Claims (15)
- Werkzeug (1), bestehend aus einem Formeinsatz mit einer Ausnehmung und einem durch diese laufenden Stempel, in einer Maschine zur Herstellung von Formkörpern, z. B. aus Beton, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (8a) eine Reinigungsvorrichtung zum Reinigen der Ausnehmung (15a) aufweist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung eine Düsenplatte (25) ist, wobei die Düsenplatte (25) auf Seitenwände (22a) der Ausnehmung (15a) gerichtete Düsen (31) aufweist und oberhalb einer Stempelplatte (12) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenplatte (25) mit Druckluft und/oder Flüssigkeit betrieben wird.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenplatte (25) auf eine Anschraubplatte (9) aufgeschraubt oder als Düsenblech (25a) zwischen der Anschraubplatte (9) und einer Druckplatte (10) eingeschraubt ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenplatte (25) mit offenen Kanälen (26a) mit einer Tiefe t zwischen 0,1 und 1 mm ausgestaltet ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Düsenblech (25a) mit einer Dicke d zwischen 0,1 und 1 mm ausgestaltet ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (31) über ein Kanalsystem (26) von einer gemeinsamen Versorgungsleitung (27) mit Druckluft versorgt werden.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (26a), die zu den Düsen (31) führen, gleiche Längen und/oder Querschnitte aufweisen.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer im Querschnitt vieleckförmigen Ausnehmung (15a) des Formeinsatzes (15) in den Ecktereichen der Düsenplatte (25) eine größere Anzahl Düsen (31) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckluft Schalöl und/oder Wasser zugesetzt wird.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenplatte (25) zeitweise mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt ist und als Absauganlage für Flüssigkeiten dient.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (8a) über seiner Stempelplatte (12) eine ringförmig angeordnete Bürste (39, 42) trägt, deren Borsten (40) seitlich über die Außenkontur des Stempels (8a) hervorsteht.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bürste (39, 42) in Richtung der Seitenwände (22a) ausfahrbar ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bürste (42) bei der Reinigung rotiert.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenplatten (25) einzeln oder in Gruppen ansteuerbar sind.
