Definitions

  • the invention relates to an anti-theft device according to the preamble of claim 1, in particular for skis from a rope, one firmly connected to one end of the rope in particular Rope drum and a locking device that at least one Has clamping member and a lock, the clamping member for fixing of the rope inserted into the locking device and with the lock cooperates such that the clamping member of the rope with the lock open releases and against the pulling out when the lock is locked Secures insertion direction.
  • Anti-theft devices known which are characterized by different advantages, but each also have corresponding disadvantages and in particular to fix skis, suitcases, bicycles and the like easily serve as removable objects.
  • a known one Rope lock of the type mentioned a pivotally mounted clamping member on which is angled in its area acting on the rope is that the desired clamping effect only when the rope is plugged in a prescribed direction is obtained and the clamping member with its other end opposite the rope directly onto the lock acts so that when trying to loosen the rope on the clamping member transmitted power is passed on directly to the lock. This can there are bends in the lock area and even malfunctions of the Castle come.
  • DE-A-35 43 201 is a ring lock with an integrated Winding device known, through which the unnecessary rope section in the Cradle can be stored and the ring lock overall more manageable is.
  • the present invention is based on the object to improve the theft protection of the type mentioned at the outset, that described disadvantages are avoided or that overall provides a simple and more manageable theft protection.
  • clamping member is rotatably and slidably mounted in the locking device and via a Swivel lever cooperates with the lock in such a way that the lock from the clamping member via the swivel lever with regard to the rotary movements of the clamping member is decoupled. While in the described state of the Technique the clamping member only between an open and a closed position is pivotable and in the closed position from both Rope and the lock is applied, has the invention Anti-theft protection a separation of functions.
  • the locking device works in both directions, the rope can be inserted into the locking device from any side and be determined by the clamping member, which is the manageability of Theft protection further improved. This mutual usability will thereby further supported that the clamping member from a rounded cam there is no edge to the rope when inserted.
  • the or each swivel lever with the lock via a connected to the lock interacts rotatably mounted actuator in the locking device, what is the decoupling of force between the clamping member and the lock further improved.
  • This actuator can be advantageously with both Swivel levers, especially on opposite sides of the actuator, combine, so that both Ktemmglieder with a closing movement can be set and blocked.
  • the pivot lever As far as the pivot lever is concerned, it can be rotated in the locking device stored and between a first rotational position in which the Actuator and a first leg of the pivot lever rotationally fixed, and a second rotational position in which the actuator one acted on the second leg of the pivot lever and against twisting secures, rotatable.
  • This allows the above-mentioned force decoupling ensure, especially in the closed position of the lock the actuator perpendicular to the possible direction of force when trying to pull out the rope, from the clamp to the Swivel lever transmitted force acts on the swivel lever, so that Actuator absolutely free of the force components caused here can stay.
  • the actuator is expediently rotated by rotation a key inserted in the lock, which also makes sense can only be removed from the lock in the locked position to prevent incorrect operation of the lock.
  • the actuator is the closed position in the first rotational position of the swivel lever assigned to the lock, while the second rotational position of the open Position of the lock is assigned.
  • pivot lever and coupling element form together a toggle joint and are against each other via the joint axis rotatable, the hinge axis in the area of the first Leg of the pivot lever is arranged.
  • the closing device at least has a through opening for inserting and guiding the rope through, and if the clamping member the inserted rope in the area of Through opening acted upon.
  • the through opening consists of a roughly adapted to the rope shape, the clamping member at locked lock and inserted rope the rope against the channel wall specifies without play. To pull out the rope To further complicate or prevent the canal using a rope stressing profiling, in particular with a legal and a Left-hand thread.
  • a major advantage of theft protection of the aforementioned Art results from the fact that the cable drum has a housing for storage of the rope in its interior that the axial length of the Housing interior corresponds approximately to the rope diameter, so that the Storage of the rope by its spiral single-row winding takes place in the interior, with adjacent rope turns to each other rest in the radial direction.
  • the knowledge lies in this constructive characteristic based on the fact that previous rope locks always last were unwieldy that the rope got tangled in the interior of the housing, because due to the spring force inherent in the rope, every rope turn tends to to press against the outer wall.
  • Housing not only one, but several at least in the radial direction has openings arranged in the peripheral wall of the housing, through which the rope can be unwound from the interior of the housing.
  • openings which are expediently large enough should be dimensioned, even the end of the rope can be inserted into the housing be without it when removing the rope end
  • the housing opening is not hit by the rope end and the rope end in the housing is irretrievably lost.
  • the rope drum is expediently on the Locking device fixed and the housing of the cable drum rotatable stored opposite the locking device, so that the rotation mentioned in a simple manner by a short relative movement between the housing and locking device can take place.
  • the locking device 4 in turn consists of a housing 5, two provided therein Through openings 6, 7 for pushing the rope through and out of a Lock 8, in the manner shown in Figures 3 to 6 with the locking device cooperates.
  • the lock 8 forms the hinge for a surrounding the cable drum 2 Housing 9, which has a star-shaped contour in plan view with 5 housing openings 10, through which the rope can be removed to the outside can, as shown in Figure 2.
  • the inner rope end 11 of the rope 3 is fixed and captive in the Rope drum held and limits the unwinding of the rope and forms at the same time the first fixed point of a loop, while the other two Fixed points from the two described in more detail below Clamping members are formed.
  • FIG. 3 as in FIGS. 4 to 6, there is the locking device 4 shown in plan view, namely the housing 5 and the two push-through openings 6 and 7 and two cam-shaped clamping members 12, 13, which are rotatably and longitudinally displaceable relative to the housing, the longitudinal displacement takes place via a cylindrical pin 14, 15 which in a provided in the housing (not recognizable in the figures) Elongated hole is stored, which is perpendicular to the direction of extension of the inserted rope extends.
  • the clamping members 12, 13 are from Return springs 16, 17 held in their undeflected starting position, in which they are formed in the through openings 6, 7 Extend channel where it - as can be seen from Figure 4 - when inserted of the rope 3 acted upon by this and laterally deflected in the direction of insertion become.
  • the clamping members 12, 13 are each with their bearing pins 14, 15 Coupling element 18, 19 coupled, which in turn via a Swivel joint 20, 21 is fixed to a swivel lever 22, 23.
  • each Coupling element forms with the associated pivot lever Toggle joint, the functioning of which can be seen particularly in FIG. 6 is in the kinked position of the toggle joint in the open position the locking device is shown.
  • Each pivot lever 22, 23 consists of two pivot lever legs, namely a first leg 24 or 25, in which the joint 20, 21 of the Toggle joint is arranged, and a second leg 26, 27, the is angled approximately 70 ° with respect to the first leg.
  • Both pivot levers 22, 23 cooperate with an actuator 28 that is coupled to the lock 8 and the rotational movement of one in the lock inserted key to the pivot lever.
  • FIG. 3 is the locking device shown without inserted rope sections, wherein the actuator is positioned in the horizontal closed position, in which engages the first leg 24, 25 of the two pivot levers and thus the swivel lever together with one on the opposite Side located housing projection 29, 30 sets. That from Swivel lever and coupling element formed toggle joint is in the stretched positions shown in Figures 3 to 5, so that the associated Clamping member in position at the end of the longitudinal displacement path is arranged in which it is in the through opening or the associated Channel extends.
  • the present invention offers the advantage that a force decoupling between lock and clamping member available is placed that does not affect the functioning of the anti-theft device of any forces exerted on the rope.
  • the single-row winding of the rope on the rope drum ensures that blocking when unwinding the rope can be excluded, which also significantly improves the way the anti-theft device works.
