Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung für die Abgabe von flüssigen Produkten ohne Luftaufnahme ab einem mit einem beweglichen Boden (F) versehenden Behälter (R), einer Austragsleitung (C) und einem Drücker, der zusammenarbeitet einerseits mit einer Dichtungs- und Dosierhülse (1) die einen Kolben trägt, und andererseits mit einer Rückholfeder (S), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Hülse (1) einen Verschlußkörner (2) trägt, der durch Druck auf die besagte Hülse (1) und Zusammendrücken der besagten Feder (S) mit Translationsbewegung in einem Ableitungskanal (12) verschiebbar ist, der auf der besagten Hülse gestaltet ist, indem er durch eine Antriebsschraube (3) an eine axiale Führungsstange (4) angeschlossen ist, die in der Austragsleitung (C) des Behälters gleiten und durch Reibung gesperrt werden kann, der mit dem besagten Kanal in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Verschlußkörner (2) seitlich fest mit einem Satz elastischer Blätter (21a, 21b) verbunden ist, deren freie Enden auf der Hülse (1) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Antriebsschraube (3) mit einer Verbindungsscharnier (32) mit dem besagten Verschlußkörner versehen ist, die sein Abklappen in den besagten Kanal (12) ab einer ausgebreiteten Gußposition zuläßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Stange (4) mit einem seitlichen Nocken (41) versehen ist, der mit einer Haltekerbe (e) zusammenwirkt, die auf der Innenwand der Austragsleitung (C) gestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Stange (4) mit einer länglichen Flachstelle (40) versehen ist, die den Durchgang des Produkts zum Ableitungskanal (12) ermöglicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Schraube (3) aus einem Nocken mit dreieckigem Querschnitt besteht, der am unteren Teil auf der Stange (4) beziehungsweise auf der Hülse (1) gelenkig befestigt ist, und am oberen Teil auf einem abgeschrägten Ende (21) des Verschlußkörners (2).
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Kanal (12) mit oberen verformbaren Lippen (12a) versehen ist, die das Einklicken des Verschlußkörners (2) zulassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Hülse (1) eine zentrale Muffe (11) umfaßt, die einen Kolben bildet, der die Austragsleitung (C) abdecken soll, indem er um die besagte Stange herum und oberhalb der besagten Leitung eine Dosierkammer (10) abgrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Hülse (1) eine periphere Schürze (13) umfaßt, die die besagte Feder (S) umgibt und am unteren Teil einen Flansch (13a) trägt, der am Ende der Dosierung am oberen Teil des Behälters (R) anschlägt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Hülse (1) aus einem Teil mit dem Verschlußkörner (2), der Schraube (3) und der Stange (4) durch Spritzguß ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ferner eine Abdeckhaube (5) umfaßt, die einen Druckknopf bildet und den besagten Ableitungskanal (12) am oberen Teil schließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Abdeckhaube (5) eine Öffnung (50) umfaßt, die auf der Achse des besagten Kanals (12) ausgerichtet ist, und deren innerer Umfang die Auflage des Verschlußkörners (2) in dichter Verschlußposition aufnimmt.
