Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour l'emballage de marchandises essentiellement à aire surfacique horizontale à angles droits (2'), en particulier de piles de marchandises (2) de forme parallélépipédique ou cubique avec une housse de film étirable étirée transversalement dans le plan horizontal (3') dans lequel une gaine pelliculaire (3), disposée à plat à l'état de stockage, avancée à partir d'un distributeur (de gaine) dont le périmètre non soumis à une traction (U3') est au moins plus petit de 10 % que le périmètre (Ust) de la marchandise (2) à emballer, est formée près d'une housse (3') tandis que la gaine pelliculaire (3), disposée à une distance permettant son engagement libre avec un cordon de soudure, est dessoudée et sectionnée sans discontinuité au-dessus du cordon de soudure (6); dans lequel la housse (3') ainsi formée est étirée sur la marchandise à emballer (2) de telle manière que son extrémité fermée repose, à l'état prêt à l'emballage (= état d'installation de la housse) sur la surface supérieure (2') de la marchandise (2), comme couvercle de housse, en allongement horizontal biaxial obtenu par un allongement transversal complet des parois latérales de la housse ; dans lequel la housse (3'), avant l'étirage transversal et la pose en recouvrement sur la marchandise à emballer (2), essentiellement non soumise à une traction, est tout d'abord appliquée intégralement au pistolet de telle manière que l'aire surfacique horizontale scellée des parois latérales de la housse pour application au pistolet de la housse, est au plan géométrique essentiellement semblable à l'aire surfacique horizontale de la marchandise (2) et, ainsi,
    que deux premiers bords (e1-e2-e3-e4) parallèles, de longueurs essentiellement identiques, de l'aire surfacique pour application au pistolet de la housse (e1-e3 ;e2-e4) se trouvent parallèles au cordon de soudure (6) de la housse (3') de même qu'aux surfaces latérales définissant la largeur (B) de la marchandise (2) ;
    que deux premiers bords (e1-e2-e3-e4) parallèles, de longueurs essentiellement identiques, de l'aire surfacique pour application au pistolet de la housse (e1-e3;e2-e4) se trouvent orthogonaux aux deux premiers bords (e1-e3 ;e2-e4) ;
    et que le couvercle de housse est formé de trois pellicules de film disposées les unes au-dessus des autres (fO, fM, fU), à savoir
    d'une pellicule de film (e4) supérieure orthogonale formée transversalement sur sa largeur intégrale (b = 16) orthogonale au cordon de soudure (6) dont la taille et la forme sont identiques à celles de l'aire surfacique pour application au pistolet (e1-e2-e3-e4),
    de deux pellicules de film médianes (e4) formant des sections de film situées l'une au-dessus de l'autre en symétrie inverse (BM-QM-CM, AM-PM-DM), en forme respective de triangle isocèle, dont la ligne de hauteur (QM-FM;PM-DM) est respectivement formée d'une section externe du cordon de soudure (6) et dont la ligne de base (BM-CM;AM-DM) est respectivement située dans la ligne de recouvrement (LA ou LB) formée dans l'un des deux bords de l'aire surfacique pour application au pistolet (e1-e2-e3-e4), et
    de deux pellicules de film inférieures (fU) formant, par rapport aux sections de film triangulaires médianes, (BM-QM-CM;AM-PM-DM) des sections de film inférieures triangulaires, congruentes (BU-QU-CU;AU-PU-DU), lesquelles forment respectivement avec les sections triangulaires respectives situées les unes au-dessus des autres des pellicules de film médianes (e4) du couvercle de housse une poche pelliculaire ouverte sur la ligne de base des triangles (B-C ou A-D) ;
       et dans lequel la housse ainsi appliquée au pistolet (3') est alors étirée transversalement sur une aire surfacique de recouvrement (30), du recouvrement requis, tandis que les éléments (7) effectuant tout d'abord l'application au pistolet, puis l'étirage transversal, sont déplacés de leur position, dans laquelle ils effectuent l'application au pistolet des parois latérales de la housse essentiellement soumises à aucune traction, respectivement horizontales dans la direction oblique vers l'extérieur, jusqu'à une position de recouvrement, dans laquelle les parois latérales de la housse étirée transversalement, sont respectivement situées à une distance de sécurité de recouvrement (ü) par rapport à leur paroi latérale de marchandise adjacente respective, qui est essentiellement constante, de sorte que la distance des bords angulaires (e''1, e''2, e''3, e''4) de la housse (3'), dans l'état de recouvrement, à leurs bords angulaires (e'1, e'2, e'3, e'4) respectivement adjacents de la marchandise (2) est de taille essentiellement identique, respectivement, sachant que la gaine (3), au moins dans la zone de sa largeur relative au cordon de soudure transversal (6) en formation, lors de la pose du cordon de soudure transversal (6), est ou sera ainsi formée que les deux côtés latéraux respectifs existants, de longueurs identiques (B-Q,C-Q ou A-P,D-P), des deux zones d'appariement du film formateur de poche, formées en V ou en triangle (BM-QM-CM,BU-QU-CU ou AM-PM-DM, AU-PU-DU) du couvercle de housse, s'étendent vers l'extérieur en l'état appliqué au pistolet de la housse en formation, ayant une section latérale (M-Q, K-Q, P-P, N-P) d'une longueur X jusqu'aux deuxièmes bords (B-C = ligne de recouvrement La ; A-D = ligne de recouvrement LB) se trouvant respectivement adjacents et orthogonaux au cordon de soudure transversal (6), essentiellement semblables au plan géométrique à l'aire surfacique d'application au pistolet de la housse (e1-e2-e3-e4) formée par rapport à l'aire surfacique horizontale de la marchandise et sachant que les deuxièmes parois latérales de la housse mutuellement adjacentes des bords angulaires (e1, e2, e3, e4) à l'état appliquées au pistolet non soumises à une traction se trouvent respectivement dans un état de bord angulaire Y par rapport à leurs bords externes adjacents (g1, g2, g3, g4) du pli adjacent (9), caractérisé en ce que la longueur X de la section de côté latéral (M-Q, K-Q, P-P,N-P) d'un étirement latéral (σP) d'environ 50 % à 60 %. qui s'étend dans l'aire surfacique pour application au pistolet de la housse est essentiellement identique à la distance au bord angulaire Y.
