Description
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Kühlung der Kolben (18) einer Brennkraftmaschine mittels einer Pumpe (11), die Öl aus dem Schmierölkreis mittels einer Pumpe über eine Austrittsöffnung (5) aufweisende Zuführleitung (4) dem Kolben zuführt, wobei die Ölzufuhr über ein in Abhängigkeit von Motorparametern gesteuertes Ventil (17) geregelt und das Öl zumindest gegen die Unterseite des Kolbens (18) gespritzt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Schmierölkreis zumindest eine Hauptversorgungsleitung (27) gehört, an die mehrere Zuführleitungen (4) mit je einer Austrittsöffnung (5) angeschlossen sind, wobei nur ein Ventil (17) in der Hauptversorgungsleitung vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Ventil (17) als druckunabhängiges, schaltbares Ventil ausgebildet und im Bereich eines Endes der Hauptversorgungsleitung (27) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Ventil (17) als elektromagnetisches Ventil ausgebildet und von Motorparametern, wie Öltemperatur, Wassertemperatur oder Öldruck, steuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Ventil (17) mit Sensoren des Motors und/oder mit dem Motorsteuergerät wirkungsmäßig verbunden ist, in dem die einzelnen Motorparameter abgelegt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zuführleitung (4) mit ihrer als Ölspritzen ausgebildeten Austrittsöffnung (5) mit Abstand zu mindestens einer im Kolben (18) vorgesehenen Einlaßöffnung (6) angeordnet ist und in Durchflußverbindung steht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zuführleitung (4) mit ihrer Austrittsöffnung (5) konzentrisch zu der im Kolben (18) vorgesehenen Einlaßöffnung (6) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zuführleitung (4) mit ihrer Austrittsöffnung (5) in einer bestimmten Stellung des Kolbens (18) in die Einlaßöffnung (6) des Kolbens hineinragt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Kolben (18) ein oder mehrere Ölkanäle (19) vorgesehen sind, wobei zumindest einer davon mit der Austrittsöffnung (5) der Zuführleitung (4) des Ölkreislaufs in Durchflußverbindung steht, die zumindest teilweise in einem Motorblock bzw. Zylindergehäuse (10) verläuft.
