Abstract
Description
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein modulares Pflegesystem mit einer vielfältigen Aufbauweise zu schaffen,welches die Grundbedürfnisse, wie Ruhen, Beweglichkeit außerhalb des Ruhebereiches, überwachung des Gesundheitszustandes als auch die Körperpflege, des Patienten befriedigt, das Pflegepersonal entlastet und die Kosten im Krankenpflegebereich reduziert. Außerdem können alle Antriebselemente sowohl motorisch als auch über Handantrieb angetrieben werden, was einen Einsatz auch in der Dritten Welt erlaubt.
Es kann durch zusätzliches Anbringen von großen Laufrädern am Ruhestuhl auch bei einem Patienten benutzt werden, dessen Armbewegungen im wesentlichen nicht eingeschränkt sind. Sowohl Krankenbett und Ruhestuhl sind modular aufgebaut und die entsprechenden Module können teilweise in beiden Systemen zur Anwendung kommen.

Claims (10)
- Modulares Krankenpflegesystem zur Reduzierung der Kosten im Alten- und Krankenpflegebereich, besonders auch im privaten Pflegebereich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Krankenpflegesystem aus unterschiedlichen Modulen besteht, die teilweise sowohl am Krankenpflegebett als auch am Ruhestuhl benutzt werden können und durch die modulare Aufbauweise ein nachträgliches Aufrüsten oder ein Austauschen defekter Teile ermöglichen und somit bei einer Veränderung des Krankheitsbildes des Patienten den Umständen entsprechend angepaßt werden kann und somit ein Auf- oder Abrüsten der pflegetechnischen Hilfsmittel kostengünstig erreicht werden kann.
- Eine Vorrichtung nach Anspruch1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß ein auf Rollen geführter Stuhl rechts oder links des Bettes positioniert werden kann. An den Querverbindungen des Kranken- oder Pflegebettes befindet sich an der unteren Seite eine Nut (3.3), in die vorzugsweise ein Winkel (Fig. 4) eingreift, der am Ruhestuhl seitlich ausgeklappt werden kann und vorzugsweise aus Metall besteht, der vorzugsweise mit einem gleitfähigen Kunststoff überzogen ist, wodurch der Ruhestuhl vom Kopf- oder Fußende her in diese Nut eingeschoben werden kann und in Längsrichtung frei beweglich und durch die Arretierung der Laufräder fixiert wird.
- Eine Vorrichtung nach Anspruch1+2 zum Umbetten eines Patienten gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Sitzflächen-, Rückenlehnen- und Fußablageelement am Ruhestuhl (Fig. 10) durch ein Element des zweigeteilten Matratzenrahmens (Fig. 1), wie unten beschrieben, ausgetauscht werden kann, der den Standardmatratzenrahmen ersetzt.
Zu diesem Zweck wird auf das Rollengestell des Ruhestuhls (Fig. 2) ein in der Höhe verstellbares Modul eingesetzt. Welches über vorzugsweise 2 aus Metall oder Kunststoff bestehende Zapfen (2.2), die in die entsprechenden seitlichen Öffnungen (1.2) des für diesen Zweck vorgesehenen zweigeteilten Matratzenrahmens eingreifen und an deren Oberseite vorzugsweise 3 konische Zapfen (2.1) vorhanden sind, die in entsprechende Öffnungen am Matratzenrahmen eingreifen und dabei einen Kontakt (1.1) schließen, der dem Personal oder dem Patienten über einen Summton und/oder das Aufleuchten einer vorzugsweise grünen Lampe signalisieren, daß der Matratzenrahmenteil fest und sicher auf dem zu diesen Zweck verwendeten Modul aufliegt und je nach verwendeten Modulen durch ein Anheben des halben Matratzenrahmens, durch das in der höhe verstellbare Ruhestuhlmodul (Fig. 2), welches vorzugsweise über eine Handkurbel oder einen Elektromotor wie hinlänglich bekannt, oder durch entsprechendes Absenken der Matratzenrahmenhalterungen (Fig. 7), wie oben beschrieben am Bett, der halbe Matratzenrahmen mit aufliegendem Patienten vom Bett auf den Ruhestuhl gebracht werden kann. - Ein Krankenpflegebett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es modular aufgebaut ist. Der modulare Aufbau des Standardbettsystems ermöglicht es durch das Austauschen entsprechender Elemente, die den Matratzenrahmen halten (Fig. 6 / Fig. 7), ein nachträgliches Aufrüsten, die ein automatisches Anheben und Absenken über eine Kurbel oder einen Elektromotor ermöglichen, wie hinlänglich bekannt, oder ein Abneigen nach links oder rechts der Liegefläche erlauben. An den Querverbindungen des Kranken- oder Pflegebettes befindet sich an der unteren Seite eine Nut (3.3), in die ein Winkel (Fig. 4) eingreift, der am Ruhestuhl seitlich ausgeklappt werden kann und vorzugsweise aus Metall besteht, der mit einem gleitfähigen Kunststoff überzogen ist, wodurch der Ruhestuhl vom Kopf- oder Fußende her in diese Nut eingeschoben werden kann und in Längsrichtung frei beweglich bleibt und durch Arretierung der Laufräder, wie hinlänglich bekannt, fixiert wird. Wird an dem Bett ein motorisches oder per Kurbel bedienbares Höhenverstellungmodul genutzt, kann die Matratzenoberfläche in eine Position gebracht werden, die geringfügig höher oder niedriger ist als die Sitzfläche des Ruhestuhls. Diese Bedingungen lassen sich durch leichte Senkung des Matratzenrahmens in der Längsachse oder der Sitzfläche des Ruhestuhls, je nach Modulanwendung noch optimieren. Durch in der Nut an den Längsverbindungen (Fig. 3) angebrachte Kontakte (3.2) und entsprechende Kontaktflächen (4.2) an der Führungsschiene des Ruhestuhls können elektronische und elektrische Bedienungselemente sowohl die Steuerung des Bettes als auch des Ruhestuhls ermöglichen. Falls am Ruhestuhl ein Elektromotormodul zum Antrieb genutzt wird, kann dieser vorzugsweise über ein Umlenkgetriebe, welches in das Antriebselement des Pflegebettes eingreift und zur Verstellung des Matratzenrahmens genutzt werden. Wobei gleichzeitig eine elektrische Verbindung stattfindet, die eine Aufladung der Akkumulatoren des Ruhestuhls ermöglicht.
- Das Krankenpflegebett nach Anspruch1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Bettgestell vorzugsweise wie hinlänglich bekannt aus einem Kopf- und Fußteil mit je zwei Beinen (Fig. 5), vorzugsweise aus Metall, die nach oben offen ausgeführt sind und mit einer Abdeckung vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff verschlossen werden können, besteht. In diese, nach Entfernung der Abdeckung, können unterschiedliche Module, die auch am Ruhestuhl verwendet werden können, eingesetzt werden, wie vorzugsweise ein Gestell zur Aufnahme von Tropfflaschen (8.2), eine Steuerungsvorrichtung für die motorische Steuerung des Bettes, eine Lesevorrichtung, eine Auflage (8.1) für elektronische Apparate zur überwachung oder Unterstützung des Patienten, eine Vorrichtung, die es dem Patienten ermöglicht zu lesen oder eine Vorrichtung, die über ein zweifaches Gelenk ein Tablett vor den Patienten bringt.
- Die unterschiedlichen Module nach Anspruch1 , die noch wie folgt im einzelnen beschrieben werden, sollen vorzugsweise folgende Möglichkeiten beinhalten: automatisches Anheben und Absenken der Liegefläche (des Matrazenrahmens), ein leichtes Schwenken der Längsachse (Fig. 6) Außerdem können an den Beinen des Kopf- und Fußteiles je nach Bedarf auch über Schwingungsdämpfer (5.1) die gleichen Räder wie am Ruhestuhl eingesetzt werden, wobei die Räder entweder über Absenkung oder durch Arretierung der Laufräder, wie hinlänglich bekannt, einen festen Stand des Bettes erlauben.
- Die gleichen Module nach Anspruch1, die am Ruhestuhl zur Hebung und Senkung zur Anwendung gebracht werden können, können auch am Bett zur automatischen Hebung und Senkung der Liegefläche benutzt werden und sind untereinander austauschbar. (Fig. 6 / Fig. 7)
- Die Matratzen nach Anspruch1 für das Bett bestehen aus drei Elementen, die eine freie Beweglichkeit des Matratzenrahmens erlauben (Fig. 9) und vorzugsweise über Laschen und Druckknöpfe dennoch sicher miteinander verbunden sind, so daß die Elemente nicht untereinander verrutschbar aber dennoch austauschbar sind, z.B. gegen ein Matratzenmittelteil, in dem ein runder Mittelteil (9.1), wie hinlänglich bekannt, herausgenommen und gegen eine flache Kunststoffschale (9.2) ausgetauscht werden kann. Diese Matratzenelemente gibt es mit unterschiedlicher Füllung, wie hinlänglich bekannt vorzugsweise normale Federkernmatratzenelemente oder je nach Bedürfnis Elemente mit Luft-, Gas- oder Gelfüllung. Gleichzeitig wird durch die Wahl eines entsprechenden Schwingungsdämpfermoduls (5.1) an den Rollelementen des Bettes eine Reduzierung von Erschütterungen erreicht. Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit über ein vorzugsweise aus dünner stabiler Kunststoffolie, welche nach Art einer Luftmatratze, wie hinlänglich bekannt, nach dem der Patient durch eine Rollbewegung desselben auf diese Matratze bewegt worden ist, die danach über Druckluft aufgepumpt werden kann, wobei die seitlichen Elemente höher sind und somit eine Wannenform haben, in die ein Abfluß integriert ist, wie hinlänglich bekannt.
- Vorrichtung gekennzeichnet dadurch, das das Sitzflächen-, Rückenlehnen- und Fußablageelement des Ruhestuhls durch ein Element ausgetauscht werden kann, das wie in der Skizze (Fig. 1 /Fig. 2) angegeben, über zwei vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehende Zapfen (2.2), die in die beiden seitlichen Öffnungen des für diesen Zweck vorgesehenen zweigeteilten Matratzenrahmens (Fig. 1) eingreifen, an denen an der Oberseite vorzugsweise drei konische Zapfen (2.1) vorhanden sind, die in Öffnungen am Matratzenrahmen eingreifen und somit nach Anheben dieses Matratzenrahmenteils ein seitliches Verrutschen verhindern, wodurch der halbierte Matratzenrahmen als Sitz- und Liegefläche benutzt werden kann und diesen Teil des Matratzenrahmens durch weiteres Absenken der Matratzenrahmenhalterung aus dem Bettgestell auf den Ruhestuhl gebracht werden kann, wobei die Absenkung des Beinteils und die Anhebung des Rückenteils über vorzugsweise eine kurbel- oder motorangetriebene Spindel (Fig. 10) erreicht wird.
- Der Ruhestuhl nach Anspruch1 kann zu einer Laufradhalterung gefahren werden, an der die großen Laufräder, wie von herkömmlichen Rollstühlen bekannt, so in einer Halterung angebracht sind, daß der Ruhestuhl durch Zurückfahren mit den großen Laufrädern, vorzugsweise ohne Zutun eines Menschen, verbunden werden kann, was durch einen konventionellen Antrieb des Ruhe-, Rollstuhles erreicht werden kann; bei motorischem Antrieb können, vorzugsweise durch ein Differentialgetriebe angetrieben, die hinteren kleinen Antriebsräder die großen Laufräder antreiben, wobei durch Abbremsen des einen oder anderen großen Laufrades eine Richtungsänderung erreicht wird.
