    le premier système d'enveloppement (2) comportant un dispositif de repliage, permettant de replier un coupon de film (13) du film alimenté à partir de la réserve de film, de sorte qu'après l'enveloppement de l'unité de chargement (1) avec le premier voile de film (15), dans la zone inférieure des parois latérales (6) de l'unité de chargement (1), le film repose en double couche sur les parois latérales (6) en correspondance à la largeur du coupon de film (13) replié,
    le dispositif comportant en outre un deuxième système d'enveloppement (3), permettant de réaliser à partir du film alimenté un deuxième voile de film (21), ce deuxième voile de film (21) étant susceptible d'être appliqué avec le deuxième système d'enveloppement (3) sur la face supérieure (23), sur deux parois (6) et sur la face inférieure (24) de l'unité de chargement (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, une réserve de film pour la formation d'un premier voile de film (15) comportant au moins deux rouleaux de film (8) avec des axes de rouleau de film (9) disposés à l'horizontale ou sensiblement à l'horizontale et les bandes de film (10) alimentées à partir des rouleaux de films (8) étant guidées par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de renvoi (14), de sorte qu'il en résulte une orientation verticale des bandes de film (10) ou du premier voile de film (15) formé à partir de ces dernières.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, un élément de repliage (12) d'un dispositif de repliage étant placé en aval d'un rouleau de film (8), dans le sens d'alimentation de la bande de film (10) et l'élément de repliage (12) étant de préférence monté en amont des éléments de renvoi (14) pour le renvoi vertical de la bande de film (10).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, le dispositif de repliage, respectivement un élément de repliage (12) du dispositif de repliage étant conçu avec le critère que la largeur b du coupon de film (13) replié corresponde à de 15 à 45 %, de préférence à de 20 à 40 % et de façon préférée à de 25 à 38 % de la hauteur h des parois latérales (6) de l'unité de chargement (1).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, le premier système d'enveloppement (2) comportant un dispositif de pré-étirage (17) avec lequel les bandes de film (10) alimentées à partir de chacun des rouleaux de film (8) sont pré-étirées dans leur sens d'alimentation ou dans leur sens longitudinal.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, un système de stabilisation étant prévu, sur lequel le premier voile de film (15) peut s'appliquer, avant son application sur l'unité de chargement (1), avec le critère que le premier voile de film (15) s'appliquant sur le système de stabilisation entoure l'unité de chargement (1) et après retrait du système de stabilisation, le premier voile de film (15) étant susceptible de s'appliquer sur l'unité de chargement (1).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, le premier système d'enveloppement (2) comportant un dispositif de soudage et au cours de l'application du premier voile de film (15) sur les parois latérales (6) de l'unité de chargement (1) ou sur le système de stabilisation, deux moitiés ou parties du voile de film (15) vertical étant susceptibles d'être soudées l'une à l'autre à l'aide du dispositif de soudage, en formant au moins une soudure.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, une réserve de film pour la formation du deuxième voile de film (21) comportant au moins deux rouleaux de film (8) avec des axes de rouleau de film (9) disposés à l'horizontale ou sensiblement à l'horizontale, les bandes de film (10) alimentées à partir des rouleaux de film (8) étant guidées par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de renvoi (14), de sorte que la bande de film (10) retirée à partir de l'un (8) des rouleaux de film soit alimentée à la verticale par le dessus, pour l'enveloppement de l'unité de chargement (1) et que la bande de film (10) retirée de l'autre rouleau de film (9) soit alimentée à la verticale par le dessous.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, le deuxième système d'enveloppement (3) comportant un dispositif de pré-étirage (17) avec lequel les bandes de film (10) alimentées à partir des rouleaux de film (8) sont pré-étirées dans leur sens d'alimentation ou dans leur sens longitudinal.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, un deuxième système de stabilisation étant prévu, sur lequel le deuxième voile de film (21) peut s'appliquer, avant son application sur l'unité de chargement (1), avec le critère que le deuxième voile de film (21) s'appliquant sur le deuxième système de stabilisation entoure l'unité de chargement (1) et après retrait du deuxième système de stabilisation, le deuxième voile de film (21) étant susceptible de s'appliquer sur l'unité de chargement (1).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, le deuxième système d'enveloppement (3) comportant un dispositif de soudage et au cours de l'application du deuxième voile de film (21) sur l'unité de chargement (1), deux moitiés ou parties du deuxième voile de film (21) étant susceptibles d'être soudées à l'aide du dispositif de soudage, en formant au moins une soudure horizontale ou sensiblement horizontale.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, le deuxième système d'enveloppement (3) comportant un dispositif de séparation (27) à l'aide duquel, au cours de l'application du deuxième voile de film (21) sur la face inférieure (24) de l'unité de chargement (1) au moins la partie de film qui doit être appliquée sur la face inférieure (24) de l'unité de chargement (1) peut être séparée, de sorte que les raies de film (28, 29) formées par la séparation soient susceptibles d'être amenées en application sur la face inférieure de la palette, entre des patins de palette (30) ou des pieds de palette d'une palette (4) de l'unité de chargement (1).
  13. Procédé d'emballage d'une unité de chargement (1) avec un film, dans une première étape de procédé, à partir de chacun des deux côtés de l'unité de chargement (1) une bande de film (10) orientée à la verticale étant alimentée et les deux bandes de film (10) étant assemblées en un voile de film (15) vertical,
    le premier voile de film (15) vertical étant amené en application sur les parois latérales (6) de l'unité de chargement (1) et les deux parties ou moitiés du premier voile de film (15) entourant l'unité de chargement (1) étant assemblées l'une à l'autre ou soudées sur une paroi latérale (6), notamment sur la paroi latérale arrière (6),
    dans une deuxième étape de procédé, à partir du dessus de l'unité de chargement (1) et du dessous de l'unité de chargement (1), chaque fois une bande de film (10) orientable à la verticale étant alimentée et les deux bandes de film (10) étant assemblées en un deuxième voile de film (21) vertical,
    le deuxième voile de film (21) vertical étant appliqué sur la paroi latérale avant (6), sur la face supérieure (23) et sur la face inférieure (24), ainsi que sur la paroi latérale arrière (6) de l'unité de chargement (1) et les deux parties ou moitiés du deuxième voile de film (21) entourant l'unité de chargement (1) étant assemblées ou soudées l'une à l'autre sur un côté de l'unité de chargement (1), notamment sur la paroi latérale arrière (6),
    et au choix, soit la première ou la deuxième étape de procédé étant réalisée en premier lieu.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, la première étape de procédé étant réalisée avant la deuxième étape de procédé.
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 ou 14, dans la première et/ou dans la deuxième étape de procédé, les bandes de film (10) étant alimentées à partir de rouleaux de film (8) avec un axe de rouleau de film horizontal (9) ou avec un axe de rouleau de film sensiblement horizontal (9) et renvoyées dans une orientation verticale des bandes de film (10).
  16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 15, dans la première et/ou la deuxième étape de procédé, avant leur application sur l'unité de chargement (1), les bandes de film (10) étant pré-étirées dans le sens longitudinal ou dans le sens d'alimentation des bandes de film (10).
  17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16, le film appliqué sur la face supérieure (23) de l'unité de chargement (1) dans la deuxième étape de procédé couvrant ou recouvrant au moins une partie des coins (31) et arêtes, de préférence tous les coins (31) et arêtes de la face supérieure (23) de l'unité de chargement (1).
