Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Kontrolle der registergerechten Lage von Druckplatten auf dem Plattenzylinder von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung für die Vorderkante der Druckplatte, wobei die Druckplatte an der Vorderkante eine U-förmige Ausstanzung aufweist, welche in Kontakt mit einem am Plattenzylinder angebrachten Anschlag bringbar ist, und einem die Lage der Druckplatte in der Befestigungsvorrichtung erfassenden Signalgeber,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch den Signalgeber (8) die Vorderkante der Druckplatte (1) außerhalb der mit dem Anschlag (4, 5) zusammenwirkenden Ausstanzung (6, 7) erfaßbar ist, wobei dem Signalgeber (8) ein Signal entnehmbar ist, wenn die Ausstanzung (6, 7) einen vorgegebenen Mindestabstand (a, b) zum Anschlag (4, 5) aufweist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei zwei axial voneinander beabstandeten Anschlägen (4, 5) der Signalgeber mittig zwischen den Anschlägen (4, 5) angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Signalgeber (8) an der Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) angebracht ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Signalgeber (8) außerhalb des Plattenzylinder (1) angeordnet und bei der für das Zuführen der Druckplatte (1) vorgesehenen Stellung an den Plattenzylinder (1) anstellbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Signalgeber (8) als ein das Vorhandensein der Druckplatte (1) in einem Meßbereich feststellender Abstandstaster ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Signalgeber (8) als ein berührungslos mit der Druckplatte (1) zusammenwirkender Sensor ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch eine dem Signalgeber (8) nachgeschaltete Auswerteeinheit (10) das Signal des Signalgebers (8) auf Änderungen innerhalb eines vorgebbaren Zeitintervalls überprüft wird.
