- Naßklassiereinrichtung in Form einer Zentrifuge mit einem stationären Außengehäuse (2), einer im Außengehäuse (2) vertikal angeordneten Schleudertrommel (3), einer Antriebswelle (7) zum Rotierenlassen der Schleudertrommel (3), einer Suspensionszuführung (10), einer Abführung (22) für die klassierte Suspension, einer Reinigungsvorrichtung, einer Abführung (17) für die bei der Reinigung entstehende, das Sediment enthaltende redispergierte Suspenison und einer in die Naßklassiereinrichtung integrierten Mahlwerkkammer (18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abführung (17) für die bei der Reinigung entstehende, das Sediment enthaltende redispergierte Suspension in die zum Mahlen des Grobanteiles des Sedimentes in der redispergierten Suspension dienende Mahlwerkammer (18) mündet.
- Naßklassiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mahlwerkkammer (18) unterhalb der Schleudertrommel (3) angeordnet ist.
- Naßklassiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mahlwerk ein rotierendes Element, insbesondere eine Drehscheibe (19), sowie eine Vielzahl von Mahlperlen (20) aufweist.
- Naßklassiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rotierende Element auf der Antriebswelle (7) für die Schleudertrommel (3) sitzt.
- Naßklassiereinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (15) des Außengehäuses (2) zur Mitte hin geneigt ist und dort die Abführung (17) in die Mahlwerkkammer (18) aufweist.
- Naßklassiereinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleudertrommel (3) im oberen und unteren Bereich eine Austrittsöffnung (16) für die redispergierte Suspension aufweist.
- Naßklassiereinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mahlwerkkammer (18) eine mittige Abführung (21) für die aufbereitete redispergierte Suspension aufweist.
- Naßklassiereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rotierende Element (19) so gesteuert ist, daß es sich nur während der Reinigungsphase der Naßklassiereinrichtung dreht.
- Naßklassiereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rotierende Element (19) über eine drehzahlabhängige Kupplung mit der Schleudertrommelantriebswelle (7) verbunden ist.
- Naßklassiereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rotierende Element fest mit der Antriebswelle (7) verbunden ist.
