Die zweikanalige Ausführung ist insbesondere dann von Vorteil, wenn häufig sowohl Folienmaterial als auch Papiermaterial als Schneidgut verwendet wird. Der Benutzer muß dann, wenn Folienmaterial als Schneidgut geschnitten soll, die Ansaugung durch die externe Absaugvorrichtung aktivieren, hierfür kann auch eine Ansteuerung am Gehäuse des Dokumentenvernichters 11 selbst vorgesehen sein. Dabei kann es sich insbesondere um einen zusätzlichen Schalter handeln. Hierdurch wird gleichzeitig eine Trennung des zu Partikeln geschnittenen Schneidguts erreicht, so daß dieses sortenrein entsorgt werden kann. Bei der externen Absaugvorrichtung 24 kann es sich sowohl um eine lokal, beispielsweise direkt neben dem Dokumentenvernichter 11 angeordneten Absaugvorrichtung als auch um eine zentrale, mit einer Vielzahl von Dokumentenvernichtern 11 verbundene Absauganlage handeln.
Claims (19)
- Dokumentenvernichtermit einem Schneidwerk zur Durchführung eines PartikelSchnitts,mit einer Zuführöffnung für das Schneidgut und mit einer Auswurföffnung für die geschnittenen Partikel, die in einem Auffangbehälter mündet,
- Dokumentenvernichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auffangbehälter (17) aus einem luftdurchlässigen aber nicht partikeldurchlässigen Behältnis, insbesondere einem Beutel (18), besteht.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Behältnis in einem formsteifen Trägerkörper (19) angeordnet ist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerkörper (19) zumindest bereichsweise Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (20) aufweist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswurfsöffnung (15) als Sammeltrichter (27), der in einem Rohrstück (28) mündet ausgebildet ist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrstück (28) mit dem Auffangbehälter (17) lösbar, insbesondere luftdicht, verbindbar ist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Schneidwerk (12) und Auffangbehälter (17) ein Verschlußventil (30) angeordnet ist, das ein Partikelfluß von Auffangebehälter (17) zum Schneidwerk (12) verhindert.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußventil (30) bei in Betriebnahme der Absaugung selbstätig öffnend ausgebildet ist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußventil (30) aus einer Gummi-Klappe und einem Dichtsitz ausgebildet ist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auffangbehälter (17) sich in einem unterhalb des Schneidwerks (12) angeordneten Unterschrank (31) befindet.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Unterschrank (31) ein Gebläse (32) zur Durchführung der Absaugung angeordnet ist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebläse (32) unterhalb des Auffangsbehälters (17) angeordnet ist, wobei zwischen Gebläse (32) und Auffangbehälter (17) ein Trennblech (33) angeordnet ist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswurföffnung (15) zweikanalig ausgebildet ist, wobei über den ersten Kanal (21) eine Partikelabsaugung durchführbar ist und wobei der zweite Kanal (22) ohne Absaugung in einem weiteren Auffangbehälter (17) mündet.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Kanal (22) bei Betrieb der Absaugung selbstätig schließend ausgebildet ist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 14, insbesondere nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidwerk (12) mit seiner Auswurföffnung (15) in einem ersten Gehäuse angeordnet ist, welches einen Anschlußstutzen (23) für eine externe Absaugsvorrichtung aufweist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die externe Absaugvorrichtung ein Industriestaubsauger oder eine ortsfeste Sauganlage ist.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Zufuhröffnung (13) eine Abrollhalterung (25) für Rollen (26) von Schneidgut (14) angeordnet ist, wobei das Schneidgut (14) von dem Schneidwerk beim Schneidvorgang gemäß dem Schneidfortschritt von der Rolle (26) abgerollt wird.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beschichteten Folien insbesondere Thermo-Transfer-Folien sind.
- Dokumentenvernichter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Folien um bandförmige Informationsträger handelt.
