  • the fastener 8 of the present invention therefore fills with multiple functions, namely that of fixing the body to the neck, that of medium connection for the dip tube, that of the inlet valve seat, that of housing for the nozzle 84, that for forming the discharge channel 28 and that of forming the return air channel 29. This saves several rooms.

Claims (10)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt, wie z.B. eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf einem Hals (10) eines Behälters (1) montiert zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung folgende Bestandteile umfasst:
    einen Körper (2), in dem ein Kolben (3) beim Drücken auf einen Drücker (35) gleitet;
    ein Befestigungsorgan (8), um den Körper (2) auf dem Hals des Behälters (10) zu befestigen;
    ein Tauchrohr (9), um das fluidförmige Produkt aus dem Behälter in den Körper (2) zu befördern, wobei das Tauchrohr (9) ein freies Ende, das in der Nähe des Bodens des Behälters angeordnet ist, und ein festes Ende (90) umfasst, das von Verbindungseinrichtungen (85) festgehalten wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtungen (85) einstückig mit dem Befestigungsorgan (8) ausgebildet sind, und daß der Körper (2) in dieses einstückige Element eingesetzt ist.
  2. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Befestigungsorgan (8) in einem befestigenden Eingriff mit einer Innenwand (11 ) des Halses (10) des Behälters steht.
  3. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das Befestigungsorgan (8) den Körper (2) mit einer klemmenden Berührung umgibt.
  4. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei der die Verbindungseinrichtungen eine Verbindungsbuchse (85) umfassen, in die das feste Element (90) des Tauchrohres (9) eingepreßt ist.
  5. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Befestigungsorgan (8) einen Eintrittsventilsitz (86) für ein bewegliches Eintrittsventilelement (4) bildet.
  6. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, bei dem der Eintrittsventilsitz (86) von der Verbindungsbuchse (85) gebildet ist.
  7. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Körper (2) und das Befestigungsorgan (8) zusammen eine Eintrittsventilkammer (48) bilden, in der ein bewegliches Ventilelement (4) eingeschlossen ist.
  8. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der wenigstens ein Teil eines Ausstoßkanals für das fluidförmige Produkt (28) aus dem Körper (2) sich zwischen dem Befestigungsorgan (8) und dem Körper (2) erstreckt.
  9. Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Befestigungsorgan Rasteinrichtungen (81) zum Einrasten im Hals umfasst.
  10. Spender für ein fluidförmiges Produkt, der eine Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
