Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaumeinfassung für ein Luftbett. Die Schaumeinfassung hält die inneren Luftkammern zusammen und ermöglicht durch ihre Sitzkante ein bequemes Ein- und Aussteigen in das Bett.
Die Schaumeinfassung in der Art einer Schale besteht aus einer Deckplatte aus Schaumstoff mit angeleimten Rahmenelementen die einen äusseren Rahmen bilden. Die Schaumeinfassung wird mit der Deckplatte oben, über die Luftkammer(n) gestülpt und fasst die Luftkammer(n) ein. Die Unterseite bleibt offen, bzw. wird von der (den) Luftkammer(n) abgeschlossen. Die Schaumeinfassung kann in der Deckplatte und in den Rahmenseiten mit Lüftungslöchern versehen sein.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Ansicht von mehreren (in diesem Falle 3) separaten inneren Luftkammern eines Luftbettes (1,2,3). Alle Luftkammern werden aussen von einer Schaumeinfassung und ggf. einem Matratzenbezug (4) zusammengehalten.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Ansicht und den Querschnitt der Schaumeinfassung (5) die eine oder mehrere innere Luftkammern eines Luftbettes einfasst. Die Schale aus Schaumstoff besteht aus einem Schaumrahmen der aus je 2 Längs- (7) und Querbalken (8) zusammengesetzt ist. Auf diese vier Rahmenteile ist eine Deckplatte, ebenfalls aus Schaumstoff aufgeleimt. Diese Schale wird über eine oder mehrere Luftkammern gestülpt, die den freien Raum der Schale (9) ausfüllen. Diese Einheit wird gegebenenfalls durch einen Matratzenbezug auf allen Seiten eingefasst.
Die Schaumeinfassung (Fig. 2) hält die Luftkammern zusammen, bildet eine Sitzkante und ermöglicht dadurch ein einfaches Ein- und Aussteigen in das Bett.

Claims (3)

  1. Schaumeinfassung für ein Luftbett in der Art einer Schale (5) aus einer Deckplatte (6) aus Schaumstoff mit angeleimten Rahmenelementen (7, 8) die einen äusseren Rahmen bilden, wobei die Schaumeinfassung mit der Deckplatte oben über die Luftkammern (1-3) gestülpt wird und die Luftkammern einfasst, wobei die Luftkammern den freien Raum (9) der Schale ausfüllen, und wobei die Unterseite offen bleibt, bzw. von den Luftkammern abgeschlossen wird.
  2. Einfassung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche der Deckplatte (6) durchgehende Vertikallöcher aufweist.
  3. Einfassung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angeleimten Rahmenelemente (7,8) durchgehende Horizontallöcher aufweisen.
