Claims (9)
- Gerät zur Verwendung bei der Erneuerung einer Gleisanlage mit einem Unterbau (15) und einem Oberbau, insbesondere mit Schotterbettung, bei auf dem Unterbau (15) abgelegtem Gleis (2) mit einem sich im wesentlichen parallel zum Gleis (2) erstreckenden Rahmen (1), mindestens einem Schienenfahrwerk (3) in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen vorne am Rahmen (1), mindestens einem Bodenfahrwerk (4) in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen hinten am Rahmen (1), einer Einrichtung (6, 23) zum Entfernen des Gleises (2) vom Unterbau (15) in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen hinter dem Schienenfahrwerk (3) und einer Einrichtung (13) zum Herstellen einer Tragschicht (14), insbesondere für eine feste Fahrbahn, insbesondere einer hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht, auf dem Unterbau (15) in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen hinter der Einrichtung (6, 23) zum Entfernen des Gleises (2).
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß hinter dem Schienenfahrwerk (3) eine Vorrichtung (6) zum Rückbauen des Gleises (2), insbesondere eine Vorrichtung (12) zum Aussetzen der Schienen (8) und eine Vorrichtung zum Ausbauen der Schwellen (10) angeordnet ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf dem Rahmen (1) eine Transporteinrichtung (18, 19) zum Antransport des Tragschichtmaterials und gegebenenfalls zum Abtransport der ausgebauten Schwellen (10), insbesondere eine Portalladeeinrichtung, vorgesehen ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Tragschichtmaterial in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen von vorne an- und die ausgebauten Schwellen (10) nach vorne abtransportierbar sind. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen hinter dem Schienenfahrwerk (3), insbesondere in der Nähe des Bodenfahrwerks (4), eine Einrichtung (23) zum Anheben des Gleises (2) auf eine solche Höhe angeordnet ist, daß die Einrichtung (13) zum Herstellen der Tragschicht (14) einfädelbar ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Tragschichtmaterial in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen von vorne und/oder von hinten antransportierbar ist. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen hinten zusätzlich ein alternativ zum Bodenfahrwerk (4) aktivierbares Schienenfahrwerk (5) vorgesehen ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bodenfahrwerk (4) ein- und ausfahrbar ausgebildet ist. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es eine Mischvorrichtung zur Mischung des Tragschichtmaterials umfaßt.
