the base element are positioned such that when lowering in the direction of the arrow with their mounting surfaces 15b on the Hit fastening surface 15a and there with the aid of a fastening means, in FIG. 5 symbolized by the bracket 17, can be attached to the base element.
- FIG. 5a illustrates, likewise in the manner of an exploded illustration, in lateral view, schematically and without a scale, a blister pack 2 consisting from the thermoformed film 7 in which the entire area available for tubs was deformed, and the cover film attached above it 6.
- the base element 4 of the label according to the invention On the cover film 6 is the base element 4 of the label according to the invention by means of the adhesive layer 8 fixed, which has the overhang 12 extending beyond the surface of the thermoforming film.
- the fastening surface 15a of the base element lies here on the overhang 12.
- the size of the base element shown is not mandatory. It could also be smaller than the area of the thermoformed film, as long as its area suffice to attach the required information and the label on the package to provide a secure hold.
- the information carriers 5 shown above the base element are positioned in such a way that when they are lowered in the direction of the arrow, their mounting surfaces 15b meet the mounting surface 15a and are fastened there on the base element with the aid of a fastening means, symbolized in the figure 5 by the clamp 17 can.
- the information areas 14 of the information carriers are also shown in FIGS. 4a, 4b, 5a and 5b. Between these and the fastening surfaces 15b are linear flexible zones, symbolized by the small circles 16, which enable the information carriers to be opened.
- Figures 4b and 5b illustrate the by joining and connecting the in 4a and 5a shown information carrier 5 with the base elements 4th resulting labels 1.
- Figure 6a shows a side view schematically an embodiment of the label according to the invention, in which the Information carrier 5 in the manner of a booklet on the overhang 12 of the base element 4 are attached and the base element is provided with an adhesive layer 8.
- the Information carrier stacks then result from the superimposed, centrally folded Information carrier strips. It is particularly advantageous with this type of attachment if the Overhang has a particularly high flexibility, because then the information carrier can be opened particularly easily (see Figure 6b).
- connection between the base element and the information carriers can be done in different ways. So it is possible to attach the mounting surfaces Information carrier with the mounting surface of the base element by any known fastener effective between them - in Figures 4a, 4b, 5a and 5b symbolized by the bracket 17 - rigidly connect and the information areas of the To fold information carriers on their mounting surfaces.
- N 5 to 30.
- N 5 to 30.
- N can also be smaller or larger.
- the N information carriers are then in a stack with fastening surfaces lying one above the other fixed on the fastening area of the base element.
- the indication of features that the information carriers are attached to the base element includes of course also those stacked information carriers in which only the bottom one Information carriers bound directly to the basic element, all overlying them indirectly via the intermediate information carrier layers on the base element are attached. It also includes the embodiment of the labels according to the invention, in the case of centrally folded information carrier strips according to Art a booklet are attached to an overhang of the base element. The Information carrier stacks then result from the superimposed, centrally folded Information carrier strips.
- the fastening between the fastening surfaces of the information carriers and the fastening surface the base element can be made with all known connecting elements.
- known mechanical fastening means one or more Brackets or rivets are used to secure the mounting surfaces of the stacked Information carriers are attached to each other and to the base element.
- Another preferred type of mechanical fastening can be done by sewing, whereby monofilament or multifilament threads or metal wires are used as sutures can.
- an adhesive preferably as the fastening means insert a contact adhesive with which the fastening surfaces of the stacked Information carriers are glued to each other and to the base element.
- Particularly advantageous are e.g. Information carriers that are attached to the foil-protected, adhesive spread are provided. Depending on the machine setup of the Label maker can take advantage of such a material when producing a material Provide information carrier stacks on the mounting area of the base element.
- the free edges of the mounting surfaces can be glued together using adhesive to additionally, e.g. for stapling, to provide greater strength and peeling to minimize the mounting area.
- the information carrier stack can also be a zigzag folded strip of the Information carrier material are formed that on an edge or on the Fastening area of the base element is attached. Special, described below There are advantages if the zigzag folded strip is a folded back, strip-shaped extension of the base element.
- the foldable fastening of the is particularly expedient, uncomplicated and advantageous Information carrier on an edge of the base element or an edge of an overhang of the Base element. If you choose the width of the overhang as large as the thickness of the packaging, this gives the advantage mentioned above that the information carrier stack on the Tub side of the blister pack can be stored.
- the attachment to the edge expediently takes the form of the first information carrier lying at the bottom directly on the base element 4 or an overhang of the base element, each further, above lying information carrier 5 is then attached (hinged) to the previous one.
- the figures 8 and 9 illustrate in side view that this is accomplished in two different ways can be:
- the higher information carriers can each on the edge of the underlying information carriers are attached to their predecessor or is attached to the base element ( Figure 8) or the higher information carriers can each be articulated on the free edge of the predecessor ( Figure 9).
- the flexible Fastening (linkage) is also symbolized by the circles 16 in FIGS. 8 and 9.
- FIG. 10a illustrates part of a vertical view such strip and the treatment of the strip described below. On Section of this strip, usually the first, is e.g. by punching or notching, with the passages 3 required for the base element.
- the strip At the end of the base element is the strip on a line transverse to the longitudinal direction - in Figure 10a by the Dashed line 18a - flexibilized by suitable measures, so that he in this line can be folded against the base element. Then in each case Distance of the package length creates a flexible transverse line (dashed lines 18b) so that a variety of information carrier areas are created. Unless you are between the Base element and the information carrier stack a distance 19 in the size of If the packing thickness is desired, the strip is additionally in this, as shown in FIG. 10b Distance 19 from line 18a at 18c transverse to its length flexibilized, and at the flexible transverse lines 18b then follow, as described above.
- the information carrier surfaces can then be zigzag-folded into one Information carrier stack are merged, taking the embodiment of the Figure 9 receives, or two successive information carrier sections are glued to the mutually facing surfaces, the embodiment of the Figure 8 is obtained.
- the embodiment of Figure 8 is particularly handy and by Laminating two layers of material onto each other is also particularly robust. One has a section in the between the base element and the first information carrier surface Length of the packaging thickness switched on, so you can open the information carrier stack place on the side of the tub ( Figure 7), otherwise place it on the cover side. The Labeling must be adjusted accordingly.
- the base element can also be part of the blister pack 2 itself.
- the base element can both the deep-drawn film, in which the trough-shaped depressions are formed, as the cover film also takes over the function of the base element.
- the Information carrier can both on the thermoforming film and on the cover film Overhang of a base element provided a corresponding extension of the film material on which the information carrier with its mounting surfaces in one of the ways described above are fixed.
- Figure 11 illustrates a schematic base element 4 formed from the deep-drawing film 7 of the push-through pack 2, on the base element 4 thereof Overhang 12, the information carriers 5 are fixed by means of adhesive layers 8. The Tub openings are closed by the cover film 6.
- the cover film 6 can - if necessary after reinforcing the Fastening surface or overhang - use as a basic element. It goes without saying that in this case the base element must have no openings
- the information carriers do not have to be on an overhang of the thermoforming film or the cover film attached, but can also be attached to an edge of the film be (articulated).
- the articulation on an edge can be carried out in the same way as already described above for separate basic elements.
- the information carriers consist of a folded in a zigzag shape Continuation of the thermoformed or the cover film are formed.
- the information area the information carrier can, as described above for separate basic elements, if necessary, be prepared for the inclusion of relevant information, or it can be equipped with a glue-friendly surface for attachment a self-adhesive label containing the information.
- the part of the packaging material provided as a fastening surface can, as above described, by an adhesive coating for sticking one or a stack be prepared by information carriers.
- the other types of fastening described above for the information carrier stack such as rivets, staples or sewing practical.
- the cover film has the function of Basic element should exert the tear strength, especially the tear, tear and Tear resistance e.g. by applying resin or underlaying with fleeces, foils or Cardboard, be increased to the strength of the connection of the fastening area with to increase the information carrier package.
- the size of the Information areas of the information carriers of the size of the packaging area on which the label according to the invention is fixed corresponds.
- the mounting surface is in In individual cases on the type of attachment and the size of the base element existing mounting surface matched. The choice between the different Design and construction options are based on expediency criteria in Individual case.
- the basic element and the information carrier can in principle be the same or different known, sheet-like materials exist.
- the selection of the Materials depends on the functions assigned to the components of the label and according to the required mechanical strength e.g. the required tensile strength and Resistance to aging.
- a special requirement for the material of the base element is that it is used to make firm and permanent adhesive bonds
- Packaging materials suitable that it is also between the passages for labeling or for other information storage, e.g. by printing, embossing, punching, Branding, preferably suitable for printing or pasting with labeled labels is.
- Materials from which the basic elements and the information carriers can consist are, for example, paper, cardboard, in particular those with synthetic resin or long fiber reinforcement, nonwoven, in particular resin-bonded or oxy-bonded spunbonded nonwovens, plastic film, metal foil or composite materials made from two or more of these materials.
- the basic element and / or the information carriers consist of a single layer Material, sometimes not all requirements e.g. regarding stability and Information storage capacity can be met to the maximum extent but it is a A compromise between the individual requirements is required. Still, it is usually possible, the requirements that are reasonably placed on a label according to the invention can also be fulfilled with a single-layer material.
- the base element and / or the information carriers consist of a multilayer material.
- a base layer a storage layer, for an adhesive layer and / or a protective layer
- special advantages for the manufacture and use of the labels can be achieved.
- An example is an information carrier consisting of a one-sided or double-sided self-adhesive material covered with a removable protective film.
- FIG. 5a Another example is a base element that has an overhang has, on which, as shown in Figure 5a, a variety of information carriers are pinned and stiffened in the detention and information area, e.g. resin stiffened, and in Overhang area is highly flexible. Such a combination of materials will Leafing through the information carriers, as shown in FIG. 5b, is extremely relieved.
- a material that is particularly good for the production of the one illustrated in FIG. preferred embodiment of the label according to the invention is a flat structure, for example made of paper, foil or fleece, that at least on one side with an adhesive coated - and if it is a contact adhesive, with a removable Protective film covered - is.
- a strip of such a material can be used in the Base element provided area with passages, spaced along the remaining length the information carrier length with kinks. Then from the protective film of the adhesive for the strip length intended for information carriers peeled off and glued together two consecutive with the adhesive surfaces.
- a label according to the invention is thus obtained in an extremely rational manner Figure 8.
- the information can be added afterwards or before removing the adhesive protective film be applied.
- a material can be used that is on both sides is coated with adhesive.
- One side moves as described above from the other
- the protective films are only removed when the labels with the information on the information carriers are to be stuck on. You can use labels in this case use that do not have adhesive applied.
- An essential feature of the labels according to the invention is that the information carrier the base element are hinged (hinged). Unless the attachment how above and others described, via a flexible connection of an edge of the information carrier with an edge of the base element or an edge of the previous one Information carrier takes place, or by eyelets or spirals, which in a corresponding Perforation of the fastening area of the information carriers intervenes, is accomplished, is between the mounting surface and the information surface of the information carrier a connection is required which enables the information carriers to be opened, i.e. which allows to set an arbitrarily small angle between the two surfaces. This change in angle should be possible within the shortest possible distance, thus the entire information area of the information carrier when opening can be viewed so that the information can be read without difficulty can.
- the information carrier consists of one flexible material, such as Paper or nonwoven fabric that the peeling of the Stack of information carriers like a book can be done without difficulty. In a narrow area between the mounting surface and the information surface of the The information carrier then effortlessly forms a more or less when it is opened sharp bend or crease line that allows the entire information area to be closed overlook. Special measures that hiring one for the unhindered Scrolling through the required angle between the mounting surface and the information surface allow are not necessary in this case.
- the information carriers of an information carrier stack consist of materials, that are inherently less flexible, such as Cardboard or resin-reinforced papers, see above such a simple construction is no longer possible because when you try the Information carrier stack to open up, too large a radius of curvature in the Forms information areas that make reading the information very difficult or makes impossible, or cracks or breaks form in the information carriers that can also lead to the loss of important information. Therefore, in In this case, take constructive measures that make it possible, despite the stiffness of the material has an angle between the Set mounting and information areas of the information carrier, the Curvature of the material on the shortest possible strip-shaped section between the fortification and information area.
- the flexible connection between the surfaces can be made by fibers that extend extend between them and are firmly integrated into them.
- This can be fibers of the fiber material from which the information carrier and the base element are produced or it can be reinforcing fibers, at least in the area of Kink line are permanently worked into the sheet-like material.
- the flexible connection can be achieved through a low fatigue foldable line between the sub-areas of the material are formed.
- the pre-planned crease line can be restricted to the narrow crease area Change in the material structure, which leads to an increase in flexibility.
- the fold line can be bent by repeatedly bending the material on the planned line.
- the targeted increase in flexibility can also be achieved by, for example Scoring created linear reduction in material thickness or by a linear Perforation reduces the material mass lying on the fold line be realized.
- the material consists of two or more layers of different flexibility, you can the layers of less flexibility are slotted or perforated at the intended crease line his.
- both on the base element and on the top of the top one Information carrier reserved a field 20 for a label identifier. It is also possible, a field for a label identification mark on each information carrier page to reserve. Such a character enables an error-free, also automatic Label packaging with the same identification mark.
- the Identification characters can e.g. a letter and / or number combination or also a clear, identifiable icon, possibly also from machines.
- the label identification mark indispensable basic and safety information in particular Identification information, about the package contents in an easy to read World language attached.
- This indispensable basic information is preferably also displayed on the Top of the uppermost information carrier attached (hinged) to the base element appropriate.
- All desired information can be found on the information surfaces of the invention multi-part labels by writing, printing, embossing, punching, or baking with Plain text or in the form of digital-optical information, such as Barcode, applied or basic element and information carrier can be on the information areas with Labels 21 are stuck on which the information mentioned is recorded. Point the information carrier film-protected adhesive-coated information areas, so adhesive-free labels can be used, otherwise adhesive labels used.
- the Information can also be stored magnetically.
- Backing material can also be a magnetic and printed reproduction at the same time of the information on the information carrier.
- the large amount of space on the label according to the invention makes it possible for everyone required and / or desired information sorted in the desired manner to lay down.
- This makes it possible for the individual information carriers to be country-specific selected information. Finding is particularly facilitated in this way sorted information if at least one edge of the information carrier stack Register 22 is cut.
- the other edges, especially the second longitudinal edge the information carrier stack can have a register. Then this is special advantageous if, for example, the front sides of the information carriers are country-specific orderly information, the backs, however, an appropriate sorting Show information. You can then country-specific in one register, in the other search appropriately.
- Another way to target according to different criteria looking is to provide a tab bar on the front and back is printed differently according to the different sorts.
- a register can also be obtained in that information carriers that different ordering features relate to a different length or width have, while all information carriers that relate to the same order characteristics, have substantially the same dimensions. The differences in dimensions is chosen so that the resulting stages for the inclusion of the keywords or Sufficient contents are sufficient.
- Order feature e.g. B. information medium belonging to a particular language be graduated again in length, or also carry a register on another side, so that within a stack of information carriers that a particular Are assigned to the classification feature, a further subdivision is made. In principle it is continue this subdivision process until the resulting stages do not suffice to include index information in a recognizable form.
- indexing does not necessarily have to be in plain text, but it does other indexing options can also be used, e.g. attaching a color code or the use of information carriers of different colors.
- search aids can also be applied to the information carrier stack such as colored edge markings together with one on the cover sheet or the index attached to the base element or groove-shaped edge cutouts, in a stack, those coming from above based on a particular keyword End information carrier and have the relevant keyword recognized there.
- FIG. 12 also shows a combination of adhesive layers 8 and clips 17, by which the information carrier is fixed on the base element in the fastening area 15 become.
- adhesive layers 8 and clips 17 by which the information carrier is fixed on the base element in the fastening area 15 become.
- all known fasteners including those in the Figure 8 shown 8 and 17, individually or, if it is advantageous, in any Can be used in combination.
- FIG. 13 illustrates, for example, an exploded view from the side Top view schematically another particularly useful embodiment of the label according to the invention.
- This points on a partial surface 24 of the base element 4 is free of cross-slot passages 3, certain important variable data, such as Patient numbers, batch names, expiration dates and the like.
- FIG. 13 shows three information carrier stacks 5a, 5b, 5c above the base element due to different lengths when lowering in the direction of the arrow onto the base element result in a stack with a tab.
- Each of the three stacks contains information in a language assigned to it.
- All information carriers have a window shape Opening 23, which, when stacked, has a viewing window that extends through to the base element through which the data field 24 of the base element is visible. At least that top sheet of each of the three stacks has near the window opening 23 Reserved field 25 on which the meaning of the data specified in field 24 in the language associated with this batch.
- To form the Parts 5a, 5b and 5c are placed on the base element 4 according to the invention lowered and the ensemble in the area of the fastening surfaces 15a and 15b with each other firmly connected.
- This embodiment has the advantage that in the fields 25 of all information carriers fixed standard information can stand, and the variable information (patient or Batch numbers and the like) only once on the field 24 of the basic element must be noted.
- This construction not only facilitates the manufacture of the Labels but also avoids sources of error and errors. So it does one further significant contribution to the safety of pharmaceuticals e.g. in clinical studies.
- the field 24 lies in a surface area of the Base element 4, in which there are no passages.
- This representation is suitable particularly good for clarifying the principle of this construction.
- the base element is complete with passages occupied, the information field 24 is, if desired, on an between or next to the area of the passages, e.g. in the range of that shown in FIG Information field 20 attached.
- the window openings in the information carrier stack are positioned accordingly.
- At least one of the Information carrier designed so that it is wholly or partially, if necessary also in several sections can be removed from the information carrier stack.
- the uppermost information carrier of the stack is preferred for this configuration chosen.
- this information carrier is designed so that the complete or partial removal from the stack not unintentionally, but only through targeted, planned action can take place.
- the information carrier on certain lines too can be wavy, perforated or scored (notched) or it can be in the lines intended for separation otherwise e.g. through targeted reduction of the Tear resistance of the material to be prepared for the removal of the sections.
- the information carrier as a whole is to be removed from the stack, for example, perforations or around a clip seated in the mounting surface Scoring lines are laid. This allows the information carrier together with the part of the fastening surface not covered by the clamp removed from the stack be while the part of the mounting surface held by the clamp on the stack remains.
- the Information carriers through perforated or pre-scored dividing lines in the mounting surface and information space can be divided.
- the measures that a partial or complete targeted separation of an information carrier from the Allow stacks to be used in combination with each other.
- the separable ones Obtain information carriers or their parts so that they are fixed on other surfaces can be.
- this information carrier can be based on information opposite side a self-adhesive layer protected by a peel-off film have or they can be provided with a water-activated rubber coating.
- one is or are several information carriers of the stack, preferably the top one, are designed so that one or several sub-areas of the same can be separated from the composite anywhere in the information carrier and can have any shape.
- the separable areas are marked by boundary lines or curves on which the Material of the information carrier is weakened by known measures so that the Partial areas along these boundary lines from each other and / or from the Remaining rest of the information carrier can be separated or they are limited by the edges of the information carrier.
- Suitable measures are, for example Scoring (notches) or perforations, the perforation holes also elongated holes (Slots) between which there are only selective connections between the detachable and the part of the information carrier remaining in the label assembly remain.
- the shape and position of the surface elements to be separated allow can also, for example, by bending along a boundary line Material fatigue is provoked, which is the severing of the section along this Line enables.
- a flat information carrier one or of which is particularly advantageous several information-bearing sub-areas are separable, which at any point of the Information carrier lie and can have any shape and which after the Partition can be glued to other surfaces, consisting of a sheet-like, at least three-layer material, the lower layer one adhesive-repellent layer.
- an adhesive repellent or also an adhesive repellent a material is referred to here, on which an adhesive layer adheres, which Adhesive bond but separated again without significant damage to the layers can be, with a separating force lying within a predetermined range is to be spent.
- smooth layers such as e.g. a Silicon paper layer.
- An adhesive layer borders the adhesive-repellent layer and there is at least one adhesive-friendly layer carrying the information.
- a section to be separated can then be created by an appropriate double notch along at least one boundary line be prepared so that when it is separated from the information carrier along this Boundary line a free strip of adhesive remains on the severed section.
- the information carrier is used by both Notched sides by spaced notches so that one notch 28a directly on the intended boundary line from the top through the information-carrying (s) Layer (s) and the adhesive layer through to the adhesive-repellent layer is guided, the second notch 28b, preferably substantially parallel to the first, of only the adhesive-repellent layer on the underside, and that the two, Notches have a predetermined distance A from each other. It is from above guided notch on the intended boundary line, which is opposed from below shifted by the distance A to the center of the surface element to be separated.
- the figure 14a illustrates a cross section through a section, for example, without scale a three-layer information carrier 30 with such a double notch is provided.
- the information-bearing layer 26 can be seen, which is about the adhesive layer 8 is connected to the adhesive-repellent layer 27, the two spaced notches 28a and 28b and the bracket 17 with which the information carrier is attached the labeled packaging is attached.
- Such a measure can, for example, increase the safety of clinical studies, make documentation easier for the attending physician or reliable for the patient Provide information about the drug.
- Bracket shown in Figures 14a and 14b can of course also by another fastener to be replaced.
- Double-notched information carriers can also be independent of the above described multi-part label according to the invention in any manner known per se attached to containers to be labeled. He therefore also represents for himself taken as an inventive element of the present invention.
- one or more information carriers of the stack preferably to provide the top one with one or more information-bearing labels which can be deducted in whole or in part from the information carrier.
- This can e.g. be made possible in a manner known per se that at least that for removal intended part of the label - the part possibly by perforated or pre-scored Separation lines can be separated from the rest of the label - on one surface of the Information carrier rests, which is provided with a adhesive coating.
- the label sticks then also at these points in such a way that it is not inadvertently cut off, but deliberately and a force that is not too small is deducted from the information carrier at great expense can be.
- an adhesive-free handle or flap provides. Furthermore it is e.g. possible, the labels only partially on the Stick on information carriers and between the glued and the not glued part to provide one, or if necessary several tear lines that it allow to tear off the part of the label that is not stuck on. Of course you can too other known measures that serve the desired purpose are used. Combinations of these measures can also be used for appropriate design of the label according to the invention can be applied. There is still the possibility to apply the information on the tear-off label to the surface is covered by the tear-off label before tearing off.
- the label according to the invention has a Guard locking, which prevents the hinged information carriers from unfold, i.e. that can keep the label closed.
- Guard locking can be implemented in different ways.
- the top information carrier can tell you about the label size have protruding extension, the whole or partial with on its underside an adhesive adhesive is coated and if necessary one not with adhesive coated grip tab.
- This extension can in the closed state of the Labels are pressed onto the surface of the packaging and then results in a releasable connection between the top information carrier and the Packaging that prevents accidental opening of the label.
- the affinity of the adhesive to the material of the packaging is expediently so voted that the required adhesive force is given, but when separating the Gluing the surface of the packaging is not damaged. That way achieved that the adhesive surface can be opened and closed several times.
- the force required to release the closure can be determined by the size of the Adhesive surface can be set.
- the width of the extension can be smaller as the width of the uppermost information carrier or the extension can be punched holes have, through which the adhesive surface is reduced.
- Another option for realizing a guard locking can be, for example, from a reversibly stretchable, at two points spaced apart from the fastening area various edges of the base element attached thread or band (e.g. rubber band) exist that can be dragged across the information carrier stack.
- a base element attached thread or band e.g. rubber band
- either the base element or one of the lowest, preferably from the lowest, information carrier of the stack on at least one from the fastening area spaced point of an edge, preferably at the Fastening area opposite edge, a flexible extension made by Bend with the top information carrier or with an appropriate one positioned extension of the same can be brought to overlap.
- the overlapping parts are designed so that they in the Working together form a tumbler.
- Such a tumbler can also be designed purely mechanically.
- one the tumbler elements as a flap, button or in any other way as a male part a plug-in connection, which fits into an opening, e.g. a slot or one otherwise formed as a female part of a connector part of the other Tumbler element can be inserted, during the insertion of the elements the plug connection, a more or less strong elastic reversible deformation be subjected to after the complete union of the elements resets and thus creates a firm but detachable connection.
- the tumbler elements can also have adhesive surfaces, at least in the overlap area wear that interactively create a firm but detachable connection and so are positioned so that they come to rest on each other when the base element or one of the lower information carriers outgoing flexible extension with the top Information carrier or its extension is brought into contact.
- Suitable contact surface pairings are combined, for example, with a contact surface with an adhesive-repellent smooth layer or the elements of a Velcro fastener, namely one with a hook and one with a loop Area.
- the closure by a contact adhesive surface in cooperation with a adhesive-repellent surface, it is advisable to use the base element or one of the lower, preferably the lowest, information carrier and possibly also an extension of one of the uppermost, preferably the uppermost, information carriers to provide.
- the one originating from the base element or one of the lower information carriers The extension is so long that it is bent upwards with one of the upper, preferably the uppermost, information carrier or with a downward curved extension of the same overlaps.
- one of the overlapping elements is on the with the other element in contact with an adhesive layer the other element is marked with a adhesive-repellent smooth surface. For reversible closing the Closure elements bent together, brought into contact on the functional surfaces and pressed together.
- This embodiment allows two ways of closing the label: Extension from the base element, so when closing the entire Information carrier stack firmly fixed on the packaging. If the continuation goes from one of the lower, preferably from the lowest, information carrier, so according to the Closing the closure of the information carrier stack can be opened as a package, so that the base element is accessible.
- This has the advantage, for example, that it is possible goods from the blister pack, e.g. Take tablets, capsules or the like without having to open the label.
- one of the base element outgoing closure extension can be realized as follows:
- FIG. 15a illustrates schematically without a top view from obliquely below The scale of such an embodiment of the multi-part label according to the invention. It shows the frame 31 and fixed on a base element 4 by the adhesive layer 8 the adjoining extension 32, which on the surface visible in the drawing Has silicone paper layer, and the extension 33, with its adhesive layer 34 the extension 32 is placed, the adhesive layer 34 of the on the silicone side of the Extension 32 comes to rest. The lying under the adhesive layer 8 Cross-slot passages 3 are shown dotted in the figure.
- FIG. 15b shows a top view diagonally from below, schematically without a scale a closable embodiment of the label according to the invention, in which the Closure extension 32 not from the base element but from the lowest information carrier 5 going out.
- Multi-part labels according to the invention which prefer several of the above Features are particularly preferred.
- the invention also relates to a method for producing the Multi-part label according to the invention.
- the basic element and the information carrier from a coherent strip a suitable sheet material of sufficient strength.
- the width of the strip corresponds to the width of the packaging, the length is expediently a whole multiple of the packaging length and if desired one Length surcharge in the size of the package thickness.
- Figure 10a illustrates one Strip and the treatment of the strip described below. A section of this Strip, usually the first one, e.g. by punching, with those for the base element necessary passages provided.
- the strip is on a Line transverse to the longitudinal direction - in Figures 10a and 10b by the dashed line 18a shown - flexibilized by suitable measures, so that he is in this line against the Base element can be folded. Then the Pack length creates a flexible cross line (dashed lines 18b), so that a variety of information carrier surfaces arise. If you are between the base element and the Information carrier stack wants a distance 19 in the size of the package thickness, as shown in Figure 10b, the strip at this distance from the line 18a at 18c flexibilized across its length, and then, as described above, the flexible cross lines 18b generated.
- the information carrier surfaces can be folded in a zigzag fold to form an information carrier stack, the embodiment of FIG. 9 is obtained, or two can be placed one on top of the other glued the following information carrier sections to the mutually facing surfaces are obtained, the embodiment of Figure 8 is obtained.
- An alternative manufacturing process turns one of the above Materials a basic element and information carrier tailored, the materials may be the same or different for the basic element and the information carrier. From the Slotted openings or open openings are cut to size for the base element punched out by their shape and location each one or more tubs of the Labeling blister pack can be assigned and the size of the Passage of the packed objects allowed. On the blanks for the information carriers become larger areas for the reception of information (information areas), and if necessary, smaller ones for fastening the individual elements to one another (Mounting surfaces) and if necessary, e.g. by applying glue on the mounting surfaces and / or the generation of information suitable, printable and / or adhesive surfaces in the information areas prepared for these functions. Between information and attachment areas of the Information carriers are inserted into flexible hinge-like kinks and then the information carriers and basic elements to the Fastening surfaces by the known mechanical or adhesive mentioned above Fasteners fastened together.
- a variant of this manufacturing process is that the cover film or thermoformed thermoformed film of the blister pack as Base element is used and prepared for this function.
- Free adhesive layers are expediently covered with peel-off films and protected.
- the information can best in one of the operational circumstances appropriate manufacturing stage are applied to the information surfaces. If desired, the labels can also be sent without information to consumers who buy the Want to provide information themselves, be delivered. The order of this Manufacturing measures can as far as possible also meet operational requirements be adjusted.
- Another object is the use of the multi-part label according to the invention for the identification of primary and secondary packaging, especially of Blister packs.
- a suitable multi-part label according to the invention is produced as follows: A rectangular strip measuring 72.6 x 5.5 cm is cut out of a heat-bonded polyester fiber nonwoven with a basis weight of 100 g / m 2 . On the top of the strip is coated with a paper coating containing titanium dioxide. After drying, a contact adhesive coating is applied to the underside and covered with a suitable PTFE-impregnated, peelable protective film after evaporation.
- the protective film covering the contact adhesive is 6.5 cm apart, 7.6 cm and then slit after every 6.5 cm.
- the sections are now strips of protective films deducted, and the sections bent so that the adhesive fields fit exactly come to lie on top of each other, and then combined with a short pressure. This process is continued until 10 of the surfaces are combined into 5 double surfaces Has. Then there remains a 1.1 cm long field of the strip and that with punched-out areas provided initial field of the strip left.
- the punched field serves as a basic element for attaching the label to the cover surface the blister pack, the field of 1.1 cm in length serves the information carrier on the tub side of the pack.
- Information can be placed on the label either after the label has been produced free sides of the information carriers are applied e.g. labeled by sticking Self-adhesive labels, or they can be used at any time after Drying the paper stroke can be printed on.
- the information-bearing surface can also be wholly or partly on the recording stored differently, e.g. prepared magnetic or optoelectronic data become.
- the application of the paper stroke is then done by attaching a corresponding other storage medium replaced in whole or in part.
- Example 1 is repeated with the difference that the nonwoven strip is only in its initial section of 6.5 cm in length with an adhesive layer and with Protective film is covered. On the remaining length it is coated on both sides with the paper coated. After punching the passages, the strip becomes a zigzag stack folded.
- Multi-part label made as follows:
- a rectangular section measuring 7.5 x 5.5 cm is cut out of a heat-bonded polyester fiber nonwoven with a basis weight of 120 g / m 2 .
- On the top of the strip is coated with a paper coating containing titanium dioxide.
- a contact adhesive coating is applied to the underside and covered with a suitable PTFE-impregnated, peelable protective film after evaporation.
- 10 openings are punched out from an area of 6.5 x 5.5 cm measured from the edge of the section, corresponding to the size and arrangement of the trough openings of the blister pack.
- An overhang of 1 cm in width remains free of breakthroughs.
- a label number that is repeated on the packaging to be labeled is then printed on the web of 1 cm width between the rows of openings.
- the information carriers prepared in this way are sequentially combined with those intended for them Provide information.
- the tab bars are provided with the keyword codes, e.g. the Country codes.
- the top information carrier receives the on the top same essential basic information that is also in the information area of the Base elements have been printed, and here too is reserved Area along the short edge on the packaging to be labeled recurring label number printed.
- the information carriers are flush in the order provided Base element stacked and the entire stack of the 10 information carriers and the Base element clamped with a stapler using a wire clip.
- a base element is produced as described in Example 2 with the difference that after drying on the strips in an area of 1 cm, calculated from a contact adhesive is applied to both sides of the left edge and after evaporation with a peelable protective film is covered. After printing on the information carrier As in example 2, these are stacked flush on the base element and in their position clamped. Then the protective films from the attachment area of the base element and from the mounting surfaces of the information carriers successively removed and through a short, strong pressure glued to the adjacent adhesive surfaces.
There remains an overhang of 1 cm width free of breakthroughs.
- the top information carrier receives essential information on the top Basic information, and here too in a reserved area along the short edge of a label number recurring on the packaging to be labeled printed on.
- the information carrier strips 1 to 3 are superimposed, in the paper-free Middle folded together and in the fold on the overhang area of under a) manufactured base element sewn on. The same applies to strips 4 to 6. Then the bundles of strips connected to the overhang of the base element folded to the right and the information carrier stack formed.
