Claims (15)
- Hohlkörper-Tragarm eines Ausschwenkscharniers für eine Tür eines Kraftfahrzeuges, bei dem die tür- und säulenseitigen Anlenkachsen (5) an den freien Enden des Tragarmes (1) angeordnet sind, mit zwei Paaren von Gewerben (4), bei dem die Bereiche der Scharnierachsen (5) zwischen den übereinander angeordneten Gewerben ausgespart sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Tragarm (1) derart geteilt ist, daß neben einem Basis-Tragarm (2) zumindest ein Endbereich mit den daran angeordneten Gewerben (4) als separates Tragarmteil (3) ausgebildet ist und die einander zugewandten Stirnseiten des Basis-Tragarms (2) und der Tragarmteile (3) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie unverlierbar fest miteinander verbindbar sind und in verbundener Form einen Tragarm mit hoher Steifigkeit bilden. - Tragarm gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragarmteile (3) einschließlich der Gewerbe (4) einteilig und zumindest teilweise Leichtmetall-Strangpreßprofile sind.
- Tragarm gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basis-Tragarm (2) und die Tragarmteile (3) jeweils aus einem separaten Profil bestehen und die im verbundenen Zustand einander zugewandten Seiten aufeinander abgestimmte Formschlußprofile aufweisen.
- Tragarm gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragarmteile (3) mit dem Basis-Tragarm (2) durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Schweißen, Löten und Kleben kraftschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Tragarm gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragarmteile (3) mit dem Basis-Tragarm (2) durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Schweißen, Löten und Kleben kraft- und formschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Tragarm gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Kaltpreßschweißen und Preßschweißen verbunden sind.
- Tragarm gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Kaltpreßschweißen und Preßschweißen verbunden sind.
- Tragarm gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Kaltpreßschweißen und Preßschweißen verbunden sind.
- Hohlkörper-Türrohbau einer Kraftwagentür, bei dem die säulenseitige Anlenkachse am freien Ende des Türrohbaus angeordnet ist, mit einem Paar von Gewerben, bei dem der Bereich der Scharnierachsen zwischen den übereinander angeordneten Gewerben ausgespart ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Türrohbau derart geteilt ist, daß neben dem Basis-Türrohbau zumindest die säulenseitigen Gewerbe an einem separaten Türrohbauteil angeordnet sind und die einander zugewandten Seiten des Basis-Türrohbaus und des Türrohbauteils so ausgebildet sind, daß sie unverlierbar fest miteinander verbindbar sind und in verbundener Form einen Türrohbau mit hoher Steifigkeit bilden. - Türrohbau gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basis-Türrohbau und die Türrohbauteile jeweils aus einem separaten Profil bestehen und die im verbundenen Zustand einander zugewandten Seiten aufeinander abgestimmte Formschlußprofile aufweisen.
- Türrohbau gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türrohbauteil mit dem Basis-Türrohbau durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Schweißen, Löten, und Kleben kraftschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Türrohbau gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türrohbauteil mit dem Basis-Türrohbau durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Schweißen, Löten, und Kleben kraft- und formschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Türrohbau gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Kaltpreßschweißen und Preßschweißen verbunden sind.
- Türrohbau gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Kaltpreßschweißen und Preßschweißen verbunden sind.
- Türrohbau gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile durch eine Verbindungstechnik aus der Gruppe umfassend Kaltpreßschweißen und Preßschweißen verbunden sind.
