Definitions
- the invention relates to a hole sealing device for Through openings that are made of insulating glass panes consist of several disks, are present. Through this The insulating glass panes become through openings with so-called point holders on the substructure of the for example, insulating glass facade kept at a distance.
- a known hole sealing device consists of a sleeve-shaped body that when assembling the Insulating glass pane in the circular in diameter Disc holes of their discs is used.
- This sleeve-shaped body has a ring around it collar running around, the waist-like in the middle area the sleeve is present.
- the two lie on the outside of the annular collar spaced-apart panes of the multi-pane insulating glass on.
- the size of the distance between the two panes that make up the insulating glass pane is composed, and depending on the thickness of this individual Disks are different tubular bodies required.
- a generic hole sealing device is from the WO 99/34082 known.
- This hole sealing device one Two-pane insulating glass has a spacer between the two kept apart Slices. There is an outer border for each pane intended. The spacer and the two edging are available as separate parts.
- One of the two edging is a sleeve and the other edging formed as a disk-like nut, the protruding from the through opening End portion of the other sleeve is screwed on.
- This Construction involves that for different thicknesses Multi-pane insulating glass constructions different long sleeves must be used. If it does Conditional large inventory of sleeves can be avoided would have to have a correspondingly long sleeve for everyone Multi-pane insulating glass constructions are used. This would have the consequence that such sleeves have different distances would protrude from the through opening.
- the each from the clearance profile of the multi-pane insulating glass construction protruding sleeve parts could Fastening construction of the insulating glass construction in the Ways stand.
- the invention has for its object a hole sealing device specify the different for as many as possible thick insulating glass panes of the aforementioned Type can be used.
- This invention is through the hole sealing device given according to the features of claim 1.
- One with one multi-pane insulating glass provided such a hole sealing device is the subject of claim 16. Further training the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
- Insulating glass can be at least one of the two screw-in sleeves screwed into the spacer ring to different degrees or otherwise attached to the same. Thereby can have different thickness discs with the same Hole sealing device for a multi-pane insulating glass pane be assembled. If the individual panes of the insulating glass pane different there should be no mutual spacing entire hole sealing device but only as separate part existing waist-like spacer ring, and thus only part of the hole sealing construction, to be exchanged.
- the central waist-like spacer ring should be designed so that its two opposite sides from each a screw-in sleeve as the edge border of a disc hole can be screwed in for the respective disc.
- the first of the two screw-in sleeves can be inserted into the Spacer ring and the second, other screw sleeve in the first screw-in sleeve are screwed in each case. It is however, both screw-in sleeves are also possible screw separately into the spacer ring. On Embodiment for each of these two embodiments is shown as an example in the drawing.
- the spacer ring should not be attached to screw parts.
- the inner wall surface of the framing the through opening Screw-in sleeve can be circular cylindrical up to the free edge the hole seal go; however, it is also possible that this wall area is conical towards the outside extended. This depends on how the construction of the in the hole sealing device insertable point holder is trained; whether the point holder is flat from above on the Sit on the outside of the insulating glass or whether the Point holder flush with the outside of the insulating glass should complete.
- This seal can after an embodiment shown in the drawing consist of sealing washers, which as Ring washers rest on the spacer ring and as a support serve for the respective glass pane.
- sealing washers which as Ring washers rest on the spacer ring and as a support serve for the respective glass pane.
- the seal can also be or adhesive tape, which is between the spacer ring and the adjacent disc is placed.
- Both the sealing material used for the washers as well as optionally through the through openings of the screw part introduced sealing material advantageously has permanently elastic material properties on.
- the sealing or adhesive tape is preferred designed as a double-sided adhesive tape.
- a multi-pane insulating glass 10 consists of the present For example, two glass panes, one outer glass pane 12 and an inner glass pane 14.
- the expressions "outside” and “inside” refer to the installation position of the Multi-pane insulating glass 10 in a building.
- the two Glass panes 12, 14 are spaced 16 apart from each other. The distance 16 defines a space 18, which has an air vacuum.
- a through opening 20 is in the glass panes 12, 14 available. This opening 20 is through in cross section circular holes 22 and 24 formed. The Both axes of these holes 22, 24 only fall roughly each other. Your exact collapse will be through inevitable manufacturing tolerances in the manufacture of the prevents two holes 22, 24.
- the Gap 18 between the two glass panes 12, 14 limited by a spacer ring 26.
- an outer or inner Sealing washer 28 and 30 respectively.
- the sealing washer 28 or 30 is the outer Glass pane 12 or the inner glass pane 14 gas-tight.
- the inside of the spacer ring 26 is with a Internal thread 40 provided.
- This internal thread 40 adapted external thread 42 is one of the outside the inside into the passage opening 20 screwed inner screw sleeve 44 available.
- On the inside of this inner screw sleeve 44 is a Internal thread 46 formed in meshing engagement with the external thread 48 one from the outside of the through hole 20 screwed in outer screw-in sleeve 50 is present.
- the inner screw sleeve 44 is therefore in screwed the spacer ring 26 while the outer Screw-in sleeve 50 into the inner screw-in sleeve 44 is screwed in (Fig. 1).
- the outer screw sleeve 50 at its outer free edge conical thickening 54. While its inside is straight in the direction of the longitudinal axis 57 of the outer screw-in sleeve 50 runs, forms the outside in the area of this thickening 54 a funnel-shaped extension. With the thickening 54 the outer screw-in sleeve 50 presses against one correspondingly beveled surface 56 of the outer Glass pane 12 on.
- the inner screw sleeve 44 has at her to An inside protruding end protruding outwards L-shaped shoulder 58. With this shoulder 58 lies the inner screw sleeve 44 on the inside of the inner Pressing glass pane 14. By screwing the the two screw-in sleeves 44, 50 become the two Glass panes 12, 14 desirably strongly against each other postponed.
- inlet bores 60, 62 distributed over the circumference available. Through these inlet bores 60 respectively 62 sealing material can pass through the respective Screw-in sleeve 50 or 44 into the Gap 64 behind it - in the case of the glass pane 12 - or 66 - introduced in the glass pane 14 become. In this way, sealing material can be between the Sealing washers 28 and 30 and the respective Screw sleeve 50 or 44 are brought.
- the inner Screw-in sleeve 44 used in the hole 24 of the inner glass sheet 14.
- the inner glass pane 14 lies on the L shoulder 58 of this inner one Screw-in sleeve 44.
- the spacer ring 26 screwed to the screw-in sleeve 44, previously between the sealing ring 26 and the glass sheet 14, the inner Sealing washer 30 is interposed. This screwing can with the aid of a 62 used screwing tool.
- the outer screw sleeve 50 is then in the inner screw sleeve 44 screwed. This too Can be screwed by means of - into inlet bores 60 used - screwing tool.
- the outer screw-in sleeve 50.3 is in a spacer ring 26.3 screwed in immediately.
- an inner one Screw-in sleeve 44.3 with a conical end Thickening 54.3 available as a border for the inner glass pane 14.4 is used and in an annular groove 80th the spacer ring 26.3 is also screwed in directly.
- the two screw-in sleeves 50.3 and 44.3 are therefore not directly screwed together, like that for the Hole sealing devices 70, 70.2 is the case.
- inlet bores 62.3 present that functionally the inlet holes 62 of the Hole seal 70 correspond.
- the hole sealing devices shown in Figs. 4 and 5 70.4 and 70.5 are different from the protruding hole sealing devices essentially in that there is a spacer ring 26.4 in each case, the on the inside 81 not an internal thread, but one has a smooth surface.
- the distance ring 26.4 at the Hole seal 70.4 adjacent inner screw-in sleeve 44.4 also has a smooth on its outside 82 Surface.
- the spacer ring 26.4 and the inner one Screw-in sleeve 44.4 not attached to each other.
- the inner screw-in sleeve is screwed together 44.4 and the outer screw-in sleeve 50.4, as in the The above is already described.
- In the presentation 4 has the outer screw-in sleeve 50.4 in a conical extension 72 at its outer end region, such as they already with the hole seal 70.2 (Fig. 2) is available.
- the inner screw sleeve 44.4 has on its outer free front edge of an L-shaped shoulder 58, as well as at the inner screw-in sleeve 44 shown in FIG. 1 is also the case.
- a double-sided adhesive tape 84 or 86 available between the spacer ring 26.4 and the outer glass pane 12 or the inner glass pane 14.
- This double sided Adhesive tape forms an airtight seal between the Gap 18 between the two glass panes 12, 14 and the through opening 20. Upon introduction of additional Sealing material can therefore be dispensed with.
- the hole sealing device 70.5 shown in FIG. 5 corresponds essentially to that shown in FIG. 4 Hole sealing device 70.4. Unlike this but has the hole sealing device 70.5 on the free edge of their outer screw sleeve 50.5 one after cantilevered L-shaped shoulder 58, with which this Screw-in sleeve 50.5 from the outside on the outer glass pane 12 presses when installed.
- the inner screw sleeve 44.5 has a conical end Widening 72 available. With the conical extension 72 the inner screw sleeve 44.5 presses against one correspondingly beveled surface 56 of the inner Glass pane 14 on.
- the above hole sealing devices 70 need little space. So in extreme cases the diameter dl free passage opening 20 only twice Sheath thickness 90 the size of this through opening 20th defining a sleeve 50 to be smaller than that Diameter of the smallest disc hole 22 des Multi-pane insulating glass 10 (Fig.1).
