Claims (8)

  1. Eine Ausrichtanlage (8) zur Orientierung von Tabakblättern (7) vor dem Stattfinden eines Schnittvorgangs, wobei die Ausrichtanlage (8) einen Unterbandförderer (6), der eine Ausstoßrichtung (R) aufweist, eine Anzahl von bezüglich des Bandförderers (6) senkrecht vorspringenden Trennwänden (5), die Rinnen bilden und sich in die Ausstoßrichtung (R) des Bandförderers (6) erstrecken und sich in einiger Entfernung des Bandförderers (6) befinden, und einen Speiseapparat (1), der von oben nach unten der Ausrichtanlage (8) Tabakblätter (7) zuführt, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtanlage (8) eine Schwingeinheit (2) umfasst, die über den Trennwänden (5) liegt und in der Lage ist, die Tabakblätter (7), die auf der Schwingeinheit (2) liegen geblieben sind, in die Rinnen (10) herunterzuschütteln und die Blattstiele in Längsrichtung des Bandförderers (6) zu orientieren.
  2. Eine Ausrichtanlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwingeinheit (2) einen Rahmen (9) umfasst, der eine Anzahl von sich längs erstreckenden Stangen (3) stützt, wobei jede Stange (3) über einer jeweiligen Trennwand (5) liegt.
  3. Eine Ausrichtanlage gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Stange (3) aus einem U-förmigen Plattenabschnitt gebildet wird, der mit einigem Abstand über seiner jeweiligen Trennwand (5) liegt.
  4. Eine Ausrichtanlage gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Kante der Trennwände (5) und die Stangen (3) schräg in eine der Ausstoßrichtung (R) entgegengesetzten Richtung abfallen.
  5. Eine Ausrichtanlage gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwingeinheit (2) einen Motorantrieb umfasst, der eine Kippbewegung des Rahmens (9) und der Stangen (3) verursacht.
  6. Eine Ausrichtanlage gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtanlage ein Abstoßmittel (11) beinhaltet, das sich an dem Ende der Ausrichtanlage (8) befindet, das dem Ausstoßende der Ausrichtanlage (8) gegenüberliegt.
  7. Ein Verfahren zum Ausrichten und Orientieren von Tabakblättern vor dem Stattfinden eines Schnittvorgangs, in dem Tabakblätter gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-6 von oben nach unten einer Ausrichtanlage zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schwingeinheit die Blätter nach hinten und unten in die der Ausstoßrichtung entgegengesetzten Richtung schüttelt, dass Blätter, die nicht direkt in die Rinnen fallen, von Blättern, die bereits in den Rinnen liegen und von Blättern, die von oben herunterfallen, in der Ausstoßrichtung und nach unten in die Rinnen mitgezogen werden, was zum Herunterziehen von Blättern von den Stangen und zum Richten und Orientieren des Blattstiels in Längsrichtung dieser führt.
  8. Ein Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Blätter, die nicht in die Rinnen herunterfallen, durch ein Abstoßmittel erneut befördert werden.
