Claims (7)
- Druckstößelpumpe mit einem Pumpenkörper (12), in dem eine Dosierkammer (20) beschrieben ist, die über ein Rückschlagventil (24) mit einer Ansaugleitung in Verbindung steht, mit einem Kolben (16), der im besagten Körper gleitet, um einen beweglichen Teil der besagten Kammer zu bilden, einem mit einer zentralen Stange (46) versehenen Stößel (14), der eine Klappe bildet, wobei die besagte Stange im Innern eines axialen Kanals (38) axial beweglich ist, der im besagten Kolben gestaltet ist und in die besagte Kammer mündet und ein freies Ende (54) aufweist, das so gestaltet ist, daß der besagte Kanal in der Nachbarschaft seiner Verbindungsöffnung mit der besagten Kammer verschlossen wird, einem elastischen Mittel (18), das zwischen dem besagten Stößel und dem besagten Körper montiert ist und über eine unidirektionale Verbindung in einer Richtung auf den besagten Kolben (16) wirkt, damit das Volumen der besagten Dosierkammer erhöht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Kolben und der besagte Stößel unidirektional durch zusammenwirkende Anschläge (56, 58) verbunden sind, wobei der besagte Stößel einen Betätigungsanschlag (64) gegenüber einem Ende des besagten Kolbens und in einer Entfernung davon hat, wenn der besagte Kolben sich in einer Ruheposition befindet, und daß der besagte Körper (12) und der besagte Stößel (14) zwei seitliche Schürzen (68, 69) umfassen, die ineinander gleiten und Anschläge (70, 71) aufweisen, die unter der Belastung des besagten elastischen Mittels untereinander eine relative stabile Position beschreiben, wobei die Gestaltung derart ist, daß der besagte Kolben vom besagten Stößel nur dann betätigt werden kann, wenn das besagte freie Ende der besagten zentralen Stange vom besagten Kanal freikommt.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Stößel eine innere Schürze (60) umfaßt, und daß der besagte Kolben einen Gleitabschnitt (62) umfaßt, der so angepaßt ist, daß er an der besagten Schürze entlang gleitet.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Anschläge (56, 58) jeweils in der besagten inneren Schürze und an einem Ende des besagten Gleitabschnitts definiert sind.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Reibung beim Gleiten zwischen dem besagten Kolben (16) und dem besagten Körper (12) über der Summe der Gleitreibungen zwischen dem besagten Kolben (16) und der besagten Stange (46) und zwischen dem besagten Kolben (16) und der besagten inneren Schürze (60) des Stößels liegt.
- Pumpe nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Kanal (38) in eine Austiefung (40) mündet, die mit der Ausgangsleitung (41) in Verbindung steht.
- Pumpe nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte elastische Mittel (18) eine zylindrische Schraubenfeder ist, die zwischen dem besagten Pumpenkörper und dem besagten Stößel eingebaut ist.
- Pumpe nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Wand der besagten Dosierkammer des besagten Pumpenkörpers eine Lüftungsbohrung (76) in der Nähe der Kolbenkante vorhanden ist, wenn dieser in der vorgenannten Ruheposition ist.
