Definitions
- the invention relates to a hole seal of through openings, those in insulating glass panes that consist of several Disks exist, are present. Through these openings through the insulating glass panes so-called point holders on the substructure of the for example, insulating glass facade kept at a distance.
- a known hole seal consists of a sleeve-shaped body that is circular in diameter Through opening when assembling the insulating glass pane is used.
- This sleeve-shaped body has one ring around it, the waist like in the waist middle area of the sleeve is present.
- the two spaced disks of the Multi-pane insulating glass Depending on the size of the distance between the two discs that make up the Insulating glass pane is composed, and depending on the thickness these individual disks are different sleeve-shaped body required.
- the invention has for its object a hole seal specify that for as many different thicknesses as possible Insulating glass panes of the type mentioned are used can be.
- This invention is through the hole seal according to the Features of claim 1 given.
- One with one Hole sealing provided multi-pane insulating glass Subject of claim 17. Further developments of the invention are the subject of subclaims.
- the hole seal according to the invention and that with a Insulating glass provided with such a hole seal stands out by two screw parts which can be fastened to each other and which act as Serve border and further by one to the Screw parts separate spacer as spacer between the individual panes of the insulating glass. At least one of the two screw parts can be different be screwed far into or into the spacer otherwise attached to the same. This allows discs of different thicknesses with the same hole seal assembled into a multi-pane insulating glass pane become. If the individual panes of the insulating glass pane should have different mutual distances, does not need the entire hole seal but only that as separate part existing waist-like spacer, and thus only part of the hole sealing construction, to be exchanged.
- the central, waist-like spacer be designed so that from its two opposite sides each one Screw part as a border for the respective pane can be screwed in.
- the first of the two Screw parts into the spacer and the other screw part be screwed into the first screw part. It is also possible to use both screw parts on their own screw separately into the spacer. On Embodiment for each of these two embodiments is shown as an example in the drawing.
- the inner wall surface of the one framing the through opening Screw part can be circular cylindrical to the free edge the hole seal go; however, it is also possible that this wall area is conical towards the outside expanded. This depends on how the construction of the in the hole seal insertable point holder is formed is; whether the point holder is flat from above on the outside of the insulating glass or whether the point holder with the Completely flush outside of the insulating glass.
- This seal can after an embodiment shown in the drawing consist of sealing washers, which as Ring washers rest on the spacer and as a support serve for the respective glass pane.
- sealing washers which as Ring washers rest on the spacer and as a support serve for the respective glass pane.
- the seal can also be made by a sealing or. Adhesive tape can be reached, which is between the spacer and the adjacent disc is placed.
- Both the sealing material used for the washers as well as optionally through the through openings of the screw part introduced sealing material advantageously has permanently elastic material properties on.
- the sealing or adhesive tape is preferred designed as a double-sided adhesive tape.
- a multi-pane insulating glass 10 consists of the present For example, two glass panes, one outer glass pane 12 and an inner glass sheet 14.
- the expressions "outside” and “inside” refer to the installation position of the Multi-pane insulating glass 10 in a building.
- the two Glass panes 12, 14 are spaced 16 apart from each other. The distance 16 defines a space 18, which has an air vacuum.
- a through opening 20 is in the glass panes 12, 14 available. This opening 20 is through in cross section circular holes 22 and 24 formed. The Both axes of these holes 22, 24 only fall roughly into each other. Your exact collapse will be through inevitable manufacturing tolerances in the manufacture of the prevents two holes 22, 24.
- the Gap 18 between the two glass panes 12, 14 limited by a spacer ring 26.
- an outer or inner Sealing washer 28 and 30 respectively.
- the case is made of permanently elastic material Sealing discs 28, 30 adapted in size Groove recesses 32, 34 of the spacer ring 26 are embedded.
- the sealing washer 28 or 30 is the outer Glass pane 12 or the inner glass pane 14 gas-tight.
- the inside of the spacer ring 26 is with a Internal thread 40 provided.
- This internal thread 40 adapted external thread 42 is one of the outside the inside into the passage opening 20 screwed inner screw sleeve 44 available.
- On the inside of this inner screw sleeve 44 is a Internal thread 46 formed in meshing engagement with the external thread 48 one from the outside of the through hole 20 screwed in outer screw-in sleeve 50 is present.
- the inner screw sleeve 44 is therefore in screwed the spacer ring 26 while the outer Screw-in sleeve 50 into the inner screw-in sleeve 44 is screwed in (Fig. 1).
- the outer screw sleeve 50 at its outer free edge conical thickening 54. While its inside is straight in the direction of the longitudinal axis 57 of the outer screw-in sleeve 50 runs, forms the outside in the area of this thickening 54 a funnel-shaped extension. With the thickening 54 the outer screw-in sleeve 50 presses against one correspondingly beveled surface 56 of the outer Glass pane 12 on.
- the inner screw sleeve 44 has at her to An inside protruding end protruding outwards L-shaped shoulder 58. With this shoulder 58 lies the inner screw sleeve 44 on the inside of the inner Pressing glass pane 14. By screwing the the two screw-in sleeves 44, 50 become the two Glass panes 12, 14 desirable strong against each other postponed.
- inlet bores 60, 62 distributed over the circumference available. Through these inlet bores 60 respectively 62 sealing material can pass through the respective Screw-in sleeve 50 or 44 into the Gap 64 behind it - at the glass pane 12 - or 66 - introduced in the glass pane 14 become. In this way, sealing material can be between the Sealing washers 28 and 30 and the respective Screw sleeve 50 or 44 are brought.
