Claims (9)
- Sortieranlage für Wertstoffe, insbesondere zur Aussortierung von wieder verwertbaren Verpackungsmaterialien, wobei das Wertstoffgemisch einzelnen manuellen Handsortierarbeitsplätzen über ein gemeinsames Wertstoff-Zuführ-Förderband zuführbar ist und wobei dem Wertstoff-Zuführ-Förderband (3) eine Vielzahl von seitlich abzweigenden Förderbändern (19 bis 21) zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlich vom Wertstoff-Zuführ-Förderband (3) abzweigenden Förderbänder (19 bis 21) jeweils einen abgezweigten Teil des Wertstoffgemisches (6') zu einem jeweils zugeordneten Handsortierarbeitsplatz (7 bis 9) führen, wobei das Wertstoffgemisch (6') den einzelnen Handsortierarbeitsplätzen (7 bis 9) individuell nach Bedarf zuführbar ist und daß jedem Handsortierarbeitsplatz (7 bis 9) eine Vielzahl von Abwurfschächten (a1 bis a6) zugeordnet sind, die zur Aufnahme jeweils im Wesentlichen nur einer Wertstofffraktion dienen und daß den Abwurfschächten (a1 bis a6) wenigstens ein Sammeltransportband (s; s1 bis s6) für die Einzelfraktionen zugeordnet ist, wobei das Sammeltransportband (s; s1 bis s6) mehrere Handsortierarbeitsplätze (7 bis 9) miteinander verbindet.
- Sortieranlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abzweigung vom Wertstoff-Zuführ-Forderband (3) zum Einzelplatz-Förderband (19 bis 21) mittels einer Schieberweiche (16), einer Umlenkblende oder einer Abwurfklappe oder dergleichen erfolgt.
- Sortieranlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beidseitig des Einzelplatz-Förderbandes (19 bis 21) Abwurfschächte (24/al bis a6) vorgesehen sind, und daß parallel laufende Sammeltransportbänder (25/s1 bis s6) unterhalb der Handsortierarbeitsplätze (7 bis 9) mit den jeweiligen Abwurfschächten (a1 bis a6) verbunden sind.
- Sortieranlage nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportgeschwindigkeit des Einzelplatz-Förderbandes (19 bis 21) manuell und individuell von der Benutzerperson (10 bis 12) einstellbar ist.
- Sortieranlage nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige, nicht aussortierbare Restfraktion (27) auf den Einzelplatz-Förderbändern (19 bis 21) einem gemeinsamen Restfraktion-Förderband (29) zuführbar und von dort in einen zugehörigen Sammelbunker (b7) abführbar ist.
- Sortieranlage nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Sammeltransportbändern (25/s1 bis s6) zugehörige Sammelbunker (26/b1 bis b6) zugeordnet sind.
- Sortieranlage nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sammeltransportbänder (25, 29/s1 bis s7) parallel angeordnet sind und parallel zum Wertstoff-Zuführ-Förderband (3) verlaufen und daß die Einzelplatz-Förderbänder (19 bis 21) rechtwinklig hierzu verlaufen.
- Sortieranlage nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auf das Wertstoff-Zufuhr-Förderband (3) aufgebrachte Wertstoffgemisch in einer Zirkulationsleitung (5) endlos geführt ist.
- Sortieranlage nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Abwurfschacht (a1 bis a6) ein Zwischenspeicher zugeordnet ist, zur Aufnahme der Wertstofffraktion und daß mehreren Abwurfschächten (a1 bis a6) ein gemeinsames Transportband (26; s) zugeordnet ist, auf welches jeweils nur eine Wertstofffraktion aus einem Zwischenspeicher aufgebracht und in einem zugehörigen Bunker entleert wird.
