Claims (15)

  1. Zerstäubervorrichtung, die dazu ausgelegt ist, mit der Hand ergriffen und betätigt zu werden, umfassend einen Behälter (1) für das zu zerstäubende Fluid und ein Zerstäubersystem (4) mit einer Zerstäuberöffnung (8), einer Pumpeinrichtung (15) und einem manuellen Zerstäuberbetätigungselement (16, 16C), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) zu seinem unteren Teil hin mit einem Sockel (3) verbunden ist, wobei das Zerstäubersystem (4) in den Sockel (3) integriert und so konzipiert ist, das es in der normalen Betriebsstellung die Zerstäubung des Fluids mit dem unter dem Behälter (1) befindlichen Zerstäubersystem (4) zulässt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (3) aus einem vom Behälter (1) verschiedenen Teil besteht, das fest am Behälter (1) angebracht und unter diesem, abnehmbar oder nicht abnehmbar, befestigt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (3) einen Boden (14) mit einem im Wesentlichen planen Teil umfasst, um einen Sockel (3) mit festem Stand zu bilden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpeinrichtung (15) aus einer auf dem Kopf stehenden Pumpe besteht, die durch Schwerkraft aus dem Behälter (1) gespeist wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem Kopf stehende Pumpe (15) im Sockel (3) unter dem Behälter (1) oder am unteren Teil des Behälters (1) mit ihrer Kompressions-/Dekompressionsachse im Hinblick auf die normale Betriebsstellung der Vorrichtung im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet angebracht ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das manuelle Betätigungselement (16, 16C) am Sockel (3) angebracht ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das manuelle Betätigungselement (16) aus einer Druckplatte (16A) besteht, die den Boden (14) des Sockels (3) bildet, wobei die Platte beweglich mit der Möglichkeit einer Axialverschiebung bezüglich des Körpers des Sockels (3) angebracht ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper des Sockels (3) mit mindestens einem Halterungselement (30) versehen ist, auf dem (denen) die Vorrichtung aufliegt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem Kopf stehende Pumpe (15) im Sockel (3) unter dem Behälter (1) mit ihrer Kompressions-/Dekompressionsachse im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur normalen Betriebsstellung der Vorrichtung ausgerichtet angebracht ist, wobei das manuelle Zerstäuberbetätigungselement (16C) seitlich in den Wänden (13) des Sockels (3) angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) eine untere Öffnung umfasst, die durch eine aufgesetzte Abdeckung (10) dicht verschlossen ist, die mittels einer kalibrierten Öffnung (9) als Verbindungs- und Anschlussübergangsfläche zur Pumpeinrichtung (15) dient.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    einen Sockel (31), der im Behälter (1) angebracht ist und auf der Abdeckung (10) aufliegt,
    und ein am Sockel (31) befestigtes, dekoratives Element (32), vorzugsweise eine Figur.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Verriegelungs-/Entriegelungseinrichtung (35) für das manuelle Zerstäuberbetätigungselement (16) umfasst.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil des Behälters keine Zusätze umfasst.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Parfumzerstäuber besteht.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Mehrzahl an frei schwebenden Plättchen in der zu zerstäubenden Flüssigkeit umfasst.
