Claims (8)
- Montage/Demontagevorrichtung (1) zur Montage und/oder Demontage eines Brennstoffeinspritzventils (22) in/aus einer Aufnahmebohrung (21) eines Zylinderkopfes (20) einer Brennkraftmaschine mit einem Mantelkörper (2) bestehend aus einem rohrförmigen Abschnitt (4) und einem Angriffsabschnitt (3), wobei der Angriffsabschnitt (3) an dem Brennstoffeinspritzventil (22) mittels einer radial nach innen ragenden Auflagefläche (7) angreift, zwischen einer Eingriffsposition, in der eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem Brennstoffeinspritzventil (22) herstellbar ist, und einer Freigabeposition, in der die Montage/Demontagevorrichtung (1) von dem Brennstoffeinspritzventil (22) entfernbar ist, verstellbar ist und durch wenigstens zwei durch Aussparungen (11, 12) voneinander getrennte Angriffsteilabschnitte (3a, 3b) gebildet ist, die mittels eines Verstellmechanismus (40, 41, 50, 60) in radialer Richtung bewegbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Angriffsteilabschnitte (3a, 3b) des Angriffsabschnitts (3) elastisch ausgebildet und mittels des Verstellmechanismus (40, 41, 50, 60) in radialer Richtung verformbar sind. - Montage/Demontagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellmechanismus ein in den Mantelkörper (2) einschiebbares und gegenüber diesem drehbares Innenteil (40) mit einem auf die Angriffsteilabschnitte (3a, 3b) wirkenden Nockenabschnitt (41) aufweist. - Montage/Demontagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innenteil (40) wenigstens eine Bohrung (42) und der rohrförmige Abschnitt (4) wenigstens eine längliche Öffnung (10) zum Eingriff eines Werkzeuges (45), z. B. eines Bolzens, aufweisen. - Montage/Demontagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellmechanismus ein auf den rohrförmigen Abschnitt (4) aufsetzbares und gegenüber diesem drehbares Griffteil (50) und ein mit diesem lösbar verbindbares und auf die Angriffsteilabschnitte (3a, 3b) wirkendes Nockenteil (60) aufweist. - Montage/Demontagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffteil (50) wenigstens eine Bohrung (51) zum Eingriff eines Werkzeuges (45) aufweist. - Montage/Demontagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
gekennzeichnet durch
am vorderen Ende der Angriffsteilabschnitte (3a, 3b) angeordnete Zapfen (5) zur axialen Abstützung der Montage/Demontagevorrichtung (1) am Gehäuse des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (22) während der Montage. - Montage/Demontagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
gekennzeichnet durch
an der radial inneren Seite der Angriffsteilabschnitte (3a, 3b) angebrachte geneigte Leitflächen (6) zur Abstützung an Führungsflächen (31) auf der Außenseite des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (22), wodurch die Angriffsteilabschnitte (3a, 3b) radial nach außen verformt werden. - Montage/Demontagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montage/Demontagevorrichtung aus Stahlblech oder einem mit Glasfasern verstärkten Kunststoff besteht.
