Claims (2)
- Procédé pour envelopper des marchandises, notamment des piles de marchandises (4), avec une housse (3') de film étirable, selon lequel à partir d'une gaine étirable à soufflet, qui est amenée d'une réserve (1), qui, à l'état de réserve et d'amenée, présente deux premières surfaces latérales (8) parallèles l'une à l'autre et étroitement voisines, ainsi que deux secondes surfaces latérales (9) situées entre les précédentes et pliées en forme "V" vers l'intérieur, et qui présente un périmètre (4a + 2b) inférieur à celui des marchandises (4) à envelopper, on forme une housse (3') grâce au fait que la gaine à soufflet (3), à distance de son extrémité libre, est fermée par soudage au moyen d'un joint transversal (6), et est coupée après le tronçon formant la housse (3'), la housse (3'), pour être passée sur les marchandises (4), étant étirée, après son ouverture totale, à la dimension nécessaire pour son passage sur les marchandises à envelopper, caractérisé par la combinaison des particularités selon lesquelles la gaine à soufflet (3) est amenée aux marchandises (4) à envelopper avec une largeur de bande (d'amenée) (b) de ses premières surfaces latérales (8), qui est sensiblement égale à la largeur (B) parallèle à ces dernières, des marchandises (4) à envelopper, et est fermée, de manière connue en soi, avant l'étirage, par soudage au moyen du joint transversal (6), de sorte que la longueur (L) du joint transversal (6) non étiré est sensiblement égale à la largeur (B), qui lui est parallèle, des marchandises (4), la housse (3') étant étirée après la formation du joint transversal (6), de manière à ce que l'allongement de ses surfaces latérales soit au moins égal à 10%, dans l'état d'enveloppement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la gaine à soufflet (3) est amenée aux marchandises (4) à envelopper, avec une largeur de bande (d'amenée) (b) qui est au moins égale à 95% de la largeur (B) des marchandises (4) à envelopper.
