Definitions
- the invention relates to a system for holding arranged with joint single or insulating glass panels of a glass facade or a glass roof with on a support structure attached holders, wherein the joints delimiting plate edges in places or have continuous opposing grooves and the holder with her head within the joint with the grooves of both plates are engageable.
- glass facades are also known in which the plates bordered by rails and held by these rails. That's the way it is For example, from DE-A-37 34 576, angular on the edges of insulating glass plates Glue on support strips, the inside coupling bars for engaging Have clamping vices.
- This plate holder by means of glued retaining rails without positive locking of the glass panes brings with it a potential danger, since the Long-term behavior of bonds under the given environmental conditions often not is known. As a result, such glass facades without positive locking in general government not approved.
- the longitudinal grooves in the disc edge surfaces is namely the possibility created by suitably trained in the head area, bolt-like holder by engagement in these longitudinal grooves a more or less positive connection between the holder and glass plate, without any parts of the holder on the outside and / or inside of the glass plates and thereby the visual impression of the Affect the facade.
- the longitudinal grooves can in the disc edge surfaces of the glass panes be incorporated.
- the longitudinal groove can also be reset by a Spacer web (step webs) to be formed. It is essential that in the periphery of the Glass panes continuous or non-continuous grooves and thus intervention possibilities be created so that the plate holder overlapping the plate edge and the formation of glued joints in the panel area are avoided.
- the holder head at least on its circumference with one of the thermal expansions the plates receiving elastic layer dressed.
- the elastic clothing provides the positive and non-positive connection between the holder and the glass plates ago. Since they should also absorb thermal expansion of the glass plates, their radial lies Thickness in the range of 2.5 to 7 mm, preferably in the range of 3 and 6 mm.
- the elastic Clothing can be vulcanised onto the holder head. A suitable shore hardness of Garment material is in the range of 70 to 100, e.g. at 90.
- the elastic clothing can also extend beyond the circumference of the head to the side walls of the Head extend to an elastic support of the plate even when acting on the plate To ensure normal forces.
- the holder is a bolt with an asymmetric Head, by axial rotation with the grooves of the plates can be brought into engagement.
- the bolt head has expediently a large diameter dimension and perpendicular to it a small one Diameter dimension. So the bolt head can be inserted into the plate joint if its large diameter dimension parallel to Fugue stands. After insertion into a joint the bolt can turn 90 ° be rotated, reducing the large diameter dimension of the head is aligned transversely in the joint and so the head in the Engines grooves and the positive retention of the plates is reached.
- the bolt head can be designed differently depending on the profile of the groove, namely whether e.g. a longitudinal groove of wedge-shaped cross-section in the edge surface of the plate or a groove of square cross section through the recessed Spacer of the insulating glass plate is formed. Conveniently, is the cross section of the bolt head the engagement profile of the groove customized.
- the asymmetric bolt head on one side on a section surface Due to the one-sided missing head projection can with appropriate Axial rotation of the bolt engaging in one of the grooves canceled, i. after appropriate rotation of all bolts on one Glass plate can be replaced while the procedure Bolt heads are received in grooves of adjacent plates remains.
- the bolt is on the head side a diametrical slot and in the area of the slot an annular groove and contains the bolt, starting from the head side an axial bore with a rear threaded part and a conical Mouth, wherein in the axial bore for spreading the bolt head a cone head screw is screwed.
- insulating glass plates In insulating glass plates is the embodiment of the invention preferably such that the groove through a recessed spacer web is formed between the plates and the edge surfaces of the plates forming grout areas narrowing towards the grooves beveled and that on the outside of the head and inside on the holder in engagement with the verendenden joint areas befindaji profile body are releasably attached, the on their surfaces facing the edge surfaces with an elastic Layer are provided.
- the attacks Only attach the plates to the plates in the joint.
- the holder be turned so that his head into the grooves of both insulating glass plates or only in the groove of one or the other plate engages, so that in this way both plates or only one of them held becomes.
- both panes of insulating glass panels still separately by means of the profile body in the narrowing joint areas held inside and out.
- the narrowing joint areas and the profile bodies are preferably wedge-shaped.
- the wedge-shaped Profile bodies extend only over one Part of the joints and have e.g. a length in the range of 3 to 10 cm, preferably from 4 to 6 cm. They will be engaged with the Keilfugen brought after the head was rotated axially so that he engages in the grooves of both insulating glass panes.
- the elastic Clothing of the wedge-shaped profile body ensures as well as the elastic layer of the actual holder head recording the thermal expansion of the insulating glass pane.
- the head is made an inner part arranged on a bolt and one on the inner part detachably mounted outer part. Both parts are e.g. by several screws connected.
- the distance between the outside and Inner part is therefore changeable, so that an adjustment of the head to different groove widths (plate spacing of the insulating glass panes) is possible.
- Essential reason for the bipartite of the head is the mutual distance of inner and outer part, whereby a heat-insulating layer is formed between them. This layer can be an air layer. To prevent condensation in this space, this is preferably filled with a heat-insulating material.
- the one on the outside wedge-shaped fugue attacking profile body is in the two-piece Head screwed onto the outer part, while on the inner part wedge-shaped fugue attacking profile body by means of a on the Threaded bolt, which adjoins the inner part of the head, screwed screw pressed into engagement with the wedge joint surface becomes.
- the mounting system preferably also includes one on one supporting structure to be installed with four, three or two arms at the ends of which the holders are attached. These multi-arm device is expedient behind a joint crossing attached so that the holder at a distance from the joint cross in the Can intervene joints.
- Figure 1 shows the model of a glass facade using the glass plate holder according to the invention.
- the glass plates 1 have for example, a dimension of 2.5 m x 2.5 m.
- the panels are attacked by in the joints or on the edge Holder 2 held.
- the holders removed from the plate corners are directly connected to the support structure (not shown).
- the holders adjacent to the plate corners are or two-armed devices 3 and 3 'and 3 ", respectively mounted on the vertices of the grid on the supporting structure are.
- facades and roofs can be made from one Any number of glass plates can be constructed.
- the facade has no holding parts projecting beyond their outside. It corresponds also aesthetic point of view, because the framing of the individual Plates and thus the outer screening of the facade is inconspicuous.
- holders 4 are attached to the four arms 3 a of the carrier device 3, as known in principle from DE-A-197 13 337, of which only three are visible in FIG.
- the holder 4 can also be attached to three- or two-armed devices 3 'and 3 ", or they can be mounted directly on the supporting structure (not shown).
- a keyway 5 incorporated, e.g. milled in particular can be seen from Figure 8.
- L16a keyway 5 incorporated, e.g. milled in particular can be seen from Figure 8.
- These Lzanskeilnuten extend over the entire length of the plate edge or only over a limited distance, as shown in Figure 2 at the two outer Heads is apparent.
- the keyway shown here can also have a different cross-sectional shape. Possible cross-sectional shapes are apparent from Figure 11.
- the wedge angle of the selected here Groove is e.g. 20 °.
- the holder 4 carries a head 6, on which a rubber layer 7 is vulcanized.
- the rubber layer in the outer region according to Figure 4 also has a wedge-shaped contour, wherein the wedge angle of the groove is adapted.
- the head 6 is milled off on one side to form the flat surface 6 b .
- FIG. 6 shows the rotational position of the holder 4 upon engagement of the head 6,7 in the grooves 5 of the two adjacent plates 1.
- Figure 7 shows the rotational position of the holder 4, in which the head 6 is engaged only with the upper glass plate and the lower Glass plate is released.
- the bolt-shaped holder 4 has an outgoing from the head side 6 a blind hole 8, in the rear part of an internal thread 8 a and front has a conical mouth 8 b .
- Figures 4 to 7 also show that the holder 4 has a starting from the top 6 a diametral slot 9.
- the holder 4 further has a circumferential groove 10 approximately at the distance from the head side 6 a , where the slot 9 ends.
- a cone head screw 11 can be screwed, as shown in Figures 8 to 10.
- the head 6,7 is spread with further screwing the screw 11, whereby tolerances of the glass plates 1 and thereby due to the joint 12 can be compensated.
- a) and b) show wedge-shaped groove cross-sections with a wedge angle of 90 or 60 °.
- c) shows an orthogonal Groove with parallel side walls.
- d) shows an orthogonal groove at an angle of about 20 ° slanted sidewalls, such as they are used in the embodiment according to FIGS. 2 to 10 comes.
- e) and f) show grooves of circular segment-shaped cross section; at e) the center of the circle lies on the glass edge, at f) above the Glass edge.
- g) shows a groove of hyperbolic cross section and h) a groove of parabolic cross section. All these cross-sectional shapes can be used in the invention.
- the embodiment of the plate mounting system according to the invention shown in Figures 12 to 23 serves to hold insulating glass panes 1 ', which are connected by recessed spacer webs 13 with silicone layer or 13 a or the like. Between the plates 1 ', for example, a metallized film 14 is tensioned, which contributes to the high thermal insulation of this insulating glass pane.
- the discs 1 ' have a 60 ° bevel 20, so that there is a wedge joint on the outside and inside.
- a groove 5 in which the head 6 engages.
- the head 6 consists in the illustrated embodiment of an integrally formed on the threaded bolt 4 b of the holder inner part 15 and a screwed by a plurality of screws 16 with the inner part outer part 17, see also FIG. 23.
- the head 6 is, as from the left part of Figure 12 can be seen, with respect to its axis 6 'constructed asymmetrically, so that it engages depending on the rotational position of the threaded bolt 4 b in the grooves 5 both insulating glass panes or the groove only one disc.
- the inner part 15 is clad at the periphery with an elastic layer 18 which extends in the axial direction via the outer part 17.
- the elastic clothing 18 may be vulcanized onto the inner part 15, or it may be inserted as a separate part. Between the inner part 15 and the outer part 17 is a gap 19, which is filled with a heat-insulating material, eg Delrin. As a result, a thermal separation within the head 6 is achieved.
- a wedge-shaped profile body 21 In the wedge joints 12 inside and outside a wedge-shaped profile body 21 are each used.
- the outer profile body is releasably secured by means of screw 22 on the outer part 17 of the head.
- the inner wedge-shaped profile body 21 is pressed by means of a screwed onto the bolt 4 b screw 23 in the wedge joint.
- the profile body 21 can come to rest depending on the width of the wedge joint at a smaller or greater distance from the head to the chamfer 20.
- FIG. 23 for example, a middle position of the profiled bodies 21 with respect to the plates 1 'is shown, whereas in FIG. 12 the profiled bodies are displaced axially almost completely inwards for engagement with the chamfers 20. In this way, manufacturing tolerances of the insulating glass panes can be compensated. Thermal expansions of the insulating glass panes are reversibly absorbed by the elastic garments 18,24.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 correspond to FIGS. 3 and 4 and show the holder with the inner part 15 of the head and the elastic Clothing 18. From Figure 13 is the asymmetric training the head visible; Figure 14 shows the head after an axial rotation around 90 °.
- Figure 15 shows the outside view of the holder in the joint with the externally screwed wedge-shaped profile body 21.
- Die Figures 16 to 18 correspond to Figures 5 to 7 in single glass plates.
- Figures 19 and 20 show the outer wedge-shaped Profile body in the view or in section.
- the profile body 21, made of metal, e.g. Alloy exists, has a countersunk hole 25 for receiving the head of the screw 22 for mounting on the Outer part 17 of the head.
- the inner wedge-shaped profile body 21 is formed similar to the outer according to Figures 21 and 22 Profile body. Instead of the countersunk bore, however, he has a cylindrical Through hole 26, since he means of the nut 23 and a washer is pressed into the wedge joint, see FIG. 23.
- the framing of the glass plates therefore falls only slightly in the eye, so that the facade the Impression of great ease.
- the remaining gap 12 can with a silicone profile band or the like. Outer and inside flush be closed so that contamination of the joint avoided and the cleaning of the outside of the facade can be facilitated.
