Claims (27)

  1. Pumpe (1; 51; 61; 71; 81), die dazu bestimmt ist, auf einem Behälter befestigt zu werden, um ein in diesem enthaltenes Produkt abzugeben, umfassend:
    - einen Pumpenkörper (2), der mindestens ein Luftloch (38) umfasst, das eine Luftaufnahme gestattet,
    - einen Druckknopf (3), der bezüglich des Pumpenkörpers (2) zwischen einer unteren Stellung und einer oberen Stellung beweglich ist,
    - ein Saugventil, das eine ein Verschlusselement (17) bildende Kugel umfasst,
    - einen Kolben (30; 58; 62; 95), der mit dem Pumpenkörper eine Pumpkammer (34) mit veränderlichem Volumen begrenzt,
    - eine Abgabeleitung (10; 52; 63; 73; 83), über die die Pumpkammer mit einer Abgabeöffnung (5) in Verbindung stehen kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (3) einen Dichtungsmantel (6) umfasst, der auf mindestens einem Teil seiner Höhe die Abgabeleitung umgibt, wobei dieser Dichtungsmantel dafür geeignet ist, sich an den Pumpenkörper dicht anzulegen, wenn der Druckknopf in der unteren Stellung ist, um das Luftloch von außen zu isolieren, und dass die Abgabeleitung aus einem an dem Druckknopf angebrachten Element besteht.
  2. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (30; 58; 62; 95) aus einem angebrachten Element besteht.
  3. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsmantel (6) mit dem Druckknopf (3) einstückig ausgeführt ist.
  4. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (30; 58; 62) ausgebildet ist, um das Luftloch (38) zu isolieren, wenn der Druckknopf (3) in seiner oberen Stellung ist.
  5. Pumpe nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben zwei ringförmige Dichtungslippen (40; 41) umfasst, die über beziehungsweise unter dem Luftloch gelegen sind, wenn der Druckknopf (3) in seiner oberen Stellung ist.
  6. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeleitung (10; 52; 63; 73; 83) dafür geeignet ist, an dem ein Verschlusselement (17) bildenden Organ des Saugventils in Anlage zu kommen, wenn der Druckknopf (3) in seiner unteren Stellung ist.
  7. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Feder (50) umfasst, die in der Pumpkammer (34) so angeordnet ist, dass sie auf den Druckknopf (3) eine Rückholkraft ausübt, die ihn in seine obere Stellung zurückbringt.
  8. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ein Verschlusselement (7) bildende Kugel des Saugventils in einem Käfig zurückgehalten ist, der einstückig mit dem Pumpenkörper ausgeführt ist, wobei dieser Käfig mindestens ein elastisch verformbares Rückhalteorgan (21) umfasst, das in der Lage ist, sich bei dem Einsetzen der Kugel zu verformen.
  9. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeleitung (63; 73; 83) mit dem Kolben (62; 95) einstückig ausgeführt ist und bezüglich dieses unbeweglich ist.
  10. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Druckventil umfasst, das ein ein Verschlusselement (65) bildendes Organ umfasst, das in einer in der Abgabeleitung (63; 73; 83) vorgesehenen Aufnahme (64; 72; 87) zurückgehalten ist.
  11. Pumpe nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ein Verschlusselement (65) bildende Organ des Druckventils aus einer Kugel besteht.
  12. Pumpe nach einem der beiden unmittelbar vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (72; 87), die das ein Verschlusselement (65) bildende Organ des Druckventils aufnimmt, im oberen Teil der Abgabeleitung (73; 83) gelegen ist.
  13. Pumpe nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ein Verschlusselement (65) bildende Organ des Druckventils in seiner Aufnahme frei ist und dass der Druckknopf einen oberen Sitz (90) für das ein Verschlusselement des Druckventils bildende Organ bildet, wobei dieses im Fall des Wendens des Behälters, eines Unterdrucks außerhalb der Pumpe oder des zu schnellen Austritts des Produkts an diesem oberen Sitz in Anlage kommt, und dass die Abgabeleitung einen unteren Sitz (87) bildet, an dem das ein Verschlusselement des Druckventils bildende Organ in Anlage kommen kann, wenn in der Pumpkammer (34) während des normalen Betriebs der Pumpe ein Unterdruck entstanden ist.
  14. Pumpe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ein Verschlusselement des Druckventils bildende Organ durch eine sich an dem Druckknopf abstützende Feder (74) zu einem von der Abgabeleitung gebildeten Sitz zurückgeholt wird.
  15. Pumpe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (64), die das ein Verschlusselement (65) des Druckventils bildende Organ aufnimmt, im unteren Teil der Abgabeleitung (63) gelegen ist.
  16. Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeleitung (10; 52) eine seitlich einmündende Produkteinlassöffnung (32; 53) umfasst und dass der Kolben (30; 58) bezüglich der Abgabeleitung zwischen einer Verschlussstellung, in der er die Einlassöffnung verschließt, und einer Abgabestellung, in der er die Einlassöffnung freigelegt lässt, beweglich ist.
  17. Pumpe nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeleitung (30; 58) einen oberen Anschlag (33), der dafür geeignet ist, die Bewegung des Kolbens bezüglich der Abgabeleitung nach oben zu begrenzen, und einen unteren Anschlag (35; 54) umfasst, der dafür geeignet ist, die Bewegung des Kolbens bezüglich der Abgabeleitung nach unten zu begrenzen, und dass einer der Anschläge (33) so ausgebildet ist, dass er von dem Kolben bei dessen Aufsetzen auf die Abgabeleitung überschritten werden kann.
  18. Pumpe nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Anschlag (33) dafür geeignet ist, von dem Kolben überschritten zu werden, wenn dieser bei seinem Aufsetzen auf die Abgabeleitung in Richtung des unteren Anschlags (35; 54) bewegt wird.
  19. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pumpenkörper (2) einstückig mit einem Montagemantel (11) ausgeführt ist, der seine Befestigung auf dem Behälter gestattet.
  20. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pumpenkörper (2) ein erstes Rückhalteorgan (47) und der Druckknopf (3) ein zweites Rückhalteorgan (48) umfasst, das dafür geeignet ist, mit dem ersten zusammenzuwirken, um den Druckknopf während der Lagerung in seiner unteren Stellung zu halten.
  21. Pumpe (61; 71; 81) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ausgenommen Anspruch 11, umfassend ein Druckventil, das ein ein Verschlusselement (65) bildendes Organ umfasst, das aus einer Kugel besteht.
  22. Pumpe (61; 71; 81) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Stellung des Druckknopfs durch Zusammenwirken des Druckknopfs mit dem Pumpenkörper bestimmt ist.
  23. Pumpe (61; 71; 81) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (3) einen Verriegelungsmantel aufweist, der dafür geeignet ist, mit dem Pumpenkörper zusammenzuwirken, um den Druckknopf in dieser unteren Stellung zu verriegeln, wobei der Dichtungsmantel (6) zwischen dem Verriegelungsmantel und der Abgabeleitung gelegen ist.
  24. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Pumpe (1; 51; 61; 71; 81), umfassend einen Pumpenkörper (2), der mindestens ein eine Luftaufnahme gestattendes Luftloch (38) umfasst, einen Druckknopf (3), der bezüglich des Pumpenkörpers zwischen einer unteren Stellung und einer oberen Stellung beweglich ist, ein Saugventil, das eine ein Verschlusselement (17) bildende Kugel umfasst, einen Kolben (30; 58; 62; 95), der mit dem Pumpenkörper eine Pumpkammer (34) mit veränderlichem Volumen begrenzt, eine Abgabeleitung (10; 52; 63; 73; 83), über die die Pumpkammer mit einer Abgabeöffnung (5) in Verbindung sein kann, wobei der Druckknopf (3) außerdem einen Dichtungsmantel (6) umfasst, der auf mindestens einem Teil seiner Höhe die Abgabeleitung umgibt, wobei dieser Dichtungsmantel dafür geeignet ist, sich an den Pumpenkörper dicht anzulegen, wenn der Druckknopf in der unteren Stellung ist, um das Luftloch von außen zu isolieren, wobei die Abgabeleitung aus einem an dem Druckknopf angebrachten Element besteht, wobei dieses Verfahren einen Schritt umfasst, der darin besteht, dass die Abgabeleitung an dem Druckknopf angebracht wird.
  25. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei dem man vor dem Anbringen der Abgabeleitung an dem Druckknopf den Dichtungsmantel und den Druckknopf einstückig herstellt.
  26. Verfahren nach einem der beiden unmittelbar vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem man die Abgabeleitung an dem Druckknopf anbringt, nachdem man auf der Abgabeleitung einen bezüglich dieser beweglichen Kolben montiert hat.
  27. Behälter, der mit einer Pumpe ausgerüstet ist, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23 definiert ist.
